Free Online Group Healing: Melt-through in Lockdown

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and revelling in this sunshine 🙂 Now is the time for the next group, which will be on Wednesday at 1pm. Please note this progression: these will then be fortnightly from Wed onwards (same time and day) and remain free. Book via the following link, which is offered by Shaun and Kim, with whom I am collaborating in the fantastic collective Wuji Web 🙂 🙂 🙂

https://wuji-web.as.me/daisy-group-healing

Please note another important change to the groups: anyone not present on Zoom for the duration of the session will not be included in the healing.

Many of you have communicated having meltdowns recently. These are normal, but have also been catalysed by the continuation of lockdown. This is why I would like to assist you in moving from meltdown to melt-through. In many ways, this depends upon the Shakti available within us at a given moment in time. If there is enough Shakti (Divine energy) readily available in our system, every situation is met with non-reaction and simply melts through. It passes through without resistance, even if a truthful action is carried out. If there is not enough available Shakti, a reaction asserts itself – pushing back against Reality – in some type of conditioned reflex, like a battle which can only ever be lost. This group healing will be focused on increasing the Shakti within you and clearing the blocks to that.

The group session will include me channelling particular Mantras to awaken false identifications, and associated areas of conditioning, group prayer and connection, guided channelled healing, a chance to share your feelings with the group if you feel called to do so, and most importantly of all – a deepening in Silence / Being-Light-Love-awakeness, which could reveal these to be your own true nature.

Amma (the ‘hugging Saint’) has said that when we come together as a group in prayer or meditation, the Light increases. She gives the analogy that it is very difficult to read under the light of a very low wattage bulb. But when several such bulbs are connected together in a series, one can easily read a book under that light.

If you would like to gift one of my individual sessions to someone, there is now an easy way to do this:-

https://app.acuityscheduling.com/catalog.php?action=addCart&clear=1&id=797755&owner=18957753

Also, a gentle reminder that it is now essential to pay for individual sessions in advance or on the day of the session itself.

Finally, both rearrangement and cancellation of a session must be done 24 hours in advance of the session time, otherwise full payment of that session is required.

Love,

xDaisy

Free Online Group Healing: Inner Reconnection

Hello 🙂

I am offering a Free Online Group Healing this Thursday 23rd April at 1pm GMT. We will be focussing on Inner Reconnection: on contacting and relaxing into that inner sanctuary that can weather any storm without moving and without resisting. When we come into ourselves as we truly are, all anxiety, stress and strain subsides and we recognise the Love and beauty inside. In this way our eyes are opened to the beauty all around us, in each other, in nature and in all of life. This is the return to innocence that the heart both longs for and is simultaneously, yet is oftentimes hidden from feeling or view. I welcome you to de-frag, deepen and cast away any doubt in the prevalence of Loving awake presence.

The session will be 1 hour and will include the highest level of Vortex Healing, guided meditation, mantra chanting and the opportunity to be with other like-hearted souls, connecting together.

Quite a few people who were part of the last group session did not appear on Zoom; in that moment I decided to still send them the healing. But this could potentially create a scattered-ness which is difficult for me and for the group, so please be aware of this. I am not telling you off by the way – not my style! However, please only reply this time if you can actively attend – thank you. If you would like to receive and can do so on Zoom for the duration, please message or email me and I will send the link and password for this group healing session.

Love,

xDaisy

This could be the most crucial message you hear about Coronavirus

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I have just been sent this by a friend in Amritapuri (Amma’s ashram in India). If you have 20 minutes, I believe it harnesses the power to change your life. At the very least, it will touch your attitude and your heart.

Enjoy, and Happy Easter 🙂

Free Online Group Healing: Divine Deepening

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and happy 🙂 This strange period in history is giving me the chance to fully embrace my mantra from Amma, the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother (Archana), Amma’s White Flowers Meditation and all the Vortex Healing work I am doing in groups and individually. Perhaps the highlight of all of this is the EarthWorks IV Divine Door group which Anthony Gorman is hosting daily online. We are working together as a community to dissolve the knock-on effects of coronavirus, including healing specifically for the nurses, doctors, care support workers and hospital cleaners on the front line.

In case you haven’t seen it yet, here is Amma’s beauty-filled message:-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62BOvKckpAs

I also found this satsang from (the newly appointed) Swami Shubhamritananda Puri full of heart and wisdom. I hope you enjoy it 🙂

https://youtu.be/IXTK_LAcVkQ

I have decided to offer Free Online Group Healings regularly 🙂 The next one is on Tuesday 7th April at 10am. Please note that my groups are offered by Zoom only. Message or email me if you are sure you want to participate in this one, and I will send you the link.

Apologies to those who didn’t get into the last group. I have now worked out how to take more people per session 🙂 And apologies to those who were expecting the next group and this email sooner. I have been inundated with requests for healing, therefore the next group became possible only now.

A reminder that I have a powerful tool to assist your immune system, simply called Immune Boost. I channel it as part of a short immune protocol taught to us by Anthony Gorman in the last class. And the Vortex Healing infection protocol is effective against COVID-19, so please bear this in mind if you need help.

I am now offering distance healing only (at the same price as before):-

1 hr 15 mins = £75

My final words about the current world situation are that there is a Divine path here. Humankind is being led into a very deep evolution and that is not hindered by the corona crisis – or by anything else, for that matter. We may be asking, what can we do? One small thing we can all do – and that we do do naturally – is to open our hearts to each other. Every time one person does this, it affects everything in creation in ripples that venture out into the deep, of their own accord. The world is served not by our arguments but by our compassion, love and courage.

Love,

xDaisy

Ps From Mother Meera : “To bless your days with joy is my reason for being on Earth. Aspire for the inevitable happiness and all Grace will be given to you.”

Pps I am now back on Facebook, just so you know 🙂

Radiating Awakeness

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and feeling very grateful indeed to be able to take (and even repeat) so many Vortex Healing classes at the moment. People have asked me why I do this and why I go to see Amma so much each year. Well the bigger reason why became apparent in a class discussion recently. Contemplate if you will, the impact that being awake out here ‘in the world’ is having. Have you ever thought about it? All of us living ordinary lives and daring to be conscious humans with a real sincerity for Truth, is actually its own transformative force. This force is indeed making a difference in the world. With this in mind the term ‘embodiment’ reveals itself to mean, living  from awakeness.

The most important thing

Anthony Gorman pointed out during EarthWorks III class, that perhaps the only truly valuable thing is time. Not money and not all the rest of the things we assign value to. But time. Every moment we spend directing ourselves towards Divinity, we are no longer wasting time. As Amma says, even one moment spent in meditation is not a waste of time.

Surrender

We, or those around us (particularly in spiritual circles), are frequently trying to surrender. But trying to surrender actually creates a rather nasty inner drama, full of conflict and struggle, self-judgment and the whole shebang – which may in turn block surrender.

True surrender does exist though, and does happen, yet it happens naturally. Perhaps it could be said that surrender happens when the time is right. It could be termed Divine Takeover. Sometimes what happens to facilitate this, is the Divine (in a manner of speaking) ‘sees’ that you aren’t willing to give up a particular thing in your life – so it simply takes it away from you. That movement is utterly different from the aforementioned struggle to surrender. It is rather like an adult taking a sharp object away from a child, which the child was experiencing as a toy.

Acting from Truth

There are many times in our lives when we wonder whether or not we are acting in the best possible way, or we question the truth of a situation. There is help available for this in a simple way.

When facing the situation, align inside (perhaps in the heart or spine) with whatever you see as the source of everything. This may be an avatar, the energy of a teaching, a lineage, a deep sensing of Truth, or something else like that. Then rather than asking, ‘What do I do?’, instead ask, ‘What needs to be done?’.

And wait…

Eventually a movement, or a word, or some other kind of guidance will arise. The idea is to move from a place of what needs to be done as a whole, rather than from what ‘I’ need or want.

Relationships

We often think that we are seeking, or are in, a relationship to find Love. But upon closer scrutiny, what we may find we are really looking for there is connection. This is an important distinction. But also, even that ‘looking’ for connection is really coming from feeling isolated. The consequence is that we tend to create co-dependant relationships, far more times than not.

The good news is, both Love and connection are already here 🙂 They are existing right now, as what you are – or in what you are (depending on the specific way you experience your true nature). When you see this, really truly see it…..wow….it changes everything…..

Imagine for a moment, no more seeking for connection. And then imagine no more seeking, full stop. Can you imagine that? What would it be like to not try to get anything out of relationship? I mean genuinely, naturally – rather than because a spiritual teaching told you to. What would that feel like?

Denial

Never underestimate the power of denial – lol! We all know someone who is in it. Of course, that person could never be us – lol! The position is easy to see from the outside. But how does denial work?

Denial creates a blindspot in a person’s consciousness. So much so that someone in denial can even state outright that they are not doing or feeling what they are in fact doing or feeling. A good example of this is a spiritual teacher who is abusing their students.

At some point the denial position was a choice, of sorts. Usually it would have been a survival choice. There is nothing inherently wrong with that. But harm comes from the consequences of that choice. It may have originally been made a very long time ago (becoming a patterned way of being further down the line, whenever a similar trigger arose). The question for the person in denial is, what am I going to choose now?

Furthermore, if it is Divine Intention for a person to come out of denial (and that certainly is an ‘if’), then it will probably take a sizeable event happening in their life to blow the whole thing up. If it is not in Divine Intention, then perhaps the denial will move in a future lifetime.

Bliss

Mmmmmm…Bliss……. We all love it. But what are we really experiencing?

