Radiating Awakeness

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and feeling very grateful indeed to be able to take (and even repeat) so many Vortex Healing classes at the moment. People have asked me why I do this and why I go to see Amma so much each year. Well the bigger reason why became apparent in a class discussion recently. Contemplate if you will, the impact that being awake out here ‘in the world’ is having. Have you ever thought about it? All of us living ordinary lives and daring to be conscious humans with a real sincerity for Truth, is actually its own transformative force. This force is indeed making a difference in the world. With this in mind the term ‘embodiment’ reveals itself to mean, living  from awakeness.

The most important thing

Anthony Gorman pointed out during EarthWorks III class, that perhaps the only truly valuable thing is time. Not money and not all the rest of the things we assign value to. But time. Every moment we spend directing ourselves towards Divinity, we are no longer wasting time. As Amma says, even one moment spent in meditation is not a waste of time.

Surrender

We, or those around us (particularly in spiritual circles), are frequently trying to surrender. But trying to surrender actually creates a rather nasty inner drama, full of conflict and struggle, self-judgment and the whole shebang – which may in turn block surrender.

True surrender does exist though, and does happen, yet it happens naturally. Perhaps it could be said that surrender happens when the time is right. It could be termed Divine Takeover. Sometimes what happens to facilitate this, is the Divine (in a manner of speaking) ‘sees’ that you aren’t willing to give up a particular thing in your life – so it simply takes it away from you. That movement is utterly different from the aforementioned struggle to surrender. It is rather like an adult taking a sharp object away from a child, which the child was experiencing as a toy.

Acting from Truth

There are many times in our lives when we wonder whether or not we are acting in the best possible way, or we question the truth of a situation. There is help available for this in a simple way.

When facing the situation, align inside (perhaps in the heart or spine) with whatever you see as the source of everything. This may be an avatar, the energy of a teaching, a lineage, a deep sensing of Truth, or something else like that. Then rather than asking, ‘What do I do?’, instead ask, ‘What needs to be done?’.

And wait…

Eventually a movement, or a word, or some other kind of guidance will arise. The idea is to move from a place of what needs to be done as a whole, rather than from what ‘I’ need or want.

Relationships

We often think that we are seeking, or are in, a relationship to find Love. But upon closer scrutiny, what we may find we are really looking for there is connection. This is an important distinction. But also, even that ‘looking’ for connection is really coming from feeling isolated. The consequence is that we tend to create co-dependant relationships, far more times than not.

The good news is, both Love and connection are already here 🙂 They are existing right now, as what you are – or in what you are (depending on the specific way you experience your true nature). When you see this, really truly see it…..wow….it changes everything…..

Imagine for a moment, no more seeking for connection. And then imagine no more seeking, full stop. Can you imagine that? What would it be like to not try to get anything out of relationship? I mean genuinely, naturally – rather than because a spiritual teaching told you to. What would that feel like?

Denial

Never underestimate the power of denial – lol! We all know someone who is in it. Of course, that person could never be us – lol! The position is easy to see from the outside. But how does denial work?

Denial creates a blindspot in a person’s consciousness. So much so that someone in denial can even state outright that they are not doing or feeling what they are in fact doing or feeling. A good example of this is a spiritual teacher who is abusing their students.

At some point the denial position was a choice, of sorts. Usually it would have been a survival choice. There is nothing inherently wrong with that. But harm comes from the consequences of that choice. It may have originally been made a very long time ago (becoming a patterned way of being further down the line, whenever a similar trigger arose). The question for the person in denial is, what am I going to choose now?

Furthermore, if it is Divine Intention for a person to come out of denial (and that certainly is an ‘if’), then it will probably take a sizeable event happening in their life to blow the whole thing up. If it is not in Divine Intention, then perhaps the denial will move in a future lifetime.

Bliss

Mmmmmm…Bliss……. We all love it. But what are we really experiencing?

