🕉 In This Very Moment 🕉

Here’s a little pre-Tour story for you 🙂 I went to a drum’n’bass rave recently, and my friend was late, so I went to the bar to order a drink. As soon as I turned around, I saw someone I knew 🙂 Michael is a guy I have known within almost all my communities for many years. We immediately found ourselves talking about Amma. He revealed that he had actually met Amma on Her first ever trip to London, in the late 1980s, with only about 50 other people there! Wow… He didn’t actually know Amma was doing a Tour of Europe now, but had been keeping some dates aside in his calendar from 20th – 22nd Nov, without knowing why. He was amazed to find out that those are the exact dates Amma will be here and now he is coming! She gathers us from all places into Her lap.

I can honestly say that being with Amma in Switzerland was the most incredible Europe Tour stop so far in my life, aside from when I actually met Amma for the first time. Here are two stories which may be able to convey a little of that magic :-  

I got to Winterthur the night before the start of Tour and settled into my hotel briefly, before receiving messages and calls from friends telling me to come to the program hall. I was thinking about going anyway to offer seva for set-up, but didn’t realise Amma was in fact attending! When I arrived at the entrance to the hall, the carpet had been laid out for Amma. Hardly any of us were there – probably 30 people. We began chanting “Om Amriteswaryai Namaha” in unison. Suddenly, Amma’s car appeared and Amma got out. When I beheld Amma’s face for the first time, I literally raised my hands to my own face in shock : it was like getting a Love-shock. It felt as if I had never seen Amma before. I began to go into ecstasy… As we sat for meditation inside the dining hall, Amma was in a playful mood and so young – like a child. She was making jokes and beaming at us all. The whole vibe was utterly magical… At this point, the place began to fill up with volunteer Tour Staff, plus a few more of us who had heard the call. During the MA-OM part of the White Flowers Meditation, everything just fell away… Me and everything else was gone. In place of it, there arose Peace, as if for the first time. For a long time, I had no thoughts – they just stopped – and no anything else either. When this spontaneously happens (which is usually in Amma’s physical presence), I realise that absolutely nothing I take as real is actually real. I can see everything with a true perspective. What arises from that is profound Love for everyone… All the people I was arguing with in my head, I loved all of them, I just loved all of them. All the dramas in my life (in my mind really) vanished. Cessation. And the feeling of being absolutely focused in the present moment, yet without efforting or forcing, was so deeply fulfilling and completing… There was only Now. Genuine, sweet, open, present. I knew, without mental knowing yet from within, that there is nothing outside of this. There is nothing real outside of such purity. I am crying writing about this.

The next story reveals the sheer intensity that we can sometimes go through on Tour, plus the unimaginably perfect timing and Divine intentionality of all of it. On the first day of the program, I was talking with one of you in the main hall as you cried about your situation of single motherhood. It was heartbreaking. And yet you were so strong that it was palpable. Next, another of you approached me and we had a conversation. All-of-a-sudden in the middle of it, someone was hugging me from the other side. Before I knew, I saw it was the number one person I was extremely anxious and vulnerable about, plus had had 0% contact with for many long months. I had no idea he would be there. Despite all of this, we could not stop hugging once we embraced. In that holding, he said to me, “It’s so good to see you, oh my god.” Those words and the rare warmth between us are both things I had entirely lost hope of ever feeling again. I had had to let this person go so completely, not once but again and again and again. The felt sense of this hug was so wonderful…yet ordinary, relieving and everything else all-at-once. His action was brave, kind and gentlemanly. I was also very pleased that the friend I was talking to beforehand was there, because this seemed to facilitate such an unexpected reconnection. My entire body was softly shaking. At that exact moment, another of you called on the phone. I knew it was about something extremely serious, so I answered. I was there for the shock of grief for you, honestly just hoping I was doing a good enough job still shaking. After the call, I got into the darshan line, since earlier I had been handed a token by a friend-of-a-friend (such Grace!!), and decided to take another friend’s picture for photo-darshan (due to the incredibly rough time she is having at the moment). In the queue, I could only try to process everything as best I could! I was guided from somewhere, “Just keep doing your mantra.” As I entered the stage and beheld Amma, the sheer joy of seeing Her face suddenly brought me to my knees in tears. I could only bow down in reverence to such awe-inspiring beauty. When it was my turn, Amma blessed each person in the photo very carefully with sandalwood paste. She then pulled me in for the hug, chanting in my ear very intensely. Suddenly, towards the end of the darshan, Amma changed the words She was chanting. I knew immediately and from a previous experience, that it was a blessing of some kind for the bond between that aforementioned gentleman and I. When She had finished, Amma drew back and in stillness we stared into one another’s eyes, for what seemed like an eternity. Amma was smiling so broadly, beaming in fact. Then She said, looking directly into my eyes, “Ok.” It wasn’t a question, it was a statement. I felt like She was telling me, “You’re totally fine.” She seemed to communicate just through one word and one look, that I can in fact handle the chaotic challenges I think I can’t. Honestly, that reminder changed everything. 

On top of all of this, that particular date, exact place and the fact I was with Amma was incredibly significant. In identical circumstances six years earlier, Amma and I had had a Q&A during darshan which was the most significant I have ever had with Her in my life. The timing and synchronicity were spell-binding…it felt as though everything had come full-circle and healed. How transformed I am from the person I was back then… Following my darshan, I sat on stage with Amma for about 2 hours, again with the inner guidance to keep doing my mantra. I believe Amma was still working on the friend in the photo and on me as well. The stage with Amma always feels to me like the centre of the universe. The whole of life is there.

Awakening from the dream state 

Hello 🙂 

This is a Hindi bhajan, which some of you will recognise from Devi Bhava nights on Tour with Amma. The rough translation of the first line is, ‘The Mother Queen is showering her Grace upon us’, but my absolute favourite part is later on – ‘The Empress of the Universe has arrived, all my wishes are fulfilled.’ 

Please note : I am offering sessions as usual on the weekdays I am at home during the period of Europe Tour. 

I hope to see you somewhere on the Tour and would love to say Hi in person 🙂 Remember that the UK program is not in London. If you want to see Amma more than once, I would recommend getting accommodation nearby (or on site, if there is any left, and you can handle dormitory style sleeping). Also, here is a helpful announcement from the UK ashram : “Mantra Initiation Important Update. This year Amma will be giving Mantra Initiation during all four programs at Sandown Park, Esher. Previously, She only gave mantras during the last night of Her visit. If you would like to receive a mantra this year, we would very much like to ask if you might consider attending one of the first two days of the program. It is not essential and more for everyone’s convenience, as we suspect Saturday night will be rather busy. You are most welcome to attend any or all four of the programs. We hope this information will help with your planning. Om Namah Shivaya.”