Ric Weinman was explaining that from his point of view, there are two very different kinds of bliss. The most common kind is actually an egoic state. It is when the ego merges with the energy of bliss, expands and becomes thin – but very much still existing. You can see this a lot around awake teachers – within the sangha. This type of bliss can easily become an addiction. If the addiction continues, ‘bliss’ could actually become a trap which hinders the very thing it is supposed to be creating – i.e., awakening (or embodiment of awakening).

The other kind of bliss, the ‘real thing’ if you like, is hard to put into words. Bliss in this sense, is simply here. Bliss can just be here… Without fanfare. It is not a state. It is more akin to an ongoing expression of Divinity, subtle and beautiful. The only other way I can really describe it is to say that you will know it when you feel it. Some people are in touch with this all the time, although I would say that is rare.

Are you woke?

How awake we are really depends on how attached we are to the Light (Awareness-Being-Light-Love) versus the life ‘things’ (food, TV, sex, and other life attachments and dramas). The weird thing is that, given the choice – even though the Light is freedom and real fulfilment – the vast majority of people still choose the latter, including those who directly experience the difference. This is worth contemplating.

Much later on in the awakening embodiment evolution, there is a sort-of second phase. It is when one becomes unattached to one’s attachments. Then one is free to be the Light itself AND the humanness itself, at the same time.

2020 : may it be the year of 2020 internal vision for all of us 🙂

Love,

xDaisy

Ps A reminder that rescheduling or cancellation needs to be done 24 hrs before the start time of your session, otherwise the session will be charged in full.

Timeless Magic

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and feeling buzzed after completing the first ever EarthWorks IV training with Vortex Healing teacher Anthony Gorman, here in London 🙂 There were around 70 of us in class, and so we had plenty of support for the embodiment process we were in personally (so-to-speak) and for doing some deep healing on the earth and humanity.

I am so excited! 🙂

Something cool which you may want to do – if you are a Vortex Healing student yourself – is to make use of the EarthWorks IV Rifting Divine Door outside The Columbia Hotel (where you do most of your classes in London). It is on the ‘traffic island’ opposite the entrance to the hotel, between the benches where there is an artistic circle created on the pavement. If you tune in with Merlin, stand in the middle and wait….be patient….. You will feel yourself being moved, perhaps even several times in different directions. Keep going, and at the same time be patient and rest in your heart. Eventually, when you feel invited to, move forward in the direction you feel drawn to, and leave the circle. You will have undergone a complete Rift of your life! In other words, the timeline and direction of your life has been transformed, to be more deeply aligned with Truth and Divinity.

I can now make Divine Doors at a distance, so please ask for this if you would like it. These work much better for a place or situation than an object, when at a distance. All Doors take around 25 mins to create. Please also note that the transmissions from EarthWorks IV automatically upgraded every Divine Door I have made before, including any for you or your life etc. 🙂

Whether at a distance or in-person, all kinds of EarthWorks IV Divine Doors can be made for you (including Merlin Divine Doors, Rifting Divine Doors, Healing Stream Divine Doors etc – please see last email for more examples), with the probable exception of one type of Door, which we have be warned against using on anyone personally, except ourselves. This is an EarthWorks IV MRLN Divine Door. Essentially, it could be too extreme in terms of transformation to use at will like that. The exception to this is that I can make one for a situation only.

A very cool addition to Divine Doors is the Merlin Magical Renewal Divine Door, which creates a kind of healing reset, or new beginning. One way of using this amazing Door is for you to write (to life itself) a short letter about your issue etc. I then create a Merlin Magical Renewal Divine Door into that letter. The Door will work on the situation indefinitely from there 🙂

As a group, we made EarthWorks IV MRLN Divine Doors into the following world issues:-

Hate Crime

Humanity’s treatment of other species / animals in our food chain

Slavery of all types [and the aspect I chose personally was race-based slavery, including historical African slavery]

The Avalonian Realm (a realm of incredible nature beings, which were very abused by humans)

The earth magic in Avebury, plus it’s upcoming awakening on the Summer Solstice this year

The Columbia Hotel (the class venue) and the people in it

Several trees in Hyde Park

On his own, Anthony created an EarthWorks IV MRLN Divine Door into the viral pneumonia spreading from China.

Please email me with any questions about the work we did – or about anything else (I know this is a brief synopsis).

I hope you have enjoyed hearing about the latest in Vortex Healing 🙂 Much love to you and see you soon 🙂

Earth Magic

Hello there 🙂

I am in the middle of Vortex Healing classes EarthWorks III and IV with Anthony Gorman here in London, and I want to share the magic, light, love and wisdom from this group energy field and learning discussions with you 🙂

Something quite extraordinary happened, which is that we made a Weather Funnel as a group for Australia, and the next day – it began pouring with rain there! Make of that what you will. For me, it cannot be coincidence. The Funnel is a Divine device designed to effect positive transformation in weather systems.

One of the main advantages of these EarthWorks classes is that I can now make all kinds of new upgraded Divine Doors and put them into spaces, objects or body systems etc. – even at a distance. So please do ask for this. A Divine Door is a magical device which permanently brings concentrated Divine Light into whatever it is made in. It takes quite a lot of huffing and puffing to make (because the shakti moves this way).

As a class, we made a :-

Merlin Blessing Divine Door into Tehran, in Iran

Divine Healing Stream Door (which then turned into a Rifting Divine Door) into a focal point of politics in Russia

Quantum Gate Divine Door into Fox News (actually Anthony did this by himself a while ago, but I thought you’d be pleased to hear)

Funnel Divine Door for peaceful existence, for the fall of the Persian Empire (i.e., for the ‘scar’ that this past event left behind)

Merlin Divine Door for the astrological pathway [similar to a body pathway] between the Sun and the Earth

Astrological Divine Door for Gaia

Healing Stream Divine Door into pornography

6 x Stopping Spots for the projections people make onto the English Royal Family

Stopping Spot for animal-based food production (in the whole world)

Rifting Divine Doors into the following stadiums: Wembley Arena, Wembley Stadium, The O2, Tottenham Hotspur (Tottenham), Arsenal (Emirates), Chelsea (Stamford Bridge), Fulham (Craven Cottage), Twickenham, West Ham United (London Stadium)

A Christ Consciousness Crystal to surround the Houses of Lords & Commons [an enormous circle and energetic crystal of healing with Christ energy, around the ruling powers in England]

Divine Clearing Network for the Russia / Europe 2nd World War trauma

Divine Clearing Network for the Japan 2nd World War trauma

Feel free to email me if you would like a more detailed explanation of what these are. I didn’t want to go into a wordy explanation here, for those who are not needing this. Essentially, it’s that as a group we have much more power to effect healing transformation in spaces or situations all over the world, by creating permanent Divine openings to facilitate healing. So that’s what we did, and it’s what these particular classes are really all about.

Something interesting which we discussed in class was capitalism. It really made me feel validated in my everlong scepticism about this modality. We were agreeing that, even though there may not be a viable alternative right now, capitalism only works if you are willing to really abuse nature and this planet. Maximising profit alone is a dysfunctional way to carry on, which has been proven through masses of experience. This led me to thinking about the Divine Feminine, perhaps because Amma has said that awakening the feminine / Divine Mother energy everywhere is the only hope for the world to survive and thrive. I didn’t truly know what the feminine was (on the level of mind) until I sat down to contemplate it. To me, the feminine is connectivity, receptivity, devotion, love, nurture, effulgence and trust.

I hope this newsletter finds you well and enjoying your day, or your process, or deepening ever more into this Truth at the heart of us all.

Love,

xDaisy

Happy New Year! :-)

Hello 🙂

Happy New Year to you 🙂 🙂 🙂 May 2020 bring you real Love, Truth and effulgence on every level.

How are you?

I am well now, but I must be honest in saying that it’s been a wild rollercoaster processing everything in Steve and I’s ending. That is why I haven’t written for a while. What we learn in the break-up of a deep long-term relationship is often just as valuable as what we learn in the relationship itself.

As some of you know, I attended the Vortex Healing classes ‘Sensing III’ and ‘Sensing IV’ with Anthony Gorman in Holland, in late November. I found the classes so powerful in terms of how they changed my life and how embodied I was by the end, that I actually felt all other paths except for Amma and Vortex Healing fall away. It is hard to express the depth of gratitude I feel……and the expertise that I feel Anthony has, in addition to the sheer healing power of this lineage… The experience of catalysed evolution in terms of my path from taking Vortex Healing classes is phenomenal…

Anthony summed up the classes as a deepening in Magic. I agree! The classes are also designed to deepen and improve our sensing (psychic feeling / seeing) as practitioners. I look forward to continuing to share the benefits of these trainings in my sessions with you. I feel so grateful and happy that I can work with you: thank you for showing up to your lives and making this work a part of doing that.

There is a sacred Puja happening on the 5th Jan at the MA Centre in Bromley (Amma’s UK ashram). Please contact me for details if you would like to attend. The cost is £80 which all goes to Amma’s global humanitarian aid charity ‘Embracing The World’.

May I highlight again my cancellation policy? If you need to cancel or rearrange, please do so 24 hours or more before your session time. Otherwise the session will be charged in full. Also to remind you that I am no longer on Facebook (since mid-October), so please don’t feel offended if I don’t respond to your posts there, or if you can’t find me there etc. I am still on the FB Messenger app.

See you in the year 2020 🙂 Love,

xDaisy

Why Breaking Up Is Sometimes Good

Hello 🙂

How are you? I have quite a lot to tell you today. Firstly, who came to Amma? And how was it, if you did? One of you summed up her first experience with Amma in such a beautiful way that I want to share it. She said, “I’m just completely blown away by her. It’s the highest level of love. How lucky are we to be in her presence.” And that’s it.