Ric Weinman was explaining that from his point of view, there are two very different kinds of bliss. The most common kind is actually an egoic state. It is when the ego merges with the energy of bliss, expands and becomes thin – but very much still existing. You can see this a lot around awake teachers – within the sangha. This type of bliss can easily become an addiction. If the addiction continues, ‘bliss’ could actually become a trap which hinders the very thing it is supposed to be creating – i.e., awakening (or embodiment of awakening).

The other kind of bliss, the ‘real thing’ if you like, is hard to put into words. Bliss in this sense, is simply here. Bliss can just be here… Without fanfare. It is not a state. It is more akin to an ongoing expression of Divinity, subtle and beautiful. The only other way I can really describe it is to say that you will know it when you feel it. Some people are in touch with this all the time, although I would say that is rare.

Are you woke?

How awake we are really depends on how attached we are to the Light (Awareness-Being-Light-Love) versus the life ‘things’ (food, TV, sex, and other life attachments and dramas). The weird thing is that, given the choice – even though the Light is freedom and real fulfilment – the vast majority of people still choose the latter, including those who directly experience the difference. This is worth contemplating.

Much later on in the awakening embodiment evolution, there is a sort-of second phase. It is when one becomes unattached to one’s attachments. Then one is free to be the Light itself AND the humanness itself, at the same time.

2020 : may it be the year of 2020 internal vision for all of us 🙂

Love,

xDaisy

Ps A reminder that rescheduling or cancellation needs to be done 24 hrs before the start time of your session, otherwise the session will be charged in full.

Earthshift and Deepening in Divinity

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and finally getting the chance to sit down and write to you. At the end of my time with Amma in India, I actually went on an unplanned trip to Boston to do some advanced training in Vortex Healing, as some of you have heard.

The first class I took was the ‘Earthshift’. This type of Vortex class is a fantastic opportunity to work on the earth and on humanity’s consciousness as a whole. Ric (the founder of Vortex Healing and teacher of this class) had perceived a particular point of ‘choice’ in human history where the human race had moved into a type of Maliciousness / negativity / evil. He wanted our help as a group to release this karmic choice point (which had actually happened 200,000 years ago), thereby aligning humanity a little more closely with Love and Truth instead. The angelic realm was very involved in this. Amongst other extras, we also focussed our channelling power into humanity’s psyche and the individual karmic burdens which were part of this Maliciousness at the level of humanity as a whole.

The second class was one in which we melted into embodiment of another class I took a few years ago (you may remember, it was called ‘Awakening to Divinity’). This class was about resting in and as Divinity, utilising powerful group meditations and transmissions to assist this. There really isn’t much to say about that as you can imagine – lol! But what I can speak about are the new skills and insights I have to offer you in sessions, which also came from this training.

Ric discovered that the core emotional (karmic + genetic) position of human beings and also other species, is Loneliness. The Core Loneliness we feel deep down exacerbates the false sense of separation from Divinity, and in turn creates hunger for various things : power, status, security, sex, connection, love etc. etc. At the same time, the survival anxiety conditioning we carry fuels that hunger. So this core emotional position is very important to address and can have amazing results, which is why we even worked on Core Loneliness in the class itself.

Whereas before in session, the Divine was transmuting the point of choice (in terms of a particular issue) for you (i.e., the point in childhood where something happened, like a trauma, and you ‘chose’ to align with and continue a particular past-life theme), because of this class several other Choice Points can also now be released – including Genetic and BodyMind Choice Points.

Another amazing tool I have from this class is called Bio-Dynamic Flow. Receiving this work feels a bit like Cranial-Sacral or Jin Shin techniques. A variety of ‘flows’ and ‘tides’ that exist everywhere in creation are activated and directed to melt away places of rigidity and tension in the human body, and system as a whole. This Bio-Dynamic Flow moves in slow waves, akin to there being a ‘very long tide’ in Cranial work, if you like. Please note that this particular tool can only be used in person. The best description I have heard of it so far was from a client, who said, “It’s like relaxing at the level of atoms.”

