Free Online Group Healing : this Wednesday (15th June)

If you would like to attend the next Free Online Group Healing, it is happening this Wednesday 15th June @ 1pm GMT. NB: please attend only if you can remain on Zoom for the duration (1hr). Here is the link you need for booking :-

Please note that you need to pre-book. You can also book as many Groups as you like in advance. 

For Private Sessions with me, here is the link. You will receive an email (or text if you request this when booking) with which you can rearrange or cancel your session up to 24hrs before the start time, if you wish :- 

I request that you never contact me about rearranging, cancelling or scheduling : instead, simply utilise the email sent to you by Calendly for this very purpose. It may end up in your spam / junk box, so please check.

Please also note that lateness, no-showing, cancelling / rearranging less than 24 hrs in advance of the session time will result in you being charged in full for that session. Thank you 🙂

Amma Live Tomorrow

Hello 🙂

Thank you to all those who attended the Group to heal Shame this Wednesday. I was deeply moved… Thank you for having such courage and for those who shared, to share in the way you did.

Amma is transmitting her monthly live public program online tomorrow 🙂 🙂 🙂 It begins at 12 30pm BST. There is a beautiful – and extended – White Flowers Meditation translated by Shubamrita or Swamiji, followed by a speech about personal experiences with Amma from one of the brahmacharis / brahmacharinis / ashram residents. Some of these speeches (satsangs) have been incredibly touching and transformative to be part of. The fire of devotional connection with the Guru is actually what I feel most deeply (of anything in my life) and sometimes these speeches communicate the wordless vastness of that surprisingly well. Amma will sing bhajans (devotional songs to the Divine) with her band and there is Arati (the fire ceremony). The whole program is usually about 4 hours. As such, feel free to dip in and out, or even have it on in the background if there is no other choice. You can also watch it on your phone if you are in transit. Simply the energy and consciousness coming through your screen will create healing for you, your home atmosphere and the people around you, I can assure you. 

You need to register, but it is free, as is everything which Amma does because it is always offered as seva (selfless service) :-