I found this part of Amma’s speech particularly inspiring. Amma said that anger is the only thing that can truly defeat us; whereas patience is true victory. She pointed out that there are numerous things each day which can cause us to get angry. But when we do, we actually empower that situation or person to control our mind. Amma compared projecting anger at someone with grabbing a burning ember and throwing it at them: we get burned first, before burning the other person.

As you may have guessed from the title of this newsletter, Steve Vieau and I’s awakened relationship has come to its final end. It happened on the 15th October, hence my recent silence and withdrawal. I don’t feel that it is necessarily appropriate to share details about how the break-up happened. But I will say that it was deeply shocking, almost like experiencing trauma or PTSD. After that, it was excruciatingly painful and devastating for me, because he is the love of my life. The pain was beyond words, unbearable loss – almost as if I was losing Amma – which plunged me into literally the deepest darkness of my life. Thank goodness I was then miraculously with Amma in person. After what She transmitted to me, I am now beginning to experience the ending of Steve and I’s relationship as a healthy and powerful hit to my ego: a way for the Divine to completely destroy what is untrue inside, and create transformation. The whole thing is gradually becoming sobering, humbling and liberating. Which is why I chose the title I did for this newsletter today. Thank you to all those who rode the rollercoaster of the past two years with us, supporting us in our journey together. I also want to express how much solace and love I am finding in the Divine, in my friends and in all of you: my work is even more precious to me at this time.

There is an opportunity to learn Amma’s incredible IAM Technique on the 23rd and also to be with Br. Shubamrita (Amma’s senior disciple) on the 30th. Please contact me for further details about these events at MA Centre UK (Amma’s Bromley ashram).

A note to please correspond with me via WhatsApp, Messenger, phonecall or text for a swift response – i.e., not email. For hopefully obvious reasons, I have deactivated my Facebook account, so please don’t think that I have blocked or de-friended you if we were connected on there. FB Messenger still works fine.

Love,

xDaisy

“A bad day for your ego, is a good day for your soul” ~ Amma

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and noticing a flow of Grace into my life recently. Feeling blessed 🙂 I really enjoyed going to see Amma’s close devotee, Brahmachari Shubamrita, when he gave his talk ‘Finding Our True Home’ here in London on Sunday. It was wonderful to be with someone through whom I feel Amma moves so deeply, and to be with my community. It was fantastic that some of you could make it! I was delighted to see you there! Please email me with any further thoughts you have about your experiences at this beautiful event.

What I feel was really conveyed by Br. Shubamrita, is that there is no real home outside our True Self. That, in itself, is radical – if you really take a moment to absorb it. The Brahmachari (a type of monk who has taken vows) went on to tell us a little story about this. Back in the 80s, when the crowds around Amma were very very small, he asked her to come and visit him in his home. At first she seemed not to hear him, so he left it. Then, once he had another opportunity, he again invited Amma to his home. This time Amma laughed and said, “My son, I am always in your home, but you are never there. You are always wandering somewhere else.”

Shubamrita highlighted the crucial importance of regular spiritual practice (sadhana) in bringing us back into the Self, into the space of Silence inside, which is also the only place that true happiness is found. And another, perhaps even more important way of ‘staying at home’ he said, is to spend time with masters like Amma in person; in other words, to be with a being who is permanently rooted in the Self, until we ourselves can really say that we are. I agree that, without the direct physical presence of a Self-Realised Master, the likelihood of true abidance as the Self is vaguely possible, at best.

The highlight of the visit by Amma’s close devotee, from my perspective, was the music. Bhajan bliss 🙂 🙂 🙂 It has been said that music tries to express what language cannot. I think a bhajan – when sung by someone whose heart is truly with God – takes this statement to its ultimate conclusion. The only thing I can relate it to, if you have not experienced this particular thing, is making love. Are we not also trying in this, to express that for each other which language fails to? Furthermore, that is really what the Bhakti path (the path of devotion) is, in a far more profound sense. Perhaps along similar lines, it could be said that Bhakti actually succeeds in expressing what making love comes close to. There is this completion with Bhakti that is utterly total……like a circle being drawn, coming together again, with God as the artist.

Where does happiness lie?

Hello 🙂

How are you?

It is possible to have been on a spiritual path or an awakening path for many years, yet still hold on to secret drives, particularly regarding happiness. Even though all of this can easily be spiritualised of course 😉 So, where does happiness really lie? I would love to receive your feelings and ideas about this, so please do write to me if you feel to.

I suppose the way this question got answered for me, wasn’t so much by asking the question and then analysing: it came in a different way. It was more a case of something which was there before, falling away – and noticing what was gone. One day, I went to Amma’s ashram in London to do seva. Before beginning the seva, there was a satsang (literally meaning, meeting in truth). I don’t know why on that day I had such a profound realisation, since I do many of those satsang practices every day, and have done for years. As I was chanting Archana (the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother), I was staring at Amma’s picture on the altar in front of us all. Suddenly something hit me like a flash : the source of happiness lies within me. It was quite a shock, and yet so evident and in a way, obvious, even though this whole thing was very subtle. Then a cascade of insights followed, such as the fact that happiness is never going to be found in a man, or in a partnership, in having a child, or in anything external. And also, I realised that the words ‘happiness is a choice’ (as Amma has said many times) are actually true. I realised that I am not “going to find it” in a relationship, I am not “going to find it” ‘one day’. Happiness is here, now! Happiness is already here, before I begin looking for it. On the level of thought, it was like, “Wow! Happiness is nowhere outside me.”

A reminder of timing and prices, as some people have not received these:-

All sessions are 1 & 1/4 hrs

In-person (in your home) = £100

Barbican venue (most Wednesdays) = £90

Distance healing (via WhatsApp, Skype etc.) = £75

I’d also like to inform you of some dates I will be away: I have very recently decided to visit Amma in Toronto, 12th – 22nd July. I will take that time off for sadhana (spiritual practices), self-care and seva (selfless service). Therefore please plan your sessions accordingly, and message me if you would like to book.

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the warmth 🙂

xDaisy

Is it personal?

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well. I have recently been thinking and talking about the turn that happens during embodiment of awakening. I am talking about the turn from the personal to the impersonal. From taking everything personally (and therefore seriously) to a way of being that is totally impersonal, no matter what the circumstance is. It’s not a turn that is made, yet it is a turn which happens. A person in this no longer experiences themselves at the centre of their life and therefore, naturally, things are no longer taken personally. But even more than that, there is this movement into the impersonal, which seems to have endless depth, life, laughter and compassion. Life goes from ‘trying to get what the me wants (and thinking that that is very important)’ to a simple following through of the Truth and Love at the heart of the original awakening. But you can’t fake this! It can only happen of its own accord, like the way in which a flower opens. Then life lives through the humanness, so to speak, without any regard for whether that humanness likes what is coming through, or it doesn’t like it. After all, there is so much more at stake than that, because ultimately this entire ‘thing’ is kind-of like unstrategised service for the whole – for everything and everyone – yet not from anyone. Truly self-less service, which is nothing more than an outpouring of formless awakeness into forms. Far from being cold, this impersonal movement is full of Love and tenderness, without any special person it is directed to (or from, for that matter) and without any specific direction. What gets revealed is Uncaused Love, uncaused joy, uncaused everything…

Are any of you coming to see Adyashanti on the evening of the 16th August for his rare satsang in London…? Tickets may still be available through Alternatives. Even if they aren’t, if I were you I would turn up and try to get in. Adya is simply priceless….. Who else is there to see, really? – I often ask myself. In my opinion, no popular teacher is more embodied in their awakening and at the same time has the kind of bridging power he has. For example, in answering questions, he can bridge into the questioner in a way that creates real movement in terms of Truth. This ‘action’ requires Love, compassion, skill and training – but most of all, the ability to remain rooted in Truth in a very deep way indeed. Adya’s wife Mukti is giving a retreat (daylong) in London on the Sunday, and there are definitely still tickets available for that : www.adyashanti.org . I wasn’t taken with her work the first time I saw her, but a good friend recently changed my mind about her and I experienced a real turnaround (I ‘grocked’ her, as Adya would say :-), so I am booked onto that.

For those of you who know and love Amma (Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi), the new MA Centre UK (in Bromley) needs willing help from loving hands. If you love doing seva and would like to get involved – even casually, or as a one-off – please contact me or Vakees / Yamunah at vakeesyam@fastmail.fm. I will be there on Sunday.

It occurred to me on the bus last week, that if you remove the L from Loneliness you get Oneliness. That made me smile 🙂 It really is like this. Real life is like this, because Loneliness is the ultimate sensation of separation from your Divinity, and Oneliness is that Divinity.

I’ll leave you on that note for now. Wishing to see you soon 🙂

Love,

xDaisy

The Power of Practice

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well. I have recently been contemplating the power of regular rooted spiritual practice. I suppose for me I could say that this is the most important part of my day. That is kind-of a hard thing to say, because for me now the whole of life is equally important, in all its apparent parts. Nevertheless, there is something about getting up in the morning and doing an intentional practice that really moves me. What is your experience with this? I would love to hear your feelings and experiences.

In my experience so far, at all ‘stages’ along the awakening embodiment evolution daily sadhana (spiritual practice) is deeply important, precious and so delightful! I often want to sing about it after doing it! Luckily this is welcome in my household, since my housemates are on a level 🙂 What I feel about sadhana is that it has an immense multitude of simultaneous benefits. It both provides a structure for the day and frees one from all ‘imposed’ structures. It brings joy to the heart and radiates joy out to others. It ignites the innate (and often suppressed) longing for Divinity, whilst satisfying it at the same time. It transforms sexual energy. Most of all, sadhana is an expression of rootedness in Divinity (which is within every being). And it aligns one with the Divine, so to speak, in ever deeper and more mysterious ways.