I am changing the timing and fees of my work. Sessions are now 1 & 1/4 hrs:-

Call-out = £100

Barbican venue = £90

Distance healing = £75

Please make a note of these changes.

Back in London :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you? I have missed you on my epic trip! I am back in London and giving sessions – so please contact me by text, WhatsApp or Messenger to book.

I think the biggest gift Amma gave me this time was to make me believe in love again. Or perhaps to remind me that I never really stopped believing. And she did this in one single Darshan (the hug). When you consider what I have been through recently, with the breakdown of my engagement to Steve, this is quite something. I had spent two months crying, yet as soon as Amma returned to the ashram from her North India Tour, I received a spontaneous unplanned Darshan (without even a token), and everything changed. It was as if the light-switch of my heart got turned on again. How she does what she does I will never know, but I am so deeply grateful that she does it. And thus my personal healing journey began…

I heard a story at the ashram, from a long-time Amma devotee, which I would like to share with you. It is taken from recorded talks by Swami Paramatmananda (Nealu). Many many years ago, when the ashram was a different place and Amma’s organisation was small, it was nearing bedtime and Amma was brushing her teeth with the Swamis. Suddenly she froze in the middle of brushing and fainted on the floor. When she had come round, Swami Paramatmananda asked, “Amma, what happened – why did you pass out?” Amma told him to go and look in a particular hut on the ashram. There he would find a monk sitting in front of his altar and crying to the Divine. Amma said that this monk’s focus was so one-pointed to the Divine, to realise enlightenment, that she had left her body to go directly to him. That was why she had collapsed. Sure enough, the Swami went to the hut and there was the monk in swathes of devotion, crying his heart out in surrender in front of his altar.

To finish (as I have very limited time for anything but giving sessions at the moment) I want to share an inspiring quote which I heard on the plane, as part of a TED talk on emotional maturity:-

“Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is fear walking.”

Sending you so much Love and Peace,

xDaisy

Amma Hits London Tomorrow! :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am good 🙂 I have spent the day (like my other days off at the moment) helping to build the new ashram for Amma in Bromley. I love doing seva (selfless service)… 🙂 It honestly makes me happier than anything in the world. I have no idea why – lol! But I really love it. Soon the new place will be ready and will operate as the M.A. Centre for the UK, and as a community centre in between Embracing The World events.

Tomorrow Amma comes in person to Sandown Racecourse in Esher, Surrey. The final night is Friday and it’s the all-nighter. Here is all the information you need:-

www.amma.org.uk

If you haven’t yet met Amma, here is a documentary you may be interested in watching:-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsxZI0PBl_A&t=17s

I am still here until the 27th, when I fly to the ashram in India for 3 and a half weeks – so I will return from there on the 22nd December. Please book your sessions accordingly, as I will not be able to give sessions from the ashram this time. I will be available via WhatsApp, Messenger and email there though, but bear in mind it is rural India without Wifi, so contact will be sporadic.

If you come to Amma in Sandown this week, come and find me in the massage area where I should be for most of the 3 days. Much Love to you all 🙂

AMMA :-) :-) :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am happy and well, if tired, and now without the time to write you the email about the wonderful Manifesting Intention course which I had hoped to write. I leave to be with Amma early tomorrow morning. Many more of you wanted sessions than I had anticipated, so my time has been well spent giving these. Please bear with me on that email though; there is so much exciting stuff to share with you once I have the proper time to go through my notes.

I am thrilled about seeing my teacher! I will be with Her in Seattle, San Ramon and Los Angeles. I leave early tomorrow morning and return on the 19th June (morning). I will be engaged in seva (selfless service) while I am there and will have very limited digital access.

www.amma.org

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying life, and I very much look forward to seeing you after the 19th June.

