Journey Into The Heart

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and enjoying the build-up to my trip to be with Amma in India tomorrow 🙂 I will have to make this newsletter very brief and a little speedy I’m afraid.

I will be away from tomorrow 27th Nov – 22nd Dec. Please note that I will have limited digital access while on the ashram, but you can try me on WhatsApp, Messenger and email.

I would love to hear any stories about your experiences of Amma’s recent visit to Surrey if you would like to share them. I had an absolutely wicked time! Just loved it! And through our seva (selfless service) in the massage area, our team made £7000 for Amma’s charity ‘Embracing The World’ 🙂 In case you didn’t know (since it is a unique attribute, as far as I know) Amma’s entire organisation is run without anyone being paid. No money which comes in goes to any person within the organisation. All work is carried out voluntarily and for free, with people donating their valuable attention, effort and time to make all the incredible things which Embracing The World achieves possible. This means that everything generated can go directly to assist people living in poverty, orphaned, hit by natural disasters, homeless, in need of life-saving surgery – the list goes on and on. Particularly impressive is Amma’s work to empower women in India by giving them grants to start their own businesses, after learning that poverty is best alleviated through women generating income.

Some exciting events coming up:-

Bromley ashram will be opening some time in the New Year. We are all working hard to make this possible 🙂 When it is up and running there will be satsangs, talks and all kinds of activities going on there. It feels very special for Amma to have a centre in the UK at last, after decades of trying to find a place 🙂

I advise booking now for Adyashanti in London for a very rare satsang on the 16th Aug next year. See ‘Alternatives’ or ‘EventBrite’ sites. Adya is also doing retreats in both Holland and Woldingham (Surrey) just before this, and you can enter the waiting list for these here: www.adyashanti.org

There is a Foundational training in Vortex Healing® in London in February – see www.vortexhealing.com

Ok, I better finish packing! See you after the 22nd Dec, and enjoy yourselves 🙂

Lots of Love,

xDaisy

Amma Hits London Tomorrow! :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am good 🙂 I have spent the day (like my other days off at the moment) helping to build the new ashram for Amma in Bromley. I love doing seva (selfless service)… 🙂 It honestly makes me happier than anything in the world. I have no idea why – lol! But I really love it. Soon the new place will be ready and will operate as the M.A. Centre for the UK, and as a community centre in between Embracing The World events.

Tomorrow Amma comes in person to Sandown Racecourse in Esher, Surrey. The final night is Friday and it’s the all-nighter. Here is all the information you need:-

www.amma.org.uk

If you haven’t yet met Amma, here is a documentary you may be interested in watching:-

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsxZI0PBl_A&t=17s

I am still here until the 27th, when I fly to the ashram in India for 3 and a half weeks – so I will return from there on the 22nd December. Please book your sessions accordingly, as I will not be able to give sessions from the ashram this time. I will be available via WhatsApp, Messenger and email there though, but bear in mind it is rural India without Wifi, so contact will be sporadic.

If you come to Amma in Sandown this week, come and find me in the massage area where I should be for most of the 3 days. Much Love to you all 🙂

Amma in London :-) :-) :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I want to share the exciting news that Amma is coming on the 14th – 16th (incl all night 16th) November! She is returning to Sandown Racecourse (Surrey) this year. If you would like a gentle Seva (service job) with good vibes, please come and help us in the massage area. You can either help on reception, or (if you are a qualified and insured masseur) by giving treatments. Even a couple of hours volunteering makes a huge difference to Amma’s program, and to her unique international humanitarian aid charity ‘Embracing The World’. Doing Seva (selfless service) also creates happiness within and fills you with Shakti (Divine Energy) 🙂 Here is the link for information on the venue, transport and how to get a free Darshan (hug) token etc.:-

People often tell me about ‘seeing signs’, or ask me what I think about this. Spending time with Amma in Holland recently gave me the chance to be in solitude for long periods of time, and in that space some wisdom came to me which I want to share with you. What hit me is that, truly,  when we see a ‘sign’, we are often simply seeing our conditioning reflected – as if in a mirror. What we see, especially the ‘bad’ stuff, is usually not truth, but merely ego playing. It is mind, and that tends to see what it wants to see (no matter how convincing things seem). Many times we are taking things to be truths which are really our own negative (or positive) fantasies. The very origin point of such conclusions about ourselves, life and others is missing the mark completely. True truth, which can come as instinct or intuition, although it doesn’t need to, isn’t like that. It is calm and without doubt, it is clear without being forced, and without forcing. It is usually rarer than all those ‘signs’ and mind-made things.