The way I approach the question of which kind of practice to do, is simply to do what I am truly drawn to in a natural and organic way. I think this is important because, first of all, we tend to do what we love. Secondly, we are only likely to continue in the rigorous discipline of a daily sadhana if we actually feel inspired by that practice in the first place. I am not a fan of imposed spiritual practices, or of doing what others do and hoping for the best.

Perhaps it is more about the passion and the open willingness which we bring to the practice, rather than what the practice itself is (within reason). And then that passion and that willingness (which are really the fire of awakeness inside us) eventually lead us to the next appropriate practice for us, or even to no practice at all, or directly into the ocean of Divinity which has always been right on our own doorstep. I would really love to hear of what you do, if you are drawn to a regular sadhana of any kind.

Ultimately, every one of our lives (so-called ‘spiritual’ or otherwise) is shaped by the extent to which we are rooted in reality / love / spirit / truth / divinity / mystery. And that is not confined to anything, or to dependency upon anything. Even upon sadhana. I am simply intending, here, to share my passionate enthusiasm for sadhana, and to illuminate a valuable way of assisting the rootedness in Divinity, which can sometimes seem elusive in daily life.

See you soon,

Love and Peace,

xDaisy

Divinity Intended

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am very well and settling into my new home in South East London. Yes, I have moved 🙂 I had no idea what a real home with the most appropriate energies around you could do for a person… It really is amazing how different I feel about everything and how much freer I feel on a human level.

I would like to share with you this piece of writing I did about 3 years ago, which I uncovered during the move. I wrote it on a retreat, held by my friends Chetana and Will. I hope that perhaps it carries you somewhere:-

Divinity Intended

I cannot speak…for talking this out is nothing at all anymore. This Silence bears witness to all of that and is also all of that. No need for words anymore. My silent spoken friend, awareness, finally stayed after his tea was drunk.

I saw what is true for me and accepted the somehow burden of it. This being done, You came in again. Then, the deeper revelation – the surrender……. No holding back this time. You showed me all, You revealed Yourself in the night, in the day, in the detail – all at once. That timeless moment – Now. All my burdens are laid down in You. All my heavy weighty blindness and my deafness to Your song is gone. Now I see it all. The game that I played – You knew my every move. You were always bathing it in that Light, yet only now can I see this.

What needs to happen, needs to happen. Yes, this is true. But what I failed to understand was the pitch perfect way this is all going. The sheerness of a thousand songs called out in Your name. It must be as it is and as it will be. You are the One, I am That. I found You again, and in the finding, I am no longer me. No longer isolated from You, my beautiful Muse, my all, my everything. I didn’t know that this way is the way. This precise way which you are unfolding… Divinity Intended. Not outside anymore, not happening to a me. Divinity Intended. A button unbuttoned and a comb combed. The jeans and the hair of Existence.

What has to happen…it’s unfolding, opening – at Its pace alone. Only Your rhythm exists. You lovemaker… It’s all happening now, and now, and now. There is no other; no other at all. This is Your game, and I feel no distance from You anymore. Somehow, I have not transferred this, not managed to translate this – the incredible depth of what is here.

Back in London :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you? I have missed you on my epic trip! I am back in London and giving sessions – so please contact me by text, WhatsApp or Messenger to book.

I think the biggest gift Amma gave me this time was to make me believe in love again. Or perhaps to remind me that I never really stopped believing. And she did this in one single Darshan (the hug). When you consider what I have been through recently, with the breakdown of my engagement to Steve, this is quite something. I had spent two months crying, yet as soon as Amma returned to the ashram from her North India Tour, I received a spontaneous unplanned Darshan (without even a token), and everything changed. It was as if the light-switch of my heart got turned on again. How she does what she does I will never know, but I am so deeply grateful that she does it. And thus my personal healing journey began…

I heard a story at the ashram, from a long-time Amma devotee, which I would like to share with you. It is taken from recorded talks by Swami Paramatmananda (Nealu). Many many years ago, when the ashram was a different place and Amma’s organisation was small, it was nearing bedtime and Amma was brushing her teeth with the Swamis. Suddenly she froze in the middle of brushing and fainted on the floor. When she had come round, Swami Paramatmananda asked, “Amma, what happened – why did you pass out?” Amma told him to go and look in a particular hut on the ashram. There he would find a monk sitting in front of his altar and crying to the Divine. Amma said that this monk’s focus was so one-pointed to the Divine, to realise enlightenment, that she had left her body to go directly to him. That was why she had collapsed. Sure enough, the Swami went to the hut and there was the monk in swathes of devotion, crying his heart out in surrender in front of his altar.

To finish (as I have very limited time for anything but giving sessions at the moment) I want to share an inspiring quote which I heard on the plane, as part of a TED talk on emotional maturity:-

“Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is fear walking.”

Sending you so much Love and Peace,

xDaisy

India Sun Rising

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I received more replies to my last email than to any other email I have ever written. It is good to discover that authenticity and transparency are so valued in the world. Your responses were wise, insightful and heart-warming, and all that positive energy has done wonders for the healing process I am in. Having said that, this is the process of my lifetime, and I am still so deeply in it that it is too early to share about it just now. As I mentioned in the other email, I will be taking my time with Amma in Amritapuri to heal myself. But please know that I will be giving sessions again from the 10th April onwards.

Events you might like:-

On Saturday 23rd March, there are Bhajans and Satsang (including meditation and chanting) at Amma’s UK ashram in Bromley. Please arrive by 5 30pm: 40A Letchworth Drive, Bromley, BR2 9BE

On Saturday 31st March, there are Bhajans and Satsang (including meditation and chanting) at Amma’s UK ashram in Bromley. Please arrive by 10 30am: same address

Fierce Grace

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I will get straight to the point today. I’m afraid I have some shocking and sad news which I want to share with you as a matter of transparency and authenticity. Within the last few weeks, Steve has ended our engagement and our relationship. I think we are both still in shock about this. The change is drastic, especially on a human life earth level. Knowing him as well as I do, I know that he would not have done this without good reasons, even though these reasons are only partially clear at the moment.

In facing and working through the extreme emotions and thoughts I am having, I am moving gradually into acceptance. Slowly, I am developing trust in what is happening. And when my intuition visits, it seems to be saying Yes to the ending of my partnership with Steve. I am left in astonishment at how unpredictable the dynamic aspect of Truth is.

As self-care, I have decided to take my upcoming time at the ashram in India with Amma (7th March – 8th April) to focus on healing myself. Before and after this period I am still working, so please don’t be shy about asking for sessions.

Love and best wishes to you,

xDaisy

Journey Into The Heart

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and enjoying the build-up to my trip to be with Amma in India tomorrow 🙂 I will have to make this newsletter very brief and a little speedy I’m afraid.

I will be away from tomorrow 27th Nov – 22nd Dec. Please note that I will have limited digital access while on the ashram, but you can try me on WhatsApp, Messenger and email.

I would love to hear any stories about your experiences of Amma’s recent visit to Surrey if you would like to share them. I had an absolutely wicked time! Just loved it! And through our seva (selfless service) in the massage area, our team made £7000 for Amma’s charity ‘Embracing The World’ 🙂 In case you didn’t know (since it is a unique attribute, as far as I know) Amma’s entire organisation is run without anyone being paid. No money which comes in goes to any person within the organisation. All work is carried out voluntarily and for free, with people donating their valuable attention, effort and time to make all the incredible things which Embracing The World achieves possible. This means that everything generated can go directly to assist people living in poverty, orphaned, hit by natural disasters, homeless, in need of life-saving surgery – the list goes on and on. Particularly impressive is Amma’s work to empower women in India by giving them grants to start their own businesses, after learning that poverty is best alleviated through women generating income.

Some exciting events coming up:-

Bromley ashram will be opening some time in the New Year. We are all working hard to make this possible 🙂 When it is up and running there will be satsangs, talks and all kinds of activities going on there. It feels very special for Amma to have a centre in the UK at last, after decades of trying to find a place 🙂

I advise booking now for Adyashanti in London for a very rare satsang on the 16th Aug next year. See ‘Alternatives’ or ‘EventBrite’ sites. Adya is also doing retreats in both Holland and Woldingham (Surrey) just before this, and you can enter the waiting list for these here: www.adyashanti.org

There is a Foundational training in Vortex Healing® in London in February – see www.vortexhealing.com

Ok, I better finish packing! See you after the 22nd Dec, and enjoy yourselves 🙂

Lots of Love,

xDaisy

Amma Hits London Tomorrow! :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am good 🙂 I have spent the day (like my other days off at the moment) helping to build the new ashram for Amma in Bromley. I love doing seva (selfless service)… 🙂 It honestly makes me happier than anything in the world. I have no idea why – lol! But I really love it. Soon the new place will be ready and will operate as the M.A. Centre for the UK, and as a community centre in between Embracing The World events.

Tomorrow Amma comes in person to Sandown Racecourse in Esher, Surrey. The final night is Friday and it’s the all-nighter. Here is all the information you need:-

www.amma.org.uk

If you haven’t yet met Amma, here is a documentary you may be interested in watching:-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsxZI0PBl_A&t=17s

I am still here until the 27th, when I fly to the ashram in India for 3 and a half weeks – so I will return from there on the 22nd December. Please book your sessions accordingly, as I will not be able to give sessions from the ashram this time. I will be available via WhatsApp, Messenger and email there though, but bear in mind it is rural India without Wifi, so contact will be sporadic.