I remember years ago, seeing a person wake up at the microphone during a Q&A with Adyashanti and also witnessing Ric Weinman individually removing people’s Core Veils one-by-one, during early Vortex Healing classes designated for that purpose. I honestly never dreamed that one day this would be happening in my sessions (and outside of my sessions to clients who were ‘ripe’, as they say). Now, this has happened so many times it feels normal. That, in and of itself, amazes me… Having written about a few of these cases in past newsletters, I would like to share some of the latest stories with you. All of these people are now lucky enough to be in the Core Veil class currently happening 🙂 In this first person, I was very motivated to move the Veil for a myriad of reasons, not least because of this class coming up and the possibility the person could lose the Veil early and take it. So I mustered all my focus and the tools and prayed to Merlin, and somehow – it worked! Something really cool happened in the aftermath, which was that this person was stroking the sofa she was lying on in disbelief (that the sofa was existing) and went into hysterical laughter, uttering the words, “It’s a joke”. I experienced that moment as incredibly profound…as if her words were spoken right from the heart of Truth. Even though I am aware that this awakening was manifested by a combination of Merlin and Amma, it felt very moving to hear confirmation from Ric and feedback, “Nice work!” The next case actually happened before this, in July, and the funny thing is there is nothing to write about it. It was an awakening beyond that : it simply happened to this person spontaneously – not in session, not in class, with no teacher and no method at all. This is something I really wish to honour. This is only ever likely to take place from an uncontrived burning desire for Truth / Bhakti / freedom / service – or something like that. There is yet more to this case. During the course of the 2 & 1/2 months following the awakening, I was working as usual on this person’s 11 month old son, for a few sessions. During the last one, even when I only connected to him, I went into deep bliss……… When I looked for, and channelled into, his Core Veil – I found nothing there. My theory is that he had been patterning his mother’s awakeness, plus she was just in Foundational class, so there was an extremely conducive environment in which this could have happened. Whatever it was though, the awakening happened naturally (and Ric confirmed this), well in time for the baby’s First Birthday – which is today 🙂

I saw some of you at the EarthShift this past weekend 🙂 Wasn’t it incredible..? I have to say that I think, for me, that was the most intense and striking one to date (aside from the first one I ever did in 2002). In this one, we managed to create – well, Merlin and the Angels really 😉 – a massive Peace Portal into humanity. There was one particular episode we all did together where I could literally feel the Peace bridging into humanity and it made me cry. It was so palpable…it felt like Peace was enveloping the whole human race. I felt a renewed hope, which burst my heart open and I could sense the reality of Peace. It cut through everything…all the bullshit, everything… It was as if I could see through all the ‘stuff’ that gets in the way and perceive this inpouring of Peace into Creation. That river or ocean of Peace was a true and direct expression of Divinity. I felt so awe-struck and grateful to be part of the unfoldment of that and for the wider Divine context of my role in life. To be able to make a small contribution to the healing of this human race was experienced as a deep fortune and privilege.

The following morning, I was sitting in bliss on my balcony in the sunshine, when something truly remarkable happened. It seemed to demonstrate or hint at the power of these EarthShifts. I received an out-of-the-blue message from one of you, who had not been in the class nor knew anything about it. He wanted to donate money to Amma’s charity and wondered could I pass it on to Amma..? Aside from the beauty of that, the interesting thing was that I had previously made a donation to Amma’s charity for the EarthShift on behalf of me and a friend who did the class with me – but had had the subtle thought that perhaps I hadn’t given enough for two people. Now it felt as if the person sending that message was adding the final amount to our joint contribution! You know when you have a slight thought without attachment and then it comes true..? Things line up. It was one of those. I couldn’t get over the timing of this person’s apparently ‘random’ request! 

Our message stream culminated in this stunning statement from him about his reason for wanting to donate the money : “Have an opportunity to be connected to something bigger, more caring than you feel yourself, giving a hope. It’s like a light string, and i wish everyone have that Thread of light no matter what, to escape and be Safe.” Aside from how beautiful his service orientation is, he couldn’t have known that during the EarthShift we had each received the gift of a Thread of Peace into our personal systems! I am convinced that this person sensed that on some level, without being there in the class and without me communicating anything at all about it to him at any stage. The practically identical language he used is not a coincidence in my opinion. Just amazing stuff… 

Thank you to the person who sent me this statement during the week. It is something which has been resounding in my heart for many years now, though she didn’t know that – another wow! I feel it really captures the reason, so-to-speak, why ‘personal’ awakening is significant in manifesting peace in the world :-

Divine Magic II

There is a Vortex Healing EarthShift class this weekend 5th – 6th April. If you have taken Foundational class, you can take this one and it is F R E E 🙂 Here is what Ric Weinman writes, “In this Earthshift, we will manifest a massive Peace Portal in humanity’s group psyche..” If you haven’t yet received information about it, this will be either because you haven’t taken Foundational or because you didn’t get the group email sent by Ric. I am honestly amazed to say that it has happened again – a person went through awakening in a session. Originally, this person only came because of a stomach problem, yet within only 3 sessions and 2 Vortex Healing classes, she lost her Core Veil during a session (confirmed later on by Ric). As if that wasn’t incredible enough on its own, during a simple phone call with her best friend in the weeks which followed, that friend ended up with a hole being blown through her Core Veil during the phone call! It came to light in a session with said friend and was later confirmed by Ric. Although what I am writing here now is a very nutshell version of everything which has unfolded (and it’s also impossible to capture the incredible journey these two have been – and are still – on), I wanted to paint a bit of a picture because it’s just so beautiful… 

I have just been fortunate enough to take the Vortex Healing class Divine Magic II 🙂 Divine Magic II is a beautiful new energy which feels to me broad, subtler than say The Magical Jewel and very very magical… It also seeps into all other transmissions, increasing their power by around 15%. 

The rich learning in class often mesmerises me…I think all of us really. I would like to share some wisdom from the class with you here. A common question that people in awakening circles will ask is how to ‘manifest’ a relationship and indeed this came up during one Q&A with Ric. He explained that the truth is, if there is a particular reason for it in terms of your awakening path, the Divine will manifest one for you anyway. At the same time, of course you can do things to make yourself more ripe for whatever you want – like pray, for example, which is in a sense beseeching the Magic of all that Is to manifest something for you. But that’s distinct from you being able to manifest it yourself. There is a whole school out there which believes in a kind of ‘positive thinking’ way of doing things, where you repeat whatever you want over and over etc. In Ric’s view, that’s bullshit really and I would agree with that. But what the Divine will sometimes do, is ‘play the game’. It will let the person think they’re manifesting what they want (sort of a set-up), then push comes to shove and it becomes a really important thing and suddenly they can’t do anything… It’s as if the Divine was setting the ego up, kind of like when you’re reeling in a really big fish – you’ve got to give it a lot of line to work with. Ric said he has seen that happen and I can also say that I have lived that. 