Love,

Amma in London 11th – 12th October (all-nighter: 12th)

Hello 🙂

I am writing to remind you of the exciting news that Amma will soon be with us here in London 🙂 On Tuesday no less! If you are thinking of coming, it’s really important to allow much more time than you think you need. Either because queuing for a Darshan token takes longer, or because you want to stay in the energy longer, or you bump into that long lost friend etc. Something always happens with Amma. The atmosphere is teeming with life, with shakti, with all good things 🙂 I have been feeling her presence in the last 2 days in particular…there is this alive quietness speaking something…a language I don’t understand but that I knew long ago, and still know somehow – somewhere deep inside.

I will be on the massage area, most likely on the massage chairs, so do come and visit if you are there.

I have got hold of the Q&A I had with Adyashanti this summer during the retreat. It has given me a lot of cause to reflect on this awakening embodiment evolution and what stillness really truly is. If you would like to hear it, let me know and I can arrange it via Dropbox.

I hope this email finds you well and diving the deep inner dive to Truth. Enjoy this evening,

Love,

xDaisy

Amma’s Recent Visit to London

Hello,

How are you? I know that many of you have taken the recent Vortex Healing classes here in London, or have been with Amma, or Mooji. I would love to hear your stories, so please do write if you have time.

I have an Amma story to share from one of you who met Amma for the first time in London:-

“I remember you saying the experience can be bit like your issues being brought up like iron filings drawn to a magnet and that is a bit like the way it was on the first day. As soon as Amma came in the room I could feel a palpable current of love. I spent most of the day just sitting in the hall taking it all in, until it was my turn for Darshan. I was quite nervous for some reason and felt kinda awkward and conflicted to be honest and the hug seemed to happen quite fast, but I went to sit down behind Amma in a bit of a daze. But then while sitting I started to feel incredibly emotional for a reason I can’t explain, it was intense to the extent that I felt that I was on the verge of completely breaking down crying, everyone else around me seemed completely calm and I was on the verge of completely losing it! It was almost like I was torn in two. It took me a while to recover and take it all in.

I decided to go back a second day during the morning again and was fortunate that it wasn’t so busy that I could have a second Darshan at the end, this time it wasn’t so much about stuff coming up and there wasn’t the intense emotions coming up, but this time as I sat in the seats on the stage my legs turned to jelly, the hug seemed to last a lot longer this time and as I sat down I could feel a lot of releases in my body like warmth coming to my head and rushes of energy which was very pleasant and not at all overwhelming this time.

I am very grateful to you for telling me about Amma and encouraging me to go because it was a very powerful experience for me. I have had a taste now of her power and how she inspires so many people and why so many people are dedicated to her.”

I feel the need to share something with you because it is the reason why some of you may have felt me ‘off the radar’ for a month. Sarah and I have broken up. It happened exactly 1 month ago today (the day before Amma arrived in London). After such a deep, loving and truthful relationship, plus 6 and a half years together and two engagements, it’s a lot to lose. So I am going through a very painful time. Please do not stay away though. I am finding that the state I am in is actually deepening sessions with you, and working is helping me too.

This is what I meant in my last email about the significance of Amma chanting “My Love” (rather than “My Daughter”) in my ear during darshan in Berlin, after London. I don’t mean that I go to Amma for the major decisions in my life, that is not something I tend towards. But I knew when she said that that she was pulling me closer, into Love in its purest form, the true Lover – Divinity itself.

I immersed myself in seva in London as usual, and that helped. We earned £10,221 for Amma’s humanitarian charities this year – in the massage area in London alone! Yes, seriously. At the end of the second evening in London, to everyone’s amazement Amma got up from darshan (at around 4am) and began to dance! Sarah and I were on the stage and our mouths just fell open. We watched in amazement as Amma performed a traditional Keralan dance for everyone around her. Bear in mind, I had only ever seen Amma dance once before this, during the 12 years I have been with her. It was very powerful. She then repeated this wonderful ritual in Berlin and Milan, and I believe in most of the stops on the European tour. Lucky us!