If you come to Amma in Sandown this week, come and find me in the massage area where I should be for most of the 3 days. Much Love to you all 🙂

Amma in London :-) :-) :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I want to share the exciting news that Amma is coming on the 14th – 16th (incl all night 16th) November! She is returning to Sandown Racecourse (Surrey) this year. If you would like a gentle Seva (service job) with good vibes, please come and help us in the massage area. You can either help on reception, or (if you are a qualified and insured masseur) by giving treatments. Even a couple of hours volunteering makes a huge difference to Amma’s program, and to her unique international humanitarian aid charity ‘Embracing The World’. Doing Seva (selfless service) also creates happiness within and fills you with Shakti (Divine Energy) 🙂 Here is the link for information on the venue, transport and how to get a free Darshan (hug) token etc.:-

People often tell me about ‘seeing signs’, or ask me what I think about this. Spending time with Amma in Holland recently gave me the chance to be in solitude for long periods of time, and in that space some wisdom came to me which I want to share with you. What hit me is that, truly,  when we see a ‘sign’, we are often simply seeing our conditioning reflected – as if in a mirror. What we see, especially the ‘bad’ stuff, is usually not truth, but merely ego playing. It is mind, and that tends to see what it wants to see (no matter how convincing things seem). Many times we are taking things to be truths which are really our own negative (or positive) fantasies. The very origin point of such conclusions about ourselves, life and others is missing the mark completely. True truth, which can come as instinct or intuition, although it doesn’t need to, isn’t like that. It is calm and without doubt, it is clear without being forced, and without forcing. It is usually rarer than all those ‘signs’ and mind-made things.

Amma’s Devi Bhava speech in Holland was very moving and, though I tried to write down a lot of it, I was too moved to be writing during much of it. Absorbing her wisdom ended up being quite consuming. There were a few things I got down, though, which I would like to share with you. Amma said that there is a big difference between our physical and mental health: our physical health depends on how much we move our body, whereas our mental health depends on how still we keep our mind. She also pointed out that when we pour out our sorrows to God, it is actually like a meditation – a quest to reach God. And I love Amma’s version of make-up: she said, “Let us colour our lips with words of truth.”

I will be returning to Amritapuri (Amma’s ashram in India) from the 27th Nov – 22nd Dec, and during that time I will be unavailable for sessions. However, you can contact me on WhatsApp, Messenger and email, where I will be available for any crises. So please get your sessions in before that period, or book for afterwards.

Love,

xDaisy

Devotion

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am here in London, adjusting to the changes that my life brings, in this case the return from ashram life to city life. I don’t know if anyone remembers that seminal track by Goldie – ’Inner City Life’? That more-or-less encapsulates how it feels.

When sitting down to write about a living master, one faces a dilemma: the sense that the living presence of such a being, and the ‘experience’ (for want of a better word) of that, can never be confined to words or descriptions. It’s very hard to say anything about Amma. She both is and is not, she manifests as both form and formless in a continuous cascade. Perhaps the way in which my friends and I feel her in the most tangible way, is as Supreme Love: a Love that goes completely beyond anything imaginable, and which cuts through every vestige of the human ego, revealing the ultimate secret of this universe. If anyone is asking why I spend so much time with my spiritual teacher, this is why.

I wish I could give some kind of account of my stay with Amma in Amritapuri, but that really would just be words. You see, it’s a living thing with her. You don’t go about your day and then sit down and write your diary, and feel all good about what you’ve understood, and then go to sleep again. It’s not like that. The path with Amma is the path of action, of expression, of interaction and of an outpouring of a selflessness you had no idea was inside you, waiting to come out. This Love moves, this Silence transforms without leaving itself. This true way throws the human being into complete Mystery, not only once, but constantly. And miracles rain down upon everyone in that ashram like the monsoons. I’m aware that I sound like I’ve drunk the Kool-Aid – lol!

Those of you who have visited the ashram will know that one of the ways people deepen in their closeness with Amma and her teachings, is through sharing stories about her. I heard many extraordinary accounts while I was there this time. One never knows whether such stories are true, mythological or a version of a truth. To me, that is not ultimately the most important thing: for me, it is this unknown space…this Mystery, that such stories deepen me into which matters the most. One night, we met a new friend. As we got to know him over the course of our stay on the ashram (in saying ‘we’ and ‘our’, I am referring to Steve and I – yes, we are back together 🙂 🙂 :-)), this friend began to tell us the story of how he met Amma. The story begins before he was born. His father heard about Amma and took my friend’s sister to meet Her in Manchester in 1989. When they went for Darshan the father said to his daughter, “You are in the presence of God, you can ask anything you like.” The daughter told Amma that she wanted a little brother. Amma looked to the father and asked if he and his wife wanted another child. The father replied Yes, but that they could not, because his wife had gone through the menopause. Amma said Ok, and smiled at the daughter. A couple of months later, the mother began her periods again. Soon after this, she was pregnant. My friend was born in due course. Not long after the birth, Amma was due to visit England again. The father stayed at home with his new son (my friend), while the mother – who had never met Amma yet – and her daughter went to the program. As the mother fell into Amma’s arms for Darshan, Amma said to this woman – who she was meeting for the first time and had no information about – “Are you happy now that you have a son?” The mother burst into tears and surrendered. Hearing this story flooded me with energy rushes and goosebumps. I would never want to, or try to, prove whether it is true or not. I don’t know that. All I can say is that the sense of resonance throughout my entire being upon hearing it was overwhelming, and that the feeling of reality, realness, hitting-the-mark – whatever you want to call it – opened up within me in a profound way.

This actually leads me into something else I wanted to share with you. People often ask me about intuition, and feel that I have some expertise in this area. I don’t know about that, but I did discover something more about the whole thing when I was with Amma in the ashram. I hope that including this diary entry might assist you in your own journey with with your sense of intuition / instinct.

12/9/18

The answer came in Darshan today. There was no need to tune-in, check, ‘ask Amma inside’, or anything like that. When I was relaxed and open – simple, and in my being, one could say – I felt during Amma’s long embrace that [X]. It didn’t come mentally. It didn’t come through any kind of asking. It didn’t come in a big bang. It came through the feeling body. This relative truth came as a sort-of feeling, a kind-of sense, which ran like a river through my heart. So, yes, as [Y] reminded me that time: trust the truth that comes naturally, like a gift.”

That’s all for now. If you would like to book a session or talk about anything, please call, message or text me.

Much Love,

xDaisy

“The silent abyss beyond all knowing” ~ Adyashanti

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am in the midst of a potent time in my life, between the retreat I have just completed with Adyashanti and the time I am about to spend with Amma. I feel such wonderment and gratitude about this. They are the only words I can find in this moment to express how I am feeling. I don’t know why my life is this way – so filled with Divine opportunities – and why it is not another way. I can only bow down before the Grace that brought this all here.

The way I feel from being on the 7 day silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti is that I have now put all my eggs in one basket – that of Silence. There is this abiding trust now in the wisdom of Silence itself. On the level of experience (as it could be called), the Silence has become the foreground. It is hard to give an explanation of what this means for anyone who is struggling to understand (which may be no one of course). But here is an excerpt from my diary on retreat, of a particular day when this started to open fully:-

“Something really beautiful began to happen during the Silent Sittings today. I could, and still can, see all the way through my thoughts. I experience that absolutely everything arising there is conditioning. Previously, I had been assigning Truth to many many things…… Now I see that none of this is Truth. The contraction deep in my belly when something comes up is not Truth – it is conditioning. It’s the same with the things people say to me, and what arises in me in reactivity – conditioning. None of this is Truth. I am finally free.

I don’t say this as a grand statement about enlightenment. I mean simply that I am free from the grip of my mind and my deep emotional conditioning, inasmuch as I see it for what it is. It is no longer fooling me. I see through it all in a clear way. I am free.

In a sense it could be said that in the meditations, I perceived what arose in the Silence and the Silence itself as distinct from one another. And perhaps this is why Silence is often likened to the unknown. Because it is that – Silence is unknown and unknowing everything.”

I have decided to take my upcoming time in India off work for self-care and to volunteer for Amma’s charity ‘Embracing the World’, in their efforts to care for those affected by the flooding in Kerala.

This means I will be unavailable from the 30th August to the 26th September.

I will have limited digital contact, so you are welcome to try me. But please be aware that I cannot give sessions during that time.

Wishing you love and freedom from the heart of Silence,

xDaisy

Manifesting Intention Review

Hello 🙂

How are you? This email is a little late in coming to you, but I have finally had the chance to gather my thoughts from the last Vortex Healing training – Manifesting Intention – which I completed at the end of May.

Before I get started on that, I want to remind you that I am fortunate enough to be attending a silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti from tomorrow until the 18th August. This means absolutely no digital contact during that time.

Another reminder, as not everyone realises yet, I have the venue in Barbican back on Wednesdays, for those of you who cannot (or prefer not to) be treated at home. Distance sessions continue as normal. I have decided to keep my price the same, rather than raising, having looked into it with the support of Amma and Merlin (the Divine Being at the heart of Vortex Healing).

So, what do we mean by ‘Manifesting Intention’? Firstly, it’s important to explain that this has nothing to do with the plethora of techniques about getting what you want. This has to do with alignment and rooting inside Divinity, and then meeting that as it manifests through creation. One way of thinking about it is that it’s the Divine getting what it wants: you being the Divine at the deepest level of what you are, but certainly not on the level of ego or I or mine / me. Manifesting Intention is not about manifesting ‘my will’. As a healer, the difference between this and everything else we have in Vortex Healing is that I am going directly to Divine Intention at the point that it arises in creation, and channelling from there. We now use the term ‘re-manifesting’ instead of ‘transforming’ or ‘clearing’, because to heal what is being healed we are actually helping to re-manifest the Divinity from inside what is off. Now, of course, the manifesting of Divine Intention is happening all the time through all of creation. The transmission I have from this class helps you to align more deeply with that. In this way, it’s a healing and an awakening and an embodiment aid all at the same time. Pretty mind-blowing!