I guess the thing to grasp here, is that it’s the ego’s ultimate fantasy that it can simply manifest what it wants. And you can look around the wellness scene and see thousands of people and schools offering this. But you can bet on it that the universe has not been arranged to fit the ego’s ultimate fantasy. Now on the other hand, there can be a desire very deep in the heart and there can also be Surrender, which is what one could say the path is ‘looking for’ so-to-speak. Certainly that is going to be responded to a lot more from the universe than an “I have the power” attitude. By the way, one way to explain what Surrender is, is to imagine how a person feels and responds when they see a baby. 

On Karma : karma is not just about what we do, it’s about the energy we are coming from to do it. 

What is the difference between Divinity and Magic? Ric explained it’s that Magic is something the Divine has. It’s an expression of Divinity and a power which Divinity has. It’s the ability the Divine has to create something out of nothing.

Some wonderful news : my brother Luke got married today in a civil partnership to the wonderful Tash 🙂 They have been together for around 13 years and have Eva, who will be 4 this month 🙂 I love their relationship and I’m so glad it’s her who is with my brother 🙂 🙂 🙂  

Also, this was aired on Radio 4 today. Abi Morgan and I share Eva as our niece (Abi is my brother’s sister-in-law) and it made me feel inspired and happy hearing this genuinely impressive interview. I hope you enjoy it too :-

The Blissful Abode

How are you?

Yesterday, I was lucky enough to catch the tail-end of the London Film Festival. I went to see Pedro Almodovar’s new film ‘The Room Next Door’. In most of his work, Almodovar likes to look right in the face of death, courage, friendship and high voltage women. Even just this by itself makes me love him. He tells the truth about things. I also love the use of colour in all his films, it’s like magic : always precisely the right one and somehow he can make colours speak like voices on the screen. As much as the actors themselves do, the colours seem to tell the story. The film I saw at the festival will be out on general release next week, I believe, and is Almodovar’s first English language feature film.

I found this extremely moving and wanted to share it with you :-

Finally, I would like to share with you an absolutely beautiful message I received out-of-the-blue this morning. I have been working with this person for only a couple of sessions so far. This is shared with their permission :-

“Hi, Daisy. 

I want to give some feedback. 

The suffering is gone. And I noticed that in a couple of places, I was still trying to make Reasons for suffering – yet I felt there was no root, no reason, and found my actions as-if artificial. I felt them like that. It’s like suffering is gone but the habit in the brain neurones is left. I really feel there is no suffering in the ‘basement’. 

It has been a tough week, but again, there is no suffering and no ‘reasons’ in the ‘basement’. 

All movements to expand problems where they don’t exist feel like my own artificial moves. I think this was a habit in memory, and nothing else.”

I would like to add a bit of colour here, by explaining that this person had an awakening opening during the last session, brought on by losing their last karma knots, karmic webbing and ego positions. What can be felt and understood in the message above, beautifully illustrates the potentiality of losing that karmic package. Ric Weinman has always said that the movement is like a mini-awakening. Here, one can perceive what is actually meant by that. Although it is our fear which guards that door, it is as if awake consciousness is only waiting to rush in. When the fruit is ripe, it falls off the tree with the slightest wind. I have tears in my eyes and a swelling heart writing these words. Congratulations to this person and to all of you on this most significant of paths : to end all suffering, to sit at the table with God, to be what you truly are…

The Magical Jewel (pt.1)

How are you?

I am great 🙂 I’m writing to share what happened during the phenomenal Vortex Healing class ‘The Magical Jewel’ and to tell you about the next Free Online Group Healing. I am now back in London and will be here for at least 1 month, while I integrate this class and another significant event which happened during it. 

The part of the class I wish to share, is what could be called (for want of better words) a profound awakening, which has probably been the most life-changing so far. Here is what I wrote about it and shared in class :-

There was a meditation in which Ric Weinman asked the class to “use the world as the mantra”. All-of-a-sudden, for some unknown reason, I recognised immediately what was being pointed to. It was as if, whatever Ric was instructing, I was able to sense both what he was talking about, but more importantly where he was coming from. So when those words were spoken, I burst into tears and my breathing completely changed in the seeing that the world itself ISDivinity. 

Everything began to ‘become’ this beauty and I couldn’t contain it… My body could not contain the revelation of that because of the depth it reached. Simultaneously, there was a sense of ‘this is the missing piece of the puzzle, this is what I always longed to admit to myself and to surrender to.’ I began more and more to perceive this true beauty and it broke my heart completely… Then the crying and the breathing really exploded even more and my body was breaking apart and melting away into That. I could see that every single thing was as-if being birthed by Divinity as its own Self. There was no longer any subject / object though : it was as if the world was the Divine in a complete and total way. The gratitude to perceive it all and the inherent joy of the world was totally overwhelming……… The beauty was so exquisite that I couldn’t contain in my body what I was feeling and so everything broke again and again. The insights which were coming in were impossible to record mentally, but it was like a flow throughout the being. When I would pray to Amma, it was like She was melted into the world. 

I was shocked by two things : first of all, how could I have missed this? And secondly, how could I think that anything which had happened was bad or wrong? Then I started to feel this remorse about the things I had said about people or done or thought and I began to say sorry profusely. But when I said sorry, there was this benevolence and Love which met the apologies and were coming over those “wrongdoings” like a kind of fluid of Love – yet beyond Love. I think it was what Adyashanti calls Redemptive Love. There was this profound sense of redemption of everything I had “done wrong” – and for everyone else too. In that, I couldn’t believe I had ever thought someone had wronged me. That whole sense was completely gone……..and I saw that there was absolutely no truth in it. How foolish I had been not to see that no-one could ever do that and I could never do that. Everything was ‘forgiven’ so-to-speak, and then it was noticed that there was actually an inherent sense of forgiveness in the world itself. The world was forgiving everyone that was doing these things, including even me. And this was the overriding revelation : that the world itself is Divinity. There was no ‘Divine coming into creation’, there were no two different things happening, even though the Divine was birthing the world. At another time, this would have seemed like a paradox, yet there was no sense of paradox. All I could do, was to bow down in front of this beauty… Even though there was no subject / object or anything like that, there was a bowing down in true reverence for what was being seen. 

