There is a rhythm to everything in the cosmos. The wind, the rain, the waves, the flow of our breath and our heartbeat—everything has a rhythm. Similarly, there is a rhythm in life. Our thoughts and actions create the rhythm and melody of our lives. When the rhythm of our thoughts is lost, it reflects in our actions. This will, in turn, throw off the very rhythm of life. Today, this is what we are seeing all around us.

I will be the Healer on an upcoming retreat 17th – 21st September 🙂It’s a yoga / healing / nourishment retreat deep in the English countryside, at the beautiful home of Sophie Conran, Salthrop House. You are being invited to develop your sensitivity to the energy of life and to enjoy opening to the magic of the Equinox season, in a land of ancient stones. The retreat involves strong yoga practice, healing treatments (with me) and delicious food straight from the gardens. There is one place still remaining, so please contact me directly if you would like it.
After sitting in meditation, tuning in carefully, I am changing the payments for my work, for the first time in years. This is really about valuing myself, combined with the practical reality of London in 2026. Here is what to expect :-
In-person sessions : £150
Online private sessions : £100
Online Group Healings : £15, held monthly

What I seem to have worked out over time is that, it’s as if we’re saying to the Divine : “I want this.”.And what comes back is the Divine’s reply, which is essentially something like, “I hear you, but actually you need that – so here it is.” I am still, to this day (having used both tools for many years), astonished by the results they bring.