Amma’s Devi Bhava speech in Holland was very moving and, though I tried to write down a lot of it, I was too moved to be writing during much of it. Absorbing her wisdom ended up being quite consuming. There were a few things I got down, though, which I would like to share with you. Amma said that there is a big difference between our physical and mental health: our physical health depends on how much we move our body, whereas our mental health depends on how still we keep our mind. She also pointed out that when we pour out our sorrows to God, it is actually like a meditation – a quest to reach God. And I love Amma’s version of make-up: she said, “Let us colour our lips with words of truth.”

I will be returning to Amritapuri (Amma’s ashram in India) from the 27th Nov – 22nd Dec, and during that time I will be unavailable for sessions. However, you can contact me on WhatsApp, Messenger and email, where I will be available for any crises. So please get your sessions in before that period, or book for afterwards.

Love,

xDaisy

Devotion

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am here in London, adjusting to the changes that my life brings, in this case the return from ashram life to city life. I don’t know if anyone remembers that seminal track by Goldie – ’Inner City Life’? That more-or-less encapsulates how it feels.

When sitting down to write about a living master, one faces a dilemma: the sense that the living presence of such a being, and the ‘experience’ (for want of a better word) of that, can never be confined to words or descriptions. It’s very hard to say anything about Amma. She both is and is not, she manifests as both form and formless in a continuous cascade. Perhaps the way in which my friends and I feel her in the most tangible way, is as Supreme Love: a Love that goes completely beyond anything imaginable, and which cuts through every vestige of the human ego, revealing the ultimate secret of this universe. If anyone is asking why I spend so much time with my spiritual teacher, this is why.

I wish I could give some kind of account of my stay with Amma in Amritapuri, but that really would just be words. You see, it’s a living thing with her. You don’t go about your day and then sit down and write your diary, and feel all good about what you’ve understood, and then go to sleep again. It’s not like that. The path with Amma is the path of action, of expression, of interaction and of an outpouring of a selflessness you had no idea was inside you, waiting to come out. This Love moves, this Silence transforms without leaving itself. This true way throws the human being into complete Mystery, not only once, but constantly. And miracles rain down upon everyone in that ashram like the monsoons. I’m aware that I sound like I’ve drunk the Kool-Aid – lol!

Those of you who have visited the ashram will know that one of the ways people deepen in their closeness with Amma and her teachings, is through sharing stories about her. I heard many extraordinary accounts while I was there this time. One never knows whether such stories are true, mythological or a version of a truth. To me, that is not ultimately the most important thing: for me, it is this unknown space…this Mystery, that such stories deepen me into which matters the most. One night, we met a new friend. As we got to know him over the course of our stay on the ashram (in saying ‘we’ and ‘our’, I am referring to Steve and I – yes, we are back together 🙂 🙂 :-)), this friend began to tell us the story of how he met Amma. The story begins before he was born. His father heard about Amma and took my friend’s sister to meet Her in Manchester in 1989. When they went for Darshan the father said to his daughter, “You are in the presence of God, you can ask anything you like.” The daughter told Amma that she wanted a little brother. Amma looked to the father and asked if he and his wife wanted another child. The father replied Yes, but that they could not, because his wife had gone through the menopause. Amma said Ok, and smiled at the daughter. A couple of months later, the mother began her periods again. Soon after this, she was pregnant. My friend was born in due course. Not long after the birth, Amma was due to visit England again. The father stayed at home with his new son (my friend), while the mother – who had never met Amma yet – and her daughter went to the program. As the mother fell into Amma’s arms for Darshan, Amma said to this woman – who she was meeting for the first time and had no information about – “Are you happy now that you have a son?” The mother burst into tears and surrendered. Hearing this story flooded me with energy rushes and goosebumps. I would never want to, or try to, prove whether it is true or not. I don’t know that. All I can say is that the sense of resonance throughout my entire being upon hearing it was overwhelming, and that the feeling of reality, realness, hitting-the-mark – whatever you want to call it – opened up within me in a profound way.

This actually leads me into something else I wanted to share with you. People often ask me about intuition, and feel that I have some expertise in this area. I don’t know about that, but I did discover something more about the whole thing when I was with Amma in the ashram. I hope that including this diary entry might assist you in your own journey with with your sense of intuition / instinct.

12/9/18

The answer came in Darshan today. There was no need to tune-in, check, ‘ask Amma inside’, or anything like that. When I was relaxed and open – simple, and in my being, one could say – I felt during Amma’s long embrace that [X]. It didn’t come mentally. It didn’t come through any kind of asking. It didn’t come in a big bang. It came through the feeling body. This relative truth came as a sort-of feeling, a kind-of sense, which ran like a river through my heart. So, yes, as [Y] reminded me that time: trust the truth that comes naturally, like a gift.”