There was an in-loveness with life, yet with everything being the same thing there wasn’t any neediness, attachment or drama. There were also no exceptions being made to this Loving : it was a total and utter thing. It didn’t make exceptions for this person or that person. I was praying, “Let me not forget this. Let me live from this, instead of going back to the old way of acting out and getting into dramas.” I was almost begging, “Let me not forget what I’ve seen. Let me live this now.” Simultaneously, strangely enough, there was such a stillness and a resting and a Silence. It was a recognition of what life actually is and how much I love it. It took me out of this ‘trying to get something from life’ and ending up eventually in despair, which was replaced with, ‘of course I love life!’ There was a distinct returning. It was a return to this absolute love of the world, this total Love…for no reason and with no agenda. Out of that naturally arose tender celebration.

A natural aspect of Embodiment of whatever degree of awakening one has realised, is service (seva), as the force of awake energy moves from the personal to the impersonal. Until that shift happens, Embodiment itself means very little at all, no matter how many classes / awakenings / breakthroughs / experiences of Divinity etc. etc. one has been through. Both Adyashanti and Eckhart Tolle have spoken eloquently on this. Another part of such Embodiment though, could perhaps be described as the stillness aspect. Having the opportunity to sit for many hours on stage with Amma and simply meditating in that radiance, is incredibly nourishing for this aspect. I have never found anything better for Embodiment and certainly no replacement for this simple and humbling act. Beholding the beauty of this avatar, this direct incarnation of Divinity in a human body, is a motion of awe….…any identification with form, any separation lingering, anything ‘else’, gently dissolves back into Divinity. 

It becomes clearer and clearer that the ‘reason’ (if there is one or needs to be) for coming here to Amritapuri is God-realisation. And in every single Darshan, Amma is putting it right in our face! Because of our naturally and passionately arising devotion to Amma, and the resulting alignment, surrender and deepening (in Divinity) created by that, in my opinion it will follow for Amma’s children.

Now that I have had time to process it, I am ready to acknowledge Adyashanti’s retirement. Hopefully you have heard about this already and my mentioning it is not a shock. It is difficult for me to write or talk about this because I have felt so emotional about Adya retiring. I just can’t believe that this time has come…I never thought it would, even though it feels completely right. I feel that from the depth which he is now in, there is nothing more to communicate about awakening or embodiment. He has given everything to the world and now is the time to surrender into the Silence he so loves in a final way. (Just to be clear, I am not talking about physical death.) The legacy Adya is leaving behind in retiring, is one of grass-roots goodness, Truth, Compassion and dharmic selflessness. I will be ever grateful for all he has revealed and encouraged me to dive into within. The blessings he has brought into my life are exquisite, continuous in nature, untold, untellable… Often, I find myself crying inside and, in moments of solitude, these tears surface to freedom.

In Wild Heaven 

Hello 🙂

How are you? 

I am great 🙂 Being here with a direct physical incarnation of Divinity, living in harmony with nature,  people and animals and having an awakening focus to everything each day, feels like wild heaven… In fact, I heard a wonderful song of similar name on the plane jukebox flying here: R.E.M’s ‘Near Wild Heaven’. 

It occurs to me that the more we willingly relinquish in favour of Truth, Reality, unconditioned Love – the happier we are. Or at least, the happier we end up: it can involve a process, sometimes a rather long one – lol! I believe this is also why Amma recommends seva (selfless service) as the primary awakening practice for all her devotees. In the deepest place within, it quite simply makes a human being happiest to serve without personal gain. 

My friends and I have been sharing that it is actually difficult to do paid work here at the ashram, because one feels as if going against a great tide…as if, in the very air and atmosphere of Amritapuri, this dharma is flowing.  

As such, I have settled on a new schedule for Private Sessions while I am here with Amma. I have not yet settled on the same for the Groups, I am still feeling into that and patiently awaiting intuition. Therefore, for now I have cancelled all existing Group Healings, so please note this. 

I will be available for one Private Session per day on Zoom in the usual way, but for 7 days per week. Sessions will be at 2 30pm IST (9am GMT) each day. This begins on the 17th February. As a  reminder, I am returning to London on the 12th April and will adjust my availability accordingly at that time. Apologies if any of this is an inconvenience you.

I would like to share a couple of short points, from things I have learned by listening to the satsangs and my experiences here. 

One aspect of compassion is viewing all experiences which come to us – the good, the bad and the ugly – as gifts from God. When this attitude becomes true and real, the mind immediately becomes tranquil. 

Something crucial I find about Darshan with Amma, in particular when asking a question, is that – whatever I bring – Amma consistently responds with such a relaxed feeling and way about Her. It makes me feel that, if Amma is so relaxed about this, perhaps I can relax about it too. That is one of the greatest gifts Amma has given me over the course of my lifetime (and possibly many lifetimes – who knows?). 

One devotee shared a very beautiful thing which Amma once said : “At the end of our days on this earth, after all our successes and failures, the measure of our life will be how much we have loved” ~ Amma

As some of you know, this past weekend we gathered as a community in Vortex (around 583 of us) to facilitate the latest EarthShift 🙂 🙂 🙂 First, I’d like to offer a few experiences in this EarthShift, before explaining the technicalities of what we did. This one was much more intense and deep than the last one in April, and others I have spoken with also share this sense. The essence and presence of the Angels with us, to facilitate things, was particularly palpable this time too. At one point, I simply broke down in tears because of the sheer sense of Divinity which they bring to us here on earth. As one Angel entered my spine, I felt this Love…..hope……and the strong sense that everything will be ok – even more than that, that everything IS already ok, well and safe. It’s that point at which one sees very clearly this truth, Reality.

I like it when ‘bystanders’ make a passing comment about what is happening in the EarthShift. You just stand there and feel – YES! What I mean by this is that, in the middle of the EarthShift on Saturday night, I went out to a club to see my friend DJ, as he had put me on the guest-list. The atmosphere there was amazing…so light, free and chilled. Quite something when you consider it is a club in central London full of high-powered creatives in the commercial industries. A man I met said to me at one point, “I don’t know what it is, but everyone is so relaxed tonight.” I thought to myself, “I do!!” – LOL 🙂 🙂 🙂 I think verbally I probably said, “Yes”, or something like that. Yet I was struck with the profound sensation that he was picking up on what we had done (and were still doing) in the EarthShift. I also noticed a marked difference in my client sessions the day after we completed the Shift: an incredible Silence kept spontaneously arising within the sessions (especially with those who were actually in the class) and everything I cleared in the person went at such a rate! I would say at least twice as quickly as usual 🙂 

Here is what Ric Weinman wrote about this event beforehand: “I bumped up against something dark, and I tracked it to what seemed like some kind of consciousness program designed to resist the light. Further investigation showed me that a powerful interdimensional being (between the 7th & 8th dimension), had placed this consciousness program in all humans, and as a species we have carried this for some 80,000 years. More specifically, the program amplifies our identification with separateness, amplifies our sense of neediness and fear, and amplifies our negativity in general. All in all, it acts as a resistance to heart and to light.  