At the end of Devi Bhava in London, Amma showered us with flower petals while Swamiji blasted an absolutely amazing bhajan. If you have not had this experience, I highly recommend it. It was a profound one for me. I got hit by 3 bunches of petals and as they hit me I felt all the tiredness in my muscles from doing massage seva leave my body: just by throwing flower petals, Amma performed a healing. Really everything she does is imbibed with energy and meaning: if you watch her over time I believe you will witness this.

Love,

xDaisy

I Surrender

Hello 🙂

Oh I feel so blessed to have had Amma here in London! I saw a few of you there and that made me very happy 🙂 Please do write to me with your experiences of her, as I would dearly love to hear what went on for you.

Were any of you there during the speeches about Amma at the beginning of the first evening? I felt they were outstanding, the best I have ever heard. Among them was a speech from Manish Pandey, writer of acclaimed British film ‘Senna’. In it he quoted Amma devotee and musician David Sylvian from his song “I Surrender” (written about Amma) from his 1999 album ‘Dead Bees on a Cake’. I burst into tears on hearing this. It is the most accurate description in words of my first darshan with Amma many years ago and the way that I still feel in her immeasurable presence now:-

I’ve travelled all this way for your embrace

Enraptured by the recognition on your face

Hold me now while my old life dies tonight and I surrender

My mother cries beneath the open skies and I surrender

An ancient evening just before the fall

The light in your eyes, the meaning of it all

Birds fly and fill the summer skies and I surrender

She throws the burning books into the sea

“Come find the meaning of the word inside of me”

It’s alright the stars are all aligned and I surrender

My mother cries beneath the moonlit skies and I surrender

My body turns to ashes in her hands

The disappearing world of footprints in the sand

Tell me now that this love will never die and I’ll surrender

My mother cries beneath the open skies and I surrender

 David Sylvian

It still makes me cry sharing it with you now. I have more to write but don’t want to overwhelm you, so will do it in bits. For now I leave you with the good news that I will be here for the Christmas holidays, since I have just been with Amma in Berlin and will visit her again briefly in Milan (8th – 11th Nov). So, I will be offering healing during a time when I am usually awayand I am sure when you need it most. I look forward to speaking with you soon,

 Love,

xDaisy

Amma Fever!

Hello 🙂

Yes – Amma will be with us in a week! 21st – 23rd Oct in Alexandra Palace. If you can and feel inclined, I highly recommend spending as much time there as possible because the energy will sink in much deeper if you do.

This week, it has come to me that meeting my stuff in life is even more important than I had thought. I felt overwhelmed today when out with friends and was going to go home, but instead I left them for a bit and stood under a tree in Angel, Islington. I stopped. Then I closed my eyes and went inside, with the intention to meet what was coming up. To my surprise, I met my inner child who was whining and crying pitifully. I stayed with her, remaining still and intimate. After a short time, I was able to rejoin my friends and have a lovely evening with them. Do try this on for size – you may be surprised at how life-changing it is.

When I went to Amma’s Birthday recently with Br. Shubamrita here in London, he gave a speech in which were some delightful tales from Amma-land, which I would like to share with you. When asked, “Amma, who are you?”, Amma replied, “I am sleep-disturber. I am somebody who disturbs the sleep of others”.

Upon learning of Amma’s tireless schedule of round-the-clock darshans (not to mention managing her many charities), a journalist asked Amma, “But Amma, when do you really sleep?”. Amma answered, “I will sleep when all of my children have awakened”. By the way, that does include you. I felt like crying when I heard this… Only a being who is absolutely and totally free could say such a thing and mean it.

Lastly, Brahmachari explained that oftentimes people will try to book a holiday for Amma, like a cruise or a beach holiday in the Bahamas, or something. Amma simply points out that if you had a child who was ill and somebody offered you a free holiday, would you go? She said she feels the suffering of each one of us so intensely when we come for darshan, that she could not possibly abandon us for a holiday.

