A friend told me a very beautiful story this week, which I would like to share with you. There was once a Tibetan monk who became imprisoned by the Chinese government during the taking of Tibet. He was in prison for 15 years and was tortured frequently. When he came out, friends asked him how it was. He replied describing the prison as a very dangerous place. The friends nodded, saying they had imagined it would be, and asking him to continue. The monk said, “There were two moments when I almost lost compassion.”

I have space where I am living in London to treat you in person. Also, if you live within tube Zones 1 or 2, I can come to you if you prefer that. Please contact me via regular text, WhatsApp, Telegram or email to arrange in-person sessions.