     These programs are not carried incarnationally; they need to be placed in babies after they are born. I have already wrapped this being in wizard thread so as to block its ability to continue to do this. But the programs already placed in all living humans are still active. The first day of the Earthshift will be focused on releasing those programs in all of humanity.  

     In tracking all this, I discovered that there were about 25 other, similar, interdimensional beings that in various different ways were supporting human negativity. With wizard thread, I have already neutralized their ability to continue to do so.  But one of them has also placed some kind of program into all human psyches. This program has more to do with creating distrust, which feeds isolation and conflict. The second day of the Earthshift will be focused on releasing this program. In addition, we will also create a protection field around humanity to prevent further implants of these kinds of programs from these kinds of beings.”

To continue with the final installment of the recent Awakening to Divinity class: there are 3 major phases to this aspect of awakening, sub-phases within those and then more sub-phases within those. Therefore, it is important to note that the total embodiment of Awakening to Divinity is probably a life’s work. This also gives a nod to the sheer depth of Ramana Maharshi’s evolution. In the embodiment process, what happens is that Divinity comes into awareness more and more and more…It takes over awareness gradually. 

Another interesting thing on the subject of Neediness (which is at the core of all human suffering), is that it doesn’t work to suppress or avoid it. In fact, the avoidance of Neediness often leads into addiction. Not only the obvious ones either, but even things like sports, “keeping busy” all the time, etc., because we just don’t want to feel that. The way through it, is to face it, get your awareness into it and clear it. 

The whole of creation is Divinity. It’s like Divinity writes this whole story, and then plays all the parts – using Method Acting. A terrible thing happening inside – or even in life – is Divinity pretending not to be Divinity. Versus the Divinity in the heart, which is Divinity not pretending, but simply being Itself. 

In Vortex Healing awakening classes, when we meditate / receive transmissions, it’s not that we are ‘trying to become One’. We already are One. The meditations are more like sign-posts saying, “This way.”

For those of you yet to visit Italy, I thought I would include this little entry from my diary in Sardinia, where I was taking this Awakening to Divinity class:-

“Italians always speak with their hands, as well as with their voice. You can tell what everyone means, even with a very basic grasp of the language. But it’s that warmth……that endless, effulgent feelingness which seems only to be waiting for a chance to burst forth. I’m not talking about in big things; it’s the small ways of humanness which make life here so pleasant, calming and inviting.”

Anything that we struggle with just becomes our struggle. And, in a nutshell, embodying awakeness / Divinity is the only true way through that. Mostly, this is because what we perceive as (and from) awakeness / Divinity, is perceived as what it really is.

Awakening to Divinity (pt. 2) + Free Online Group Healing : tomorrow

As promised, I am sharing the next installment of goodies from the Awakening to Divinity class 🙂 First of all, what is meant by the term ‘Awakening to Divinity’? Ric explains that, in the general awakening process, awake space takes over personal consciousness. Then in Awakening to Divinity, Divinity takes over that awake space. It is when Divinity wakes up to Itself within a form. One great example of this is Ramana Maharshi: Ric believes that he was both awake and very deeply embodied in this phase, so he was living from Awakening to Divinity (since embodiment means living from our awakeness). If you gaze into a photo of Ramana, you can feel he is very very empty indeed……..and, as a result, there is all this genuine Love and compassion. 

As with all Vortex classes, it is often the rich learning which happens around the transmissions / meditations in the Q&As, which feels so precious. One particular discussion led to important information on the nature of will. I know this is a subject that many of you have asked me about before. Ric explained that what we experience as personal will, really comes from two different sources: 1) “I want this” “I want that” etc. and 2) from deep in the body – survival drive, sex drive, etc. The second is extremely strong, because of how powerfully we are identified with the body. In contrast, Divine Will and Divine Intention are really more like one singular ‘thing’, so-to-speak. The funny saying, “People make plans and God laughs” comes to mind, because what actually ends up manifesting depends entirely on Divine Will.

Holiday: 10th – 16th September

Hello 🙂

I hope you enjoyed the Group today 🙂 I felt so inspired by the subject of ‘What is devotion?’ and moved by the whole Group that I dove into Amma’s livestream with renewed verocity afterwards. I found myself weeping and crying out to Divinity in no time at all. Later on, I received a wonderful message from one of you, noting a change in the depth of the recent Groups, which he offered could have been created by the movement in the Vortex Healing class ‘Awakening From Freedom’, which I took a little while back. I don’t know, but I am so pleased to see how switched on some people are and interested in awakening and the evolution of it. In messaging a friend after that, I recognised that she was more aware of the evolution she had been through in said class – and was in agreement with that person. I found this fascinating.

I want to share that I will be going on holiday to celebrate my mother’s belated 80th Birthday 🙂 She, I, my brother, sister-in-law and darling baby niece are going to Puglia, in the south of Italy – the heel of the boot. I really need this holiday on a human level and am also excited to be going away 🙂

I had a sweet request from one of you during the last session, to include the passage I read from Adyashanti’s book ‘Sacred Inquiry’. Here it is for your enjoyment 🙂

“What allows this ultimate letting go, this unreserved surrender? Of course there can be no formula, no way to let go. I am sitting here in my living room, late at night, writing this response to you. You are here with me as I am there with you, and I can feel that in the deepest place within you is the complete willingness to let go completely; it has already let from before the beginning of time. Yet here you are wondering what can bring about this letting go. Such is the final paradox. 

You cannot do it because it has already been done, but you must still find this letting go within yourself, allow it to bloom and flower completely. 

What a divine paradox, to find a letting go that has let go from before the beginning of time. We do not do the letting go as much as we embrace it, give everything without reserve to it. It is a matter of love, is it not? And it is the courage to die for what we love, to give everything without holding back, without reserve, without expecting anything in return, not even a better life or a better experience. 

Our deepest desire is for truth or God, is it not? And not just for how God can be experienced by self, but how God is experienced by God – something neither the ego nor self can ever know. The infinity of the infinite will always be experienced as annihilation to self when self comes to its own boundary and imagines what is beyond it. 

Love truth, love the infinite, love God, with all your heart. Do not love your experiences of truth, but rather love truth as it is within itself. Take leave of yourself; flow out from yourself completely in all things. We all must die into life out of love, and thus embrace life lived beyond all self. We must become what we already are and let go into what has never held on.