Here is the website of Jason Becker, who I mentioned in the last review. In ‘part 2’ he talks about some of his darshans with Amma:-

http://jasonbeckerguitar.com/jasons_words.html

I am looking forward to seeing you soon and especially at Amma’s, where I will be giving massage in the massage and yoga area at the back. Please do visit – there are many talented therapists there.

xDaisy

The Power of Good Habits

Hello,

I want to express today how important it can be to do regular spiritual practice. Apart from anything, it is very easy to go into deep connected oneness or bliss while doing so! Without practical application, spirituality really means very little at all.

As many of you know, my personal favourite is the 1000 Names (also known as Archana), which is a chanting practice from Amma. I also love Adyashanti’s ‘True Meditation’, which you can read about in his book ‘The Way of Liberation’ (I have free e-books upon request). But whatever you are truly drawn to is what is best for you. I find that by engaging in a practice every day, there is an ongoing and deepening sense of stabilisation in my true Self. Practices both help us to access and to abide as oneness itself. Don’t underestimate the power of good habits! As Amma points out, “even 1 moment spent in meditation is not a waste of time”. You really don’t need bags of free time to do this.

I watched a very inspiring documentary last week, called ‘Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet‘. You can find it on Netflix and presumably other sites too. My friend recommended it, not knowing that I in fact knew this man. I was AMAZED when he came up on screen! I met him while with Amma in San Ramon in 2002 and used to enjoy sitting near him and watching his incredible darshans with Amma. But I had no idea at the time who he is. His is a story filled with inspiration and surrender, as well as fierce humanity.

A quick reminder of Amma’s dates in London, so that you can book time off work if you wish to see her: 21st – 23rd Oct (all night on the 23rd) in Ally Pally. And finally, I hope you will enjoy this quote on the nature of negative thinking, from writer Mark Twain, as much as I did:-

“I’ve gone through many terrible things in my life, most of which never happened”

Adyashanti Retreat, Br. Shubamrita visit and more…

Hello,

How are you? I am well, looking forward to Amma’s visit in 6 weeks (21st – 23rd Oct) – YEY!! On that subject, a full-power Amma devotee, Br. Shubamrita, will be visiting for Amma’s Birthday (27th Sept, her 60th), on 29th Sept in Hornsey N8:-

 http://www.amma.org.uk/swami-tour.htm

Apologies for the confusion about registering for Adyashanti next August in England. It is today that pre-registration opens:-

 https://www.adyashanti.org/index.php?file=retreatsdetails1&eventid=984

I promise you it is worth it and it will fill up extremely quickly, as it is the only one happening in Europe. I have found that the long-lasting effects of a retreat with Adyashanti are impressive and in terms of awakening he is the clearest teacher I have met (after Amma), along with Marlies Cocheret.

I had a wonderful time at Mother Meera in London a few weeks back. I know a couple of you went. Did anyone else go and what was your experience? More about that next time and I would love to include your stories anonymously if you want to share them.

Please do remember to use the bottom bell when you come for sessions, since the top one is currently faulty. And if you would like a quick (or even reasonable!) response to any bookings, concerns or comments PLEASE text or call rather than emailing. I hope you are well,

 Love,

xDaisy

The Power of Love

Hello,

I have decided to write when I really feel inspired from now on (so no set day for the review). I hope this suits you.

I cannot stress enough the importance of talking to friends on a similar path. I have been having a wonderful time in the company of friends and finding that my issues are revealed in the light of Truth, in a way that is much more whole than anything I could have come up with in isolation. I would love to hear your experiences with this, if you feel like sharing them.

I have an extraordinary healing story to tell you this week. A client came in for the first session; we talked a great deal and it became evident that she had had a lot of serious challenges throughout her life, particularly physically and emotionally. I worked on grounding her in the healing, reconnecting her with her body and allowing her to stop. I also repaired broken energy lines in her womb. I commented that there was a lack of love in her and that there was a lot of trauma in the womb and vagina, which she confirmed. But I didn’t do ANY release work at all. The next day, she ended up in A&E with what they think was a burst ovarian cyst. I was shocked! I have no idea why she would react so strongly to a healing such as the one I did. My explanation is that she had a combination of a huge amount of ‘stuff’ AND deep sensitivity to energy (being a healer herself). In the second session, she was like a balloon when she came in (her abdomen) and couldn’t walk properly due to the pain. A lot of present life stuff came out in the session and this time I did a little release work. By the end, she was down to a normal size and was able to walk and to sit down (which she had also been unable to do before the session). The pain was reduced to a smallish area in the left side of her womb.