In class, we talked a lot about kidney energy. You will have noticed that I focus a lot there in almost every session, and now I have a way of channelling compressed Jing and Chi energies into the kidneys using MI (Manifesting Intention). I learned more about why this part of the body – and its resonance throughout the rest of the body – is so important. The Chi of the kidneys governs hormones – that’s a huge chunk of your body’s systems – and the kidney energy holds the toned-ness and strength of the whole body.

We also discussed gut health. These days there is a lot of talk about micro-biome and it was interesting to get Ric Weinman’s (teacher of the class and holder of the Vortex Healing lineage) opinion about this. He made the point that it’s not just about what we are eating, even though that is important. He believes that the health of the gut is a reflection of the health of the entire system. It reveals where a person is mentally, emotionally, karmically, genetically etc. Also, certain kinds of probiotics can actually be unhelpful (for example some can even exacerbate candida), so it is a good idea to tune in with your body before buying a probiotic. I tend to do this with all supplements anyway – and yes, you can even do this through the screen when shopping on Amazon 🙂 Simply feel from your body – perhaps with eyes closed to make it easier to see / sense – and experience whether your body wants that particular product or not.

With skin problems, Ric advised examining the liver. Essentially, when the liver is not functioning well, then the body is forced to detox it’s shit through the skin. He said that the toxicity comes from karmic (past life), genetic, emotional and food / environmental / physical factors and lifestyle stress combined.

And we have made a breakthrough in clearing chronic viruses such as Herpes and Epstein-Barr with Manifesting Intention. It is now possible to knock out most of these, even the very tricky Herpes!

See you after the retreat 🙂

Love,

xDaisy

Stillness and Service

Hello,

How are you?

I am well. I wanted to let you know of two upcoming events which I am attending, to give you the chance to plan sessions if you want to:-

I will be on a silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti in England from the 11th – 18th August, and I am going to serve on Amma’s ashram in India from the 30th August – 26th September.

Much Love to you,

xDaisy

Amma: Compassion Visionary

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am very well indeed 🙂 I was hoping to write to you earlier, but it seems now is the time. First of all, just to let you know that I am back in London and working – so please do message or call my phone to book a session. Plus, I have the venue back. So it’s Wednesdays at Barbican. Some of you will appreciate this, as you either cannot have sessions in your home, or prefer not to. House calls, though, and distant sessions remain available.

Being with Amma on her west coast US Tour was phenomenal… If you have not yet had the chance to meet this fascinating visionary of Compassion, please do take the opportunity. Amma tours for around eight months of each year and the rest of the time is in her ashram in Kerala (India). So, if you are ever going abroad, check in with her websites to see if your paths cross. The dates for the London program at the moment look to be the 11th – 12th November at Sandown Race Course in Surrey (with the Devi Bhava all-nighter being on the 12th). Please do check nearer the time for the update on this, as it can change.

Amma is not just another teacher, another guru. We are talking about, without mincing words, the most exact embodiment of Divinity on the planet alive today. The benefits of spending time in Her physical presence simply cannot be quantified. Just a few examples of this are: experiencing the true nature of Unconditional Love, broadening learning on how to give and why it is so important, and awakening and embodiment. Not to mention engaging in the far-reaching humanitarian aid work Amma is doing, through Her global charity ‘Embracing the World’, and all its volunteers. Bear in mind that neither Amma, nor the Swamis or Swamini, nor any of her senior devotees, nor any of us are paid for the work we do. This is why her charity remains uniquely effective in delivering to its millions of recipients in India and all over the world.

Above, you will find all the information you need on meeting Amma and on her charitable activities. If you do not, please don’t hesitate to ask me.

I want to give you a little personal account of just a couple of the amazing things I experienced with Amma this time. The first is a diary entry from my working week in between having just taken the Vortex Healing® Manifesting Intention course and my time with Amma:-

25/5/18

I was in my bedroom contemplating this continuous drive towards God which I feel so pressingly within. All of a sudden, an alarm began to ring very loudly. I had never heard this particular alarm before and didn’t know where it was coming from. I searched the room. Finally, hidden behind furniture, I found this old dusty digital clock; clearly, it had been left untouched for months, maybe even years. Within the displayed time was 108. As I gazed at this in amazement, the numbers turned to 109, and the alarm clock stopped ringing.

As many of you know, 108 is a particularly auspicious number in Indian spirituality and we chant the 108 Names of the Divine Mother as part of Amma’s recommended sadhana (spiritual practices). A week and a half afterwards, it felt like this bolt-from-the-blue came to fruition while I was on Tour with Amma. I was in Seattle and had been up all night on Devi Bhava, being with Amma and doing seva (selfless service) with my friends. Here is an excerpt from what I wrote:-

4/6/18

After Darshan, I was given a seat right in front of Amma. I fell Silent, totally peaceful, content and happy. Eventually I was moved, but I lingered at the back of the stage. I was left untouched standing there for more than an hour – during which time I was totally transfixed by Amma. Watching Her, I deepened more and more into Silence.

Then, the man who plays the guitar beautifully began to play a solo during Swami Dayamrita’s bhajan set. It was so wonderful, it began to carry me… Suddenly, I was overcome and I began to cry. I felt everything and nothing, I felt union. The sense of union (for want of a better word – a word that doesn’t exist) was so deep…in a felt way, in a way that was choiceless and without an exit gate or any room for doubt. I felt relief and completion in a way that was total. I called out in my heart to Amma, “Thank you, thank you, thank you Amma. I can hardly believe that this is my life. Help me to Surrender – I want to Surender all of my life, everything, to You.” I was crying for a long time; every time I would look at Amma, it would start again. It had hit me – really, really hit me – what She is doing here. I felt overwhelmed at seeing the Reality of Her. That she chose this life she is living – that She has come to us to uplift us, in the most profound sense – the whole world, the whole of humanity. It’s hard to get it across in words, what I felt and perceived. I kept crying and silently calling out to Amma in my heart, “Thank you, thank you Amma – thank you Amma, thank you Amma.” The gratitude I felt was completely overwhelming. In between my tears and praying, I would simply watch Her giving Darshan, feeling this one-pointed longing / bridging into Divinity itself – like I was being fast-tracked to God. When my mind would occasionally start up again, Amma would turn and look at me, and my mind was stopped, and I would be returned into the Silence. It was as if She was showing me the utter beyond-ness of Divinity through this whole thing.

I would like to end with a quote directly from Amma. I hope you enjoy it. I recommend reading it out loud to yourself for full effect:-

“Compassion does not see the faults of others. It does not see the weaknesses of people. It makes no distinction between good and bad people. Compassion cannot draw a line between two countries, two faiths or two religions. Compassion has no ego; thus there is no fear, lust or passion. Compassion simply forgives and forgets. Compassion is like a passage. Everything passes through it. Nothing can stay there. Compassion is love expressed in all its fullness.”

AMMA :-) :-) :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am happy and well, if tired, and now without the time to write you the email about the wonderful Manifesting Intention course which I had hoped to write. I leave to be with Amma early tomorrow morning. Many more of you wanted sessions than I had anticipated, so my time has been well spent giving these. Please bear with me on that email though; there is so much exciting stuff to share with you once I have the proper time to go through my notes.

I am thrilled about seeing my teacher! I will be with Her in Seattle, San Ramon and Los Angeles. I leave early tomorrow morning and return on the 19th June (morning). I will be engaged in seva (selfless service) while I am there and will have very limited digital access.

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying life, and I very much look forward to seeing you after the 19th June.

Love,

Manifesting Intention

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am very well indeed, and writing to you from the airport lounge as I begin my epic journey of many parts back to London, from the Vortex Healing course in Virginia Beach which just ended.

I land late on the 24th, and am offering sessions from 25th to 31st May (before Amma for 2 weeks). Please WhatsApp, text or call to book for this period or for when I am back (19th June onwards).

The feeling of bliss and happiness is profound…really profound. If any of you are on the Vortex trajectory and thinking about stepping off, I strongly encourage you to persevere with courses. Awakening to Divinity (last one) and Manifesting Intention (this one) are hard to describe they are so good!! Just Wow……and very few words. I feel so grateful to the Divine, to Amma, to my Vortex family and to Ric, for facilitating this course. The sense of awakeness is ever deeper and deeper. That’s the most amazing thing. And this sense of happiness and bliss arising from within, regardless of situations, amazes me… Everything is so soft…

I could just hug and kiss everyone! Probably not advisable though, in an airport lounge.

I am so looking forward to sharing this new energy of Manifesting Intention with you 🙂 🙂 🙂  Must go for now, but simply wanted to connect with you all and share this…this – whatever this is, in some way. I will write some coherent stuff soon. There’s a lot of new and interesting information with this course.

Much Love,

xDaisy

Joy

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am very well indeed. I feel the happiest I have ever felt in my life. Happiness comes and goes, so I’m not forcing meaning into this, but I must say it is a delight to feel this way 🙂 🙂 🙂

I apologise for not writing sooner. I have been doing a lot of Europe Tour with Amma. I have also been welcoming a new relationship into my life. Some of you have already met Steve 🙂 The deep significance of this relationship to me is hard to put into words accurately. Being single for 4 years beforehand, and fully exploring that, was really important for me. The few lovers I had during that time were meaningful and the wondrous solitude was needed and nourishing. Now to be in this awakening embodiment evolution with someone who wants the same thing, to be in love and to have so much in common on a human level, plus things which compliment in their differences, is a Grace I find hard to fathom.