How do you breathe? You just breathe. How do you embrace this letting go? You just embrace it. It’s like breathing out, continually. It’s an emptying out of all uneccessary ‘selfing’.” (Pg 118 – 119)

The upcoming Group will be about Faith. I have been receiving numerous signs, almost from every angle, to offer this as a theme. Similarly to how it takes a tremendous amount of Trust to rest in the unknown so that the known can reveal itself, Faith is a leap into the dazzling dark. Much of modern society secretly or overtly looks down on people who worship God or religion. However, is it not true that we are all already worshipping something..? Observe the relationship which many people have with status, for example, or with self-image. With power, wealth, with buying property, jewellery, with celebrities… I think you get the picture. In order to be worshipping anything at all, the ingredient of Faith has to be there already, inherently. But when we channel this self-effulgent Faith in a positive direction, we begin to live the potential of being human – of what it means to truly be alive and kicking. From this place, we can begin the journey out of contraction, self-centredness, separation and suffering, into freedom, Truth and Divinity. 

Often, at the beginning of our awakening embodiment evolution, we need an event like a miracle to inspire Faith in something deeper. I’m not saying this is necessary at all, but nevertheless, it is the way things tend to go. Here is a video which tells the story of such an event. I would like to share the learning from recent classes I have repeated in Vortex Healing. It never ceases to amaze me that every time I repeat a class, it goes deeper and contributes to a sense of ongoing freedom of what I am, deepening in Divinity, in Silence and in Mystery. With awakening, we are far more available for life: to live life on its own terms. This allows more opportunity for having heart in any situation, no matter what the situation is, and less conditioned reflexes and programs. 

Many people wish to sense better: to see within, or to see something in the outside world in a clearer and deeper way. This would traditionally be known as being ‘psychic’, yet that word has too much baggage to use today I feel. The interesting thing about this, is that whatever we see is controlled by where we are looking from. Furthermore, if we can find a ‘place’ we are looking from, then that can’t be Truth – it has to be some place of separation. 

In a similar way, whatever we encounter in the outside world is dependant upon where we are coming from. For example, if we are ordering food in a restaurant, the waiter is going to have a pre-existing range of responses within him. The one which comes out, though it ‘belongs to’ him so-to-speak, is going to be the one which best ‘fits’ us at that time.

Love is not an emotion. We may process it through our emotional system and even try to turn it into an emotion. But really love is a direct expression of Divinity. It comes from much deeper…….and certainly, deeper than any emotion.

Yesterday, I completed my third repeat of the Vortex Healing class Deepening in Divinity. Wow……. There are really no words at this point. And suffice to say I am also recovering from a Divine battering – lol! But I would like to share what I learned from a few of the class discussions. 

If we grow up with parents who we don’t trust, things can go either way as an adult. On the one hand, some people will extend that not trusting to the Divine as well. This is maybe the most common way for things to go. But other people with this same childhood experience, will only trust the Divine and nothing else. Both of these are problematic in their own ways. 

To give a little more colour to what I mean by this, I would like to relay another absolutely beautiful discussion, between Ric Weinman and a student in the class. The student was sharing how deeply grateful she feels for her husband, since he has been able to give her what her Dad didn’t – namely that he is reliable, supportive and not abandoning of her. Ric said that this is really good karma, because the tendency from conditioning would have been to repeat the cycle. It was what he went on to say, though, which also struck me. He said that there tends to be this idea in awakening paths / circles that one should only get love from the Divine alone. This can set up a big problem – a wall – and the person actually blocks love (the love which flows out and in naturally – into and out of everything and everyone). I have definitely seen this happen within the communities I am part of. I always felt confused by this kind of avoidant and defensive way of being, too often justified with a spiritual quote or two. It is not my way nor how I feel, so it was certainly affirming to hear this wisdom from a spiritual guide whom I greatly respect. I often feel that Ric Weinman has a way of putting into words things which I deeply feel but would struggle to clearly articulate. 

On the other hand (just in case any of you are getting too comfortable ;-), what can also happen is lots of attachment and aversion in relationships. And this is where the person is playing out neediness, co-dependency and loneliness etc., which will tend to create clinging or toxicity or mistakenly searching for love as only ‘coming from’ relationships. 

I also felt inspired to share with you these beautiful words from Amma :-

“Patience is a great asset. Patience is the antibiotic that destroys the germs of bad feelings like anger. Patience helps us to have a proper perspective of the thoughts that we entertain. If a person commits a mistake, we should not abhor the person but the mistake. Even if we have to punish a person, deep within ourselves we should have love towards him” ~ Amma

There was an interesting discussion about appearance versus reality, when it comes to awakening, during a recent Vortex Healing class. I have included Ric Weinman’s comments here. Enjoy 🙂  

“When one is in a state of calm, often it is imposed over the top of another place that isn’t calm and has a lot of movement in it. And, even though there might be a lot of conditioning in the place that isn’t calm, it also has aliveness. But that aliveness gets pushed out by the calm state and Divinity also ends up getting pushed out with it (since Divinity is the source of aliveness). So there is actually a trade-off for being in a calm state.”

I think it can be easy, when we are on an awakening path for a long time (or even if we are just beginning), to lose sight of what it is that truly took us there. Another way of saying this is that it is surprisingly easy, especially when getting into lots of complexity regarding technique or spiritual community, to forget what it is that one truly values most. 

Yet without this rudder guiding our boat, we can end up in muddy or sometimes even dangerous waters. Dangerous – usually – in the sense of life consequences or of spiritualised ego. This week we are going to explore what we value most – not conceptually, but really. I will use guided meditation and Vortex Healing to assist you in your inquiry, although fundamentally such inquiry is guided from within. Just giving a little space for that…….can often be so helpful in the flourishing of your inner longing, fire and values. 

My inspiration for addressing this subject came out of the connected closeness I have with one of my best friends and from Adyashanti’s seminal work ‘The Way of Liberation: a practical guide to spiritual enlightenment’ – a book I highly recommend if you feel drawn. 

I am feeling the Love and sending it to you. You are more precious than you could ever imagine and far less of an individual than you could ever imagine too 🙂

EarthShift 2021

Hello 🙂 

How are you?

I am buzzing and smiling today, from having taken the EarthShift class (which finished yesterday night) plus the day before that repeating Sensing 1. Some of you were there too 🙂 🙂 🙂 I don’t know how coherent this email will be – lol! But it’s worth a try, since I feel moved to write to you. 