Adyashanti is doing a retreat in England next year! The first EVER! The process of doing his retreats I would put second to Amma in terms of awakening, and that is really saying something. The list opens on Sunday (1st Sept), as far as I know. Here is the link:-

http://www.adyashanti.org/index.php?file=retreatsschedule

And lastly, please use the bottom bell when coming for sessions as my bell is not working well at the moment. Enjoy your weekend,

Much Love,

xDaisy

50% Off This Monday 26th August!

Hello,

I want to tell you about my fantastic Bank Holiday Deal on all treatments 🙂

50% off this Monday 26th August!

Vortex Healing®, Reiki, Infinity Healing, Merlin Healing and Swedish Massage (at least 1 hour) = £40

Indian Head Massage (1/2 an hour) = £15

This applies also to pre-booked sessions this Monday. Please call if you want to take up this offer: 07931 536 700.

I had a wonderful time in Finland. Really spectacular… While I was there I got the chance to more fully immerse myself in spiritual practices, mostly the 1000 Names, stillness and reading Adyashanti’s book ‘The Way of Liberation’. Here is a passage which I felt you may appreciate (the context is ‘being a good steward of your life’):-

“Your life, all of your life, is your path to awakening. By resisting or not dealing with its challenges, you stay asleep to Reality. Pay attention to what life is trying to reveal to you. Say yes to its fierce, ruthless, and loving grace.”

I also learnt from a nutrition expert there, that the body can only process 1 glass (absolute maximum 1L) of water in one go. Then you need to wait at least 15 mins before having another. Otherwise the kidneys get overloaded and you begin to lose minerals through urinating. This has made a big difference to me in terms of staying hydrated. If you are dehydrated, the best thing to do is to sip a little bit of water continuously for the rest of the day.

I am back, so please do book a session when you can, especially if you like the sound of the Bank Holiday deal which tends to book up quickly,

Love,

xDaisy

Re-assemble to Harmonise Your Life

Hello,

The weather is still here – Yey! Sorry, just had to say that! 🙂 I hope you are getting time and space to enjoy it.

I have been thoroughly enjoying working on the Assemblage Point. It is VERY powerful work and certainly the deepest work we can now do in Vortex Healing. As I mentioned, it even clears deep rooted identities (such as the Incarnational Identity of the issue at hand) for those without a Core Veil. And for those with one, these IDs become far easier to release afterwards.

So, what are the results? In my own system, I have noticed big shifts in my relationships as a result of working this way. And this also seems to be the case with those of you I have worked on. One of you managed to become clear about a difficult relationship AND began to leave it after only one session of this work. Others of you have reported that you feel your life has changed completely afterwards. Really fantastic stuff.

This weekend I have the privilege of being part of a retreat with Marlies Cocheret in Sussex. Here she is talking on YouTube if you are not yet familiar with her:-

As a result, the next review will be on Monday. I look forward to sharing with you again then. In the meantime, please do send me your stories, because I enjoy them 🙂 It’s kind of like eating. Ok, enjoy and bye for now,

Love,

Breathe…or is that the Divine breathing you?

Hello,

I had a fascinating experience this week while giving healing to one of you. At first the session was going at a gradual pace, but it wasn’t gradual at all during the Rifting part. The Divine simply started to breathe me. I was not doing anything and the Divine literally breathed me. At first they were very deep breaths, then they became short and sharper – like pranayamic breathing. I believe this was done in order to bridge the Rift in deeper and clear the incredibly dense conditioning that was in the receiver’s system.

I received a touching compliment from this person, who spontaneously commented that my “work is really excellent”.