So, Amma….! How was it for you? It was a huge and exciting joy to see many of you in Surrey and also in the other places I went to with Amma (Switzerland, the Netherlands and Valencia.) Thank you for visiting me in the massage area, those of you who could. I really don’t have words right now for the Amma experience from my point of view….. I think that may partly be because I just did the 108 Names, the 1000 Names and the IAM. No mind 🙂 All I can think of to say about how I feel for Amma is deeply in love, and deeply deeply grateful for what she has given me on this Tour.

The other good news is that I will now be living in London for the foreseeable future, so I will be available for sessions every day. Please text / WhatsApp / call to arrange (NB: I often have the Barbican venue available on Wednesdays).

Love, care and Silence,

xDaisy

Grace

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am very well. This past week, as I was walking across Victoria station and thanking the universe for orchestrating my journey from East Sussex perfectly, I uttered audibly, “It’s Grace.” Then it hit me – but everything is. Even after awakening there can be this tendency to think of Grace as coming from ‘outside’. As the realisation dawned on me, I saw that it’s not like that at all. There is no outside. Everything is Grace. The intensification of oneness that followed stopped me in my tracks (sorry London commuters!). The truth is, Grace isn’t ‘given to us’ when we’re good, because Grace is the very substance of everything. It’s what we are and what everything is, pre-existing whether we think we are good or bad in any moment.

I will be in London giving sessions Thursday (tomorrow) – Saturday, for the last time before America. Please call or text to book. Otherwise please feel free to book a distance session at any other time. As a reminder, I will be away in America for further training in Vortex Healing from the 11th – 23rd October (that’s next week). NB I will have very limited digital access at that time.

If, like me, you want to see Amma in Europe at a few places and haven’t booked or arranged things yet, do so soon because places are getting booked up and prices are rising. I am only just getting onto it now.

The Adyashanti retreat in Surrey next August is now open for registration. It’s 7 nights – a special treat nowadays 🙂 I highly recommend this silent meditation retreat, which I feel is second only to being with Amma in person. Here is the link (do it now if you want to, because they always get overbooked):-

I leave you with this from Marlies Myoku Cocheret, whose recent email moved me deeply:-

Please take a moment to realize that everything can drop at any moment. This body, this mind, this or that feeling or sensation – not in your time, but Her time. Where do you want to put your attention when the moment comes…..which is every moment?!”

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am well 🙂 enjoying swimming in the sea, doing Acro Yoga in the countryside and giving distance sessions 🙂 I will be in London giving sessions Fri – Sun inclusive, so please call / text to book. Otherwise distance healing is always available 🙂

I finally have the time and space to reflect on the US Summer Tour with Amma, which I did half of this year, freestyling from San Ramon (in Northern California) to Dallas, Texas. I must say that this was the best time I have ever had with Amma… I had previously thought that my ‘Amma heydays’ had passed (during my first Summer tour in 2002, and on staff last year), but with Amma life just gets better! I think that’s almost like reflected light bouncing off the reality that the awakening embodiment evolution we are inside of can always go deeper. I want to share with you an excerpt from my diary. This part I wrote in San Ramon, stop 1 of 4:-

‘It’s another day in paradise here. And the Silence is palpable. It sings from the birds, dances across this lake, dawns within, shining outward like a sun.

Last night I had Darshan with Amma. I prayed in the queue several times, and the power of that prayer made me fall asleep, so that the helpers kept needing to wake me up. The unconsciousness in me wanted to drag me down and numb me out. My prayer was this: “I realise now that my longing for ‘x person’ is truly my longing for Divinity. Please remove any and everything within which says otherwise, believes otherwise, feels otherwise and is otherwise.”

When it came to the person in front of me, Amma did something she had never done in the 16 years I have been with her. As that person’s Darshan was ending – before, even – Amma reached out her hand and took mine. She then literally pulled me into her lap. It was as if she was saying, “Take my hand – I will show you how to do this.” And even deeper than that, I felt a direct pulling into Divinity. I let go in her arms. She had heard my silent prayer and answered it.’

This part I wrote after my final stop in Texas, during a layover in Calgary, Canada:-

‘Although what I’ve learned is way beyond words, I’m going to attempt to sum it up.

1) I experience a Love now that is a Love beyond love… It is deeper and clearer than any other love in my life. And everything, everything, can be done through this Love. Through and as this Love. I don’t have to go into analysing, into ‘hard truth’ or into separation of any kind. Those who told me to love someone less (basically) were never right, and deep down I knew that they weren’t. That way was wrong for me – I needed something higher. And that’s what Amma has revealed to me on this tour. From this True Love, everything can be accomplished. All barriers can melt. All pain can be healed, and all fear. Being honest and clear about what I really love, which is also what I really want, allows everything… I’m no longer confused – I see what’s real. And it’s so, so beautiful…

2) Amma is, and has always been, my teacher. She reveals everything to me, in time. It’s a flow…

3) Slow down. Slow down. Slow down.

4) Go beyond. When I get caught in the victim, in misery, in despair – simply go beyond. There is literally no value in wallowing there. Perhaps do some seva, do sadhana, do sports – it could be anything really. But dwelling doesn’t help, and it isn’t loving or valuable.’

It’s interesting to re-read these expressions and to see how differently things have played out back here at home than I thought they would at that time. It’s been way more challenging than I could have expected. The direct presence of a True Master is a precious thing. Back in ‘the world’ I find it harder to live out what I know. On one hand it is happening anyway, because it is the truth. But worldly life is far more messy and gritty than we bargain for when we are with the master. If we don’t follow through on what we know to be true though, on that deep discovery (or perhaps recovery is a better word), then the time on ‘retreat’ was essentially of little value. It is a high challenge to be what we really are in the world rather than in the ashram / monastery. It is not the path for everyone, yet it is my path, and I think for many of you also.

In case you don’t have these, here are the dates for Amma’s Europe Tour:-

Enjoy your week 🙂

Sessions in London: Fri (tomorrow) – Mon

Hello 🙂

I am now living in Ditchling temporarily, in a beautiful healing home full of yoga, Vortex and of course Amma, with friends 🙂 It’s stunning here… I can’t get over how lucky I am to have space, time and fire for embodiment, sadhana, self-healing and all the other things I love in life.

This is a short reminder that I will be in London this Fri – Mon inclusive. The spaces I have left are on Sunday and Monday, so please message me on WhatsApp or FB to book (or call me there / Skype.) Phone reception is terrible here, so internet is best for now. Or feel free to book a distant session on any other day.

Amma’s visit to London has been arranged now, thanks to the hard work of volunteers. She will be with us Friday 17th and Saturday 18th November (that’s the Devi Bhava) at Sandown Park Race Course. I will update you with details as they come in (they are not yet on the site).

I hope to see you in Londinium 🙂

Love,

Walking in the Footprints of the Divine

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well, and thoroughly enjoying life in Rodmell. I was reflecting the other day that life here, each step, is like walking in the footprints of the Divine. When I do sadhana, when I walk on the South Downs, when I see my friends…there’s this sense of the One in a very potent way. It actually feels a bit like being high all the time, no matter what is going on inside or outside. I think it must be the way that nature reflects ones own Divinity continuously, right into the bones of the body. Feeling happy, content and easy becomes normal. In a more specific example: whereas normally I see with my eyes closed (as with sessions), when I do the 1000 Names or the IAM in my bedroom, I see with my eyes open: there are bright white lines of energy everywhere – the natural energy of creation.

I had an insight during a session this week, which may help to illuminate how and why Vortex Healing works – a question many of you have asked me. As I was channelling into someone, all of a sudden I perceived that the energy was literally saturated with timeless presence…to the point that it even was that presence, and as I tracked it I could see that this was infusing the conditioned pattern within this person. Then it was that very ’embrace’ itself which dissolved the conditioning. At the time, there were no thoughts or reflections, only a sense of total oneness. But afterwards I began to reflect that (presumably) the reason for this kind of saturation process is that the energies we use in Vortex arise directly from Divinity; I don’t see how anything else could have that depth of effect on patterning. Another way to look at it is that presence takes conditioning out of time. The only way the conditioning seems real is because it is time-based – it is history, it is not presently occurring. So when that aspect of time is released by the presence-suffused energy, then the conditioning has no option but to collapse back into the timeless – into eternity – i.e., absolute presence.

I would also like to share my experience with Mother Meera on Tuesday morning. Did any of you get to see her? I know some of you have written to me about it. Others of you, please do write with your experiences as I’m always interested to read them. Every time I see this being it is very different to the last. What I experienced this time was more in the touch than in the eye gazing itself – i.e., the part where you kneel in front of Mother Meera and she touches your head. When this happened, what I felt was everything within and in my external life align into a single point. Suddenly everything was fulfilled and made sense, but without the mind being involved at all. I suppose that’s one reason why I still go to her: to re-perceive what is taking place through my bodymind as Divinity all the time, yet often going unnoticed. It is without destination or reason, yet it is the only thing that’s truly real.

I am planning to write to you about my sacred time with Amma, but it is still percolating. I would like to highlight one thing, though, which she kept on repeating: her request is that we all plant trees, and especially encourage children to do so. This is in order to preserve nature.

Next week I will be in London giving sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Please message or call me (preferably) if you would like one. Distance sessions are available sooner than that of course.

See you soon I hope,

Love,

xDaisy

Sessions In London: Saturday – Tuesday

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I had plans to write you an email of light and delight about my Amma trip, but after every spectacular Amma trip (as you may well know) there is a spectacular Amma comedown. Like everyone does, I thought I’d gotten away with it 😉 But it hit me upon waking this morning. One week isn’t bad though, it has to be said.

