How are you? Personally, I am enjoying the sunshine spree we are having in London 🙂 I’m still very excited by the online Adyashanti course I am doing and by the Vortex Healing I am facilitating. One of you said post-session,
“I never felt so much freedom from a Vortex session….….I almost forgot what it felt like to be free”.

A colleague recently made a very important point (on FB) regarding the phenomenal shifts which have happened in Vortex over the past few weeks.
