The Key is Self-Acceptance

Hello 🙂



When engaging in healing,
or simply in life, it is tempting
to try to ‘improve’ ourselves,
even if that means attempting
to get rid of parts of ourselves.



What I have found through
my work is that that is
not the answer.



Healing happens when we
include all of ourselves in a
vast acceptance. Then
our issues begin to integrate
into wholeness and align with it.



As that happens,
parts of us that are not
healthy any more
naturally begin to dissolve.
Coming from this
origin point, healing is
far more successful.