In another session, one person said afterwards that it was the first time in their life that they had had an emotional release during a healing session. It was very moving when it happened. I was so surprised, I had to stop my reflex to comfort the person, which would only interrupt the process. It happened following the release of a genetic identity. To recap: this is an identification with an issue/disorder/disease that is held tightly in the genetics, and therefore in the body. Releasing them is proving very powerful for a lot of people.

I would like to point out that, although these are sessions which particularly stand out in my consciousness, every single session I do with you is an incredible and exciting journey into the unknown every time. I deeply honour you all for daring to be what you are and to face what you are not. It really takes guts.

Let me know if you would like healing or please do write with your own experiences of life. I am always interested to read what you have to say,

Love,

xDaisy

And The Grace Goes On…

Hello,

How are you? I have had another wonderful week of healing with you. In one session, I was working on clearing 9th Dimensional conditioning – yes, you really do occupy a lot of the universe! Every layer of you contains conditioning, even those you probably don’t spend much time in consciously. The receiver’s experience was that she felt “strings being cut from way up” and freeing her from the issue I was working on. She commented that she was feeling a sense  of loss even though she wanted to let go of the issue at hand. She described this as a “loss of that part of ‘me'”. It’s an interesting one isn’t it? We want to be free, but almost always when we experience that freedom we mourn the loss of the very thing which was making us suffer.

In another session, the receiver “was amazed at how much [he] could feel the energy”, saying “It was amazing…”. This was his first session with me, and I think often there is a special quality to these first sessions because everything is so new and the sense of human connectedness is so palpable. It also felt to me that during this healing the Divine was using my body-mind-heart to love and nurture this person. Whatever is needed is what happens for each session; I still find that incredible…

On a different note, I am afraid I am ending the 4 for 3 deal. I can no longer afford to offer this – apologies. This does not affect sessions which have already been booked on this basis. As a reminder, my usual fees are as follows:-

Vortex Healing® / Reiki / M-Energy Healing / Infinity Healing / Swedish Massage : £80 (at least 1 hour)

Indian Head Massage : £30 (at least 1/2 an hour)

Cancellation fee (in cases of less than 24 hrs notice) : £50

When you come for a session, please press the bell several times as it is a bit temperamental. Enjoy your weekend,

Love,

xDaisy

Hello from Amma’s in Paris

Hello 🙂
Apologies for the lateness of this
newsletter. I am in Paris
with Amma at the moment.
We are just outside the city,
in a pretty and peaceful suburb
called Cergy.
I will return tomorrow
(Sunday) and look forward to
seeing many of you at Amma’s
program in London, where you can
find me in the massage area.
If you have never met Amma,
here is a little introduction from
the funny and engaging
Louis Theroux:-
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yf_vGArzIbE
I want to share a few experiences
I have had since being here.
For me, it is often during bhajans
(devotional singing) that the most
powerful in-body insights are
received.
At one point, Amma cried out so
intensely to God during one
such bhajan, that I felt a
ball of energy come hurtling
into my heart and I fell into bliss.
In that state, I realised that
giving and receiving are the
same thing – there is literally
no difference between them.
Later during Amma’s set,
I began to feel grief and
sadness arising. I realised
that this was not actually
coming from me and as I looked
for the root I sensed it
coming in from Sarah and
into my heart.
If I sat as beingness, open,
the grief got transformed through
my heart and body. If I went
into mind/thinking, the process
stopped. Amma was showing
me very clearly how to work
with people in a
more effective way.
And simultaneously
this spelled out for me the deeper
significance of awakening.
That it really isn’t about me,
rather it is meant to serve the whole
of life and alleviate suffering.
These are all things that one can
‘know’ and they may sound
very basic, but it is quite
another thing to actually feel,
experience and realise them.
You may be pleased to hear
that apparently Amma is
beginning to discourage people
from wearing white. I think she
doesn’t want the organisation to
be seen as some kind of cult.
See you soon and
please send me your stories,
Love and Love and Love,
xDaisy