The EarthShift itself was certainly the biggest we have ever facilitated as a lineage. The magnitude of that world event is simply impossible to convey in words. But what I can say is that the intention behind it was to alter a point of choice for humanity as a whole, in a radical way. There was a Choice Point 200,000 years ago, where humanity went down a darker path into conflict and violence. It’s obvious anywhere you look in history how that has played out. Why was this choice made, you may ask? More about choices later in this email. Back in the March 2019 EarthShift, we dissolved that ancient Choice Point. In this EarthShift, we manifested a New Choice Point for humanity, to take us into a path more aligned with Truth, Freedom and Divinity – as a whole human species. 

When you step outside today, please take a moment to feel the atmosphere in nature or in a person you are talking to. The EarthShift has left everything much lighter…….and whatever transformation has occurred is permanent, even though the feeling of that may not be permanent because it seems to go to the background of our awareness over time (and even though the effects of this transformation are entirely unpredictable). I’m not sure I can express much else about this event right now, as I am in the digestion phase. What I am eager to share with you are a few notes I made from classes. This is one of the most precious things about taking Vortex Healing classes – the discussions. We all learn so much from the teachers and from one another, and I want to share some of it with you. I have also added a sprinkling of my own wisdom, gathered during the course of my path. 

Sensing: people often wonder, “Why can’t I sense?” Actually everyone can sense, as it is an in-built human capacity. What blocks sensing is usually trauma, fear or anxiety, because of the way they create a shut-down against experience, which then gets stuck inside and carried forward. We need to stop ignoring, and feel what is there. As we process more and more, sensing usually follows. 

Strangely enough, people sometimes ‘lose’ their sensing ability when they take a Vortex Healing class in sensing. This is because they had been sensing from an out-of-body space, which they had originally landed in due to trauma etc. In these cases, what usually happens is that sensing goes away and then returns later on, when it is more aligned with Truth and Divinity. 

From a Vortex Healing perspective, there is nothing but Divine Choice. There was never any decision which was not made by Divinity itself, and there is no separate individual person with the power or the control to do so. Let’s take an apparent individual person, for example: there is all this conditioning going on constantly inside them… At any given moment, the Divine either allows that conditioning to play out, or it tweaks it a little. Occasionally it tweaks it a lot. This whole ‘play’ is going on all the time, not only when we notice it. This is so amazing to me… 

However, it’s not that ‘nothing matters’ or we don’t need to assume responsibility; it is more akin to a comment Adyashanti once made on this subject, which was that we have none of the power, but all of the responsibility. This responsibility is perhaps best taken in doing the inner work we know we need to do, or being around a genuine awake teacher, or simply daring to unchain ourselves in a difficult situation and do what the Divine is guiding us to do, rather than what we impulsively feel like doing. As we grow and mature in terms of awakeness, there is more ‘room’ (so-to-speak) for the Divine to come through untethered. All of this is not entirely accurate to say, but it’s the best I can do. 

The secret fantasy about sensing Truth is something like, “If I sense the truth of this situation / decision, then it will lead me to not suffer / into a path of less pain.” The reality about sensing Truth is that when we actually sense it – and follow what we sense – it will lead us into whatever we need to experience for our path. Be that suffering or not suffering (or any variation in between). The bigger picture is that, in a manner of speaking, Divinity is trying to get us to a particular place in our path. It doesn’t actually mind what it needs to do to get us there, or what that looks or feels like; it is not so concerned about that, because its true concern is so much vaster.

The idea that everything is a reflection of what is inside us is actually not a particularly useful one. More useful may be to see where we are reacting. These are the relationships or situations in which our remaining conditioning is being revealed – and that is very useful, because then we can directly experience what our issue is and work through it. Just by being aware of where we are reacting, we already have one foot out – into Freedom. This begins the journey of dissolving the conditioning, which certainly requires self-effort and the right tools for the job.

Free Online Group Healing: The Voridians

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am excited about this new Vortex Healing work to optimise the Voridians 🙂 The Voridians are deep connecting pathways in the physical body and energy system, which Ric Weinman has named for ease of locating and working on. For myself and those of you who have received this technique so far, the results have been phenomenal. The key thing I have noticed after this technique, is that your entire system uptakes energising in a far more effective, long-lasting and robust way. In other words, when done deeply enough, as your system subsequently receives Energising it will be able to ‘retain’ that much more effectively and for longer. So I would like to focus on clearing / optimising the Voridians in the upcoming Group Healing tomorrow. We will not be able to get the deepest layers, as per a private session, but I still deem this important enough to offer in a Group (as does Ric Weinman) because of the strength of the impact. 

Even if you have had this done in a private session, it is certainly worth you attending the Group, because the Divine will clear any bits previously not ready to shift (if any) or do something different with you.

“…whenever I see a weak organ, the Voridian flow into it is weak, which reduces the amount of energy flowing to the cells. So in higher level healing protocols, the intention to get all the energy pathways flowing into all the cells will still be limited by the state of the Voridians. This goes for damaged organs as well”

“Voridians & Meridians: I’ve noticed that when an organ is physically congested, such as when the lungs are congested, the voridians seem to get more affected than the meridians. This is probably because the voridians are more fully engaged with the physical organ.”

Important Transformations in my Healing Practice

How are you? I hope you had a wonderful Valentine’s Day 🙂 

I am writing about some important transformations in my healing practice. For Vortex Healing folks you may be interested that I utilised the Truth Line in the spine, to sense into what was needed as a whole, in each of the below. If you are not in Vortex Healing, another way of expressing this is that I sat deeply with each part of these transformations, and listened within from Truth.

Free Online Group Healing: Not-knowing…into Silence (part 2)

Knowing is not needed for living. Usually it impedes living, in fact. That is the kind of knowing which comes from the mind and it is an outgrowth of our deepest core issues of survival fear, or of loneliness (in addition to all the ‘masking’ issues which are piled on top of these two). True knowing, if it is needed in a moment, only arises from not-knowing. It’s nothing like we think either, this kind of ‘knowing’: there is nothing mental about it, and it isn’t even a gut feeling. It’s so different from all of that. Creative, tender and totally spontaneous, it comes to us only in the absolute willingness not to know anything forever. Perhaps the only way to ‘do’ this, and the only resolution to those unsolvable dilemmas in our lives, is Silence.

I want to share some wisdom from the recent repeats and new classes I have taken in Vortex Healing. Firstly, on the subject of what we long and search for. When we really boil it down, we are all searching for unconditional Love. Yet we don’t look for it in the place we lost it: we look for it in people. Whereas really, we lost it within. So that is the only place that we ever re-discover it.

Regarding destiny, and understanding what this is: we come into this lifetime with specific issues which are going to play out. The further we are away from waking up, it doesn’t really matter how much or little that happens, or the way in which that happens. But the closer we are to awakening, our path becomes much more refined, in order to help facilitate that awakening. Perhaps the reason for this, in the bigger picture, is that ‘individual awakening’ (so-to-speak) always serves the whole: it supports what’s needed as a human species and possibly as a planet as well. 