For the foreseeable future, I will be in London 3 / 4 days in a row per week (the journey is 3 hours door-to-door from Rodmell). If you reply to this email to let me know which day and time is ideal for you in general, then I will try my best to accommodate. I will next be in London from Sat – Tues. I would also like to encourage you to try distance sessions if you haven’t yet. Aside from there being something uniquely profound about this style of healing, it is also because I cannot come to London every day. Unsurprisingly, I am tired at this point, having lived in 5 different homes over the past 3 months, completed half of Amma’s Tour and continued to process a particularly painful personal life situation. Therefore, being able to be here in the depths of nature as much as possible is helping all of this immensely.

Mother Meera is in London during the coming week, so if you would like to meet / visit her, here is the link. I may be attending on Tues morning:-

http://mothermeera.org.uk/index.shtml

Here is what Wiki says about her, in case it’s your first time. I love her, yet I always like to peruse the non-hyped version:-

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mother_Meera

That’s all for now. Do keep me posted on you (best by message / call at the moment). Love,

xDaisy

London this week: Wed and Fri

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am very happy here in Lewes. Yes, I have moved for the 4th time (temporarily) in 6 weeks. It’s such an adventure! Not that that was my intention, and of course there have been times of intense challenge. Yet now I feel the wonder and the grace of it all, and the felt sense of Divine Will in it is profound, really profound.

The slight issue I have at the moment is time – I am running out of it before I go to America. Already, most session times are booked this week. I may be able to squeeze in a couple more on Wednesday at Leila’s or on Friday making home visits. Other than that, distance healing is available, though again, this is limited due to current demand. However, I am only away for 3 weeks. As a reminder, that is from 30th May – 21st June.

I would like to share the following passage from Adyashanti’s book ‘Resurrecting Jesus: Embodying the Spirit of a Revolutionary Mystic’, which brought me to tears of inner implosion right there in the launderette.

“This is all about an internal journey, about your capacity to recognise divinity whenever and wherever you encounter it. It requires a certain sort of humility that allows you to peer beyond the world of appearances and touch upon that spark of the timeless radiance. Whether you understand it or can do anything with it doesn’t matter in the slightest; all that matters is your capacity to recognise that spark when you see it and to open yourself in humility to its redeeming Grace. This is the magic of Jesus’ life. This is the miracle that surpasses all the other miracles – the ability that Jesus has to mirror back divinity for those who are in his presence. This miracle is far superior to being able to walk on water or turn water into wine. It is the miracle of redemption, which awakens people to their own true nature.”  ~ Adyashanti

Contemplation in the Sun

Hello 🙂

How are you?

First of all, I want to let you know that I will be in London on Wednesday this week in the Barbican. I need the rest of the week to sort out my housing situation in Brighton, which needs turning around within literally 7 days. Skype sessions are available though, of course.

I had one of those moments today, where I was between work (equine assisted therapy and a little job I do for a friend in London) and I stepped out into the sun in the garden where I was. I was immediately struck by the ordinary beauty of things. Simply the other buildings, the music from a party somewhere in the background, and the sky. Finally I could stop for a while, and I did. My mind began to chatter and then to fade, melting into my heart as often it does. It felt so good to feel, to be barefoot on the ground and to be able to loaf for an hour, with nothing to do! I felt so free… Silence pervaded completely. Eventually a thought came: What if I spent the rest of my life just being free? Something opened wider within, in this contemplation. I mean, what if any of us simply chose inner freedom, true peace, right now – and for every ‘now’ forever? I am well aware that this makes no sense in a way! But can you feel into what I’m saying? In other words, what if you, reading this right now, never ever left whatever realisation you have had about the true nature of what you are?

The next thought that came was, What would that take? I saw that it would require a willingness to relinquish all future plans. I also saw I would need to never leave what I know and to never believe or follow through on another thought / piece of negativity. It was humbling…to say the least.

Anyway, I wanted to share this exploration with you now, in hindsight, to see if you resonate with it or have perhaps had a similar kind of insight too? 🙂 Please do write with your comments on this.

xDaisy

Dharma Love

Hello,

How are you? I am well, feeling fully in the love-stream-flow today.

I have been reflecting recently on what really heals people the most. I have to say it is Love. Sounds obvious, but let me be more specific. When asked what practices we should do when we are not with her, Amma said only one word: “Sangha”. This means community, gathering together in and as what we truly value. In addition to a satsang setting, such as the wonderful Villa Devi offering, this quality of life happens naturally within dharmic friendship. It’s a phrase Adyashanti uses to describe the kind of friendship between two people on an awakening path. Touching this kind of friendship is incredibly transformative… You bounce off one another in your deepest places, encouraging each other to grow and face life with laughter and passion and warmth. Without any effort at all, the world seems to widen and disappear as the oneness you both are when you are together.

So I really encourage this. Yes, have healings, yes, do sadhana (spiritual practices), but often overlooked as an intense spiritual practice is – Call your true friend, get together, open your hearts to one another. No healing can truly take place without this kind of love and depth and intimacy.

The other thing which has been on my mind to share with you, is the way in which shifts move in most people, and the sometimes resulting confusion of this. Let’s say you have a shift or an awakening. Really the description doesn’t matter because when something like this happens to you, it is beyond doubt and needs no external affirmation. Perhaps for a while, there is a deep and overriding felt sense of oneness, Truth, Divinity. And then, it may feel like this goes away. This is the point at which it is very easy for cynicism, doubt or confusion to take control. You may even tell yourself that nothing really happened. In actual fact, often what did happen was a permanent shift: what was there before, never actually returned. Yet the sense of this can feel distant.

In my perception and experience, what has normally happened is that the sense of oneness / transformation has become ‘normal’ – it’s integrated into the background, into the body. But it can feel like you’re back to square one and that you’ve ‘lost it’. The tendency, then, is to give up too easily, listening to cynicism, fear or doubt. The thing at this point, is to keep going, with an attitude of open receptivity. The reality of living awakening / Truth / Love / oneness / transformation / healing is that most people are not going to have an awakening / liberation / enlightenment along the lines of Amma, Ramana Maharshi, Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle or Tony Parsons. Even though these beings are here inspiring us and showing the way in an absolutely crucial sense, I think it is misleading to believe that ‘my path’ will be the same as theirs. And this belief leads to a great deal of misunderstanding.

Your experience is your experience, and no teaching can get you out of it, no teaching can change what you are going to have to go through to satisfy that yearning for awakening / Divinity / transformation inside you. For most people, awakening embodiment evolution is a life-long thing. It’s really like that. It’s not something with a ‘final ending’, and it’s not something which happens in a flash and stays feeling like that forever. It simply doesn’t work like that, except for a tiny minority of people. And that minority is highly unlikely to be you. Awakening is a blood and guts thing and you have to get your hands dirty. So quit spiritually bypassing, throw yourself into the arms of Divinity, of the private Silence within you, of your friends and of your suffering. I say this equally to myself as I do to you!

Finally, here is a piece of writing I did on a Day Retreat with Chetana and Will in the Sussex countryside. I hope you enjoy it:-

Love,

xDaisy

All The Way Through

Hello 🙂

How are you? As some of you know, I am recovering from what has turned out to be kidney stones. I am back and available from tomorrow. I can’t believe how long it has been since I have written properly. I have been thinking of you and feeling you in my heart.

At the moment, I am going through something which has really changed my life and I need to share it with you briefly. One of my closest friends has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer, which could also have spread. I only found out very recently and I am still in some shock. This situation is like a bomb which has gone off in my life, and things will be different for me for some time, in various different ways. I can’t say much else on this, because I am still digesting it. My friend is my age, so it is unusual. Though from a Vortex point of view it becomes easier to understand. To recap on that, 95% of cancer is caused by suppressed grief fed by resentment. It is not the grief / loss that is the problem, but the suppression of that, which can kill. So please, do take note, and may this be an inspiration for you to persevere with your inner work.

I wanted to write to you about Amma and my experiences on Europe tour, but that feels wrong tonight. All I want to add is, please don’t stay away. Work is helping me and I look forward to seeing you very soon.

Here is a song which is healing me a lot at this time. It is by my friend Will (Chidanand) and I thought you might enjoy it too. What I like is that you can actually feel the real devotion, which I find unusual on the spiritual music scene:-

Ammathon!

Hello 🙂

How was your Ammathon in London? I hope you got to see her. I had a wonderful time. Some highlights included getting Darshan with Mum in which Amma recognised her from 14 years ago, doing Arati for Amma (the flame) and feeling so deeply the sense of family and community. Also, I love to serve, especially Embracing the World, so that’s always good 🙂 I got a deep sense when doing the Arati to Amma that “I’m ok”, as if that was being said by Amma / Divine / my true Self. Sounds small, but it was actually very big for me. There was so much else, but I can’t write it all now. I will keep it brief as I am very tired and have yet to pack because……..

I have decided to go to the Netherlands with Amma at the last minute! I will be back on Thursday. Sorry that I couldn’t give you more notice about this.

I leave you with my two favourite quotes from Amma:-

(on meditation) “The mind automatically becomes still in the presence of Love”

and

(on being scolded for wildly serving) “In compassion, there are no rules”

Much Love and fond wishes to you,

xDaisy

ToDay of Manifestation

Hello 🙂

I have heard on the grapevine that today is an excellent day for manifesting….. 🙂 It would be a good idea for you to do something to bridge into your life what you need, want or what is your deepest desire in this lifetime.

Perhaps you could simply sit, allow Silence to prevail, and then call out from your heart to Divinity for what you want, as a deep prayer. Everyone will have their own version of what this looks and feels like. I felt called to do my own version this morning and it felt wonderful 🙂 Very blissful, which actually surprised me 🙂

Here is a little inspiration on your way:-