A comment about Ayuhuasca from Ric Weinman and Vortex as a lineage: as much good as this medicine may do, it always creates a hook. That hook expresses in the right kidney and goes into the spine. The effect of it, is that a part of you becomes totally not present. In my opinion (and this is only an opinion), there is no way that can be a good thing in terms of your awakening / embodiment. If anyone would like these hooks to be removed, it is fairly straightforward, so please ask for this to be done as part of a private session. 

Awakening and evolution: it is important to clarify that awakening has nothing to do with being a kind and loving human. For example, you could have a girl who was raised in a very loving household and has, say, 12 karma knots as an adult. And you could have a boy who was brought up in a traumatising and cruel environment. The girl, as a woman, has grown up to be a kind and loving person. By contrast, the boy grows into an arsehole and nobody likes him. Let’s say that man then begins Vortex training, and takes classes right through to Core Veil and beyond. He hasn’t become an evolved, kind, loving person just because he is awake. Meanwhile the woman is spreading love everywhere she goes. And yet, the man has a certain kind of Divine growth that she doesn’t have. Obviously these are quite extreme examples, and it is not an either-or situation. If you genuinely value Truth, awakening, God – there is nothing you can do about it. It was not your choice, it was Divine Choice, and it will continue no matter what you do or feel. I just thought it important to highlight the difference between awakening and evolution, since we can easily make the two the same, or confuse them with each other. 

Core loneliness, as one of our two most core issues (as mentioned earlier), comes about later in overall growth. It is a developed emotional response to feeling separation / feeling separate. So you would not find it in a cockroach, but you would find it in a horse or a human being. 

Intimacy / Lack / ‘hunger’: it’s not that the ‘hunger’ arising from Lack (such as the hunger for connection) gets satisfied. It can’t get satisfied; because it’s coming from separateness. What happens, is that the ‘hunger’ abates. Usually this involves a LOT of inner work, and it is eventual rather than sudden. One of the things that is then realised, is that what got hidden was the fact that we were and are already connected and in intimacy. 

My healer said something which may help you to frame your traumas in a clearer and truer way: “Trauma on a basic level, is where we have compounded experience and memory and locked it into the system.”

Free Online Group Healing: Surrendering Separateness

We will gather together to explore surrendering separateness. To explain what I mean by this and to support a broader understanding of the awakening embodiment evolution, I will share something from the class I am currently taking. 

Ric took us through an exceptionally beautiful guided meditation yesterday, while the ‘transmission’ for ‘Awakening to Divinity’ was running through him. If you are wondering what the name of the class means, I hope that my sharing will also go some way to answering that. As I went deeper in meditation, I felt touched by Divinity in such a direct way…that I was brought to tears. Following this, there was suddenly a rushing energetic shift (akin to a shock) throughout my system. Next, panic and terror began to release from within (pertaining to my core conditioning) and that was accompanied by a spontaneous breathing release, and by shaking. As the panic and terror released, I saw that they were at the root of all my other emotions. This embodied perception set me free, completely, from the grip of these other emotions, and also from projection and blame in way that was spontaneous and organic. 

Then came some profound realisations, not as ideas, concepts or insights, but as something far far more real than that. I fell deeper in meditation, to the point where I sensed the remaining separateness inside with total clarity. In this clarity, I recognised that separateness is actually created – from within. I saw how this fictional separateness was animating the conditioning, literally giving it ‘realness’ which it didn’t actually have. 

Not only was the conditioning not real, but the separateness itself (which is much deeper – being the origin point – primary) wasn’t real either. What I was ‘left with’ so-to-speak, was Divinity. Previously, Divinity had still been experienced as somewhat ‘outside’ in a subtle way, for example in Amma. But now it revealed itself as what I am. The appearance of a subtle boundary between ‘inside’ and ‘outside’ dissolved. This was not an experience, it was beyond. There is a totality to Divinity which may be impossible to convey in words.

Many of you have communicated having meltdowns recently. These are normal, but have also been catalysed by the continuation of lockdown. This is why I would like to assist you in moving from meltdown to melt-through. In many ways, this depends upon the Shakti available within us at a given moment in time. If there is enough Shakti (Divine energy) readily available in our system, every situation is met with non-reaction and simply melts through. It passes through without resistance, even if a truthful action is carried out. If there is not enough available Shakti, a reaction asserts itself – pushing back against Reality – in some type of conditioned reflex, like a battle which can only ever be lost. This group healing will be focused on increasing the Shakti within you and clearing the blocks to that.

The group session will include me channelling particular Mantras to awaken false identifications, and associated areas of conditioning, group prayer and connection, guided channelled healing, a chance to share your feelings with the group if you feel called to do so, and most importantly of all – a deepening in Silence / Being-Light-Love-awakeness, which could reveal these to be your own true nature.

Amma (the ‘hugging Saint’) has said that when we come together as a group in prayer or meditation, the Light increases. She gives the analogy that it is very difficult to read under the light of a very low wattage bulb. But when several such bulbs are connected together in a series, one can easily read a book under that light.

Free Online Group Healing: Inner Reconnection

Hello 🙂

I am offering a Free Online Group Healing this Thursday 23rd April at 1pm GMT. We will be focussing on Inner Reconnection: on contacting and relaxing into that inner sanctuary that can weather any storm without moving and without resisting. When we come into ourselves as we truly are, all anxiety, stress and strain subsides and we recognise the Love and beauty inside. In this way our eyes are opened to the beauty all around us, in each other, in nature and in all of life. This is the return to innocence that the heart both longs for and is simultaneously, yet is oftentimes hidden from feeling or view. I welcome you to de-frag, deepen and cast away any doubt in the prevalence of Loving awake presence.

The session will be 1 hour and will include the highest level of Vortex Healing, guided meditation, mantra chanting and the opportunity to be with other like-hearted souls, connecting together.

Quite a few people who were part of the last group session did not appear on Zoom; in that moment I decided to still send them the healing. But this could potentially create a scattered-ness which is difficult for me and for the group, so please be aware of this. I am not telling you off by the way – not my style! Free Online Group Healing: Divine Deepening

How are you?

I am well and happy 🙂 This strange period in history is giving me the chance to fully embrace my mantra from Amma, the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother (Archana), Amma’s White Flowers Meditation and all the Vortex Healing work I am doing in groups and individually. Perhaps the highlight of all of this is the EarthWorks IV Divine Door group which Anthony Gorman is hosting daily online. We are working together as a community to dissolve the knock-on effects of coronavirus, including healing specifically for the nurses, doctors, care support workers and hospital cleaners on the front line.