That’s all for now. If you would like to book a session or talk about anything, please call, message or text me.

Much Love,

xDaisy

“The silent abyss beyond all knowing” ~ Adyashanti

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am in the midst of a potent time in my life, between the retreat I have just completed with Adyashanti and the time I am about to spend with Amma. I feel such wonderment and gratitude about this. They are the only words I can find in this moment to express how I am feeling. I don’t know why my life is this way – so filled with Divine opportunities – and why it is not another way. I can only bow down before the Grace that brought this all here.

The way I feel from being on the 7 day silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti is that I have now put all my eggs in one basket – that of Silence. There is this abiding trust now in the wisdom of Silence itself. On the level of experience (as it could be called), the Silence has become the foreground. It is hard to give an explanation of what this means for anyone who is struggling to understand (which may be no one of course). But here is an excerpt from my diary on retreat, of a particular day when this started to open fully:-

“Something really beautiful began to happen during the Silent Sittings today. I could, and still can, see all the way through my thoughts. I experience that absolutely everything arising there is conditioning. Previously, I had been assigning Truth to many many things…… Now I see that none of this is Truth. The contraction deep in my belly when something comes up is not Truth – it is conditioning. It’s the same with the things people say to me, and what arises in me in reactivity – conditioning. None of this is Truth. I am finally free.

I don’t say this as a grand statement about enlightenment. I mean simply that I am free from the grip of my mind and my deep emotional conditioning, inasmuch as I see it for what it is. It is no longer fooling me. I see through it all in a clear way. I am free.

In a sense it could be said that in the meditations, I perceived what arose in the Silence and the Silence itself as distinct from one another. And perhaps this is why Silence is often likened to the unknown. Because it is that – Silence is unknown and unknowing everything.”

I have decided to take my upcoming time in India off work for self-care and to volunteer for Amma’s charity ‘Embracing the World’, in their efforts to care for those affected by the flooding in Kerala.

This means I will be unavailable from the 30th August to the 26th September.

I will have limited digital contact, so you are welcome to try me. But please be aware that I cannot give sessions during that time.

Wishing you love and freedom from the heart of Silence,

xDaisy

Stillness and Service

Hello,

How are you?

I am well. I wanted to let you know of two upcoming events which I am attending, to give you the chance to plan sessions if you want to:-

I will be on a silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti in England from the 11th – 18th August, and I am going to serve on Amma’s ashram in India from the 30th August – 26th September.

Much Love to you,

AMMA :-) :-) :-)

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am happy and well, if tired, and now without the time to write you the email about the wonderful Manifesting Intention course which I had hoped to write. I leave to be with Amma early tomorrow morning. Many more of you wanted sessions than I had anticipated, so my time has been well spent giving these. Please bear with me on that email though; there is so much exciting stuff to share with you once I have the proper time to go through my notes.

I am thrilled about seeing my teacher! I will be with Her in Seattle, San Ramon and Los Angeles. I leave early tomorrow morning and return on the 19th June (morning). I will be engaged in seva (selfless service) while I am there and will have very limited digital access.

www.amma.org

I hope this email finds you well and enjoying life, and I very much look forward to seeing you after the 19th June.

Hello 🙂

How are you? I am well 🙂 enjoying swimming in the sea, doing Acro Yoga in the countryside and giving distance sessions 🙂 I will be in London giving sessions Fri – Sun inclusive, so please call / text to book. Otherwise distance healing is always available 🙂

I finally have the time and space to reflect on the US Summer Tour with Amma, which I did half of this year, freestyling from San Ramon (in Northern California) to Dallas, Texas. I must say that this was the best time I have ever had with Amma… I had previously thought that my ‘Amma heydays’ had passed (during my first Summer tour in 2002, and on staff last year), but with Amma life just gets better! I think that’s almost like reflected light bouncing off the reality that the awakening embodiment evolution we are inside of can always go deeper. I want to share with you an excerpt from my diary. This part I wrote in San Ramon, stop 1 of 4:-

‘It’s another day in paradise here. And the Silence is palpable. It sings from the birds, dances across this lake, dawns within, shining outward like a sun.

Last night I had Darshan with Amma. I prayed in the queue several times, and the power of that prayer made me fall asleep, so that the helpers kept needing to wake me up. The unconsciousness in me wanted to drag me down and numb me out. My prayer was this: “I realise now that my longing for ‘x person’ is truly my longing for Divinity. Please remove any and everything within which says otherwise, believes otherwise, feels otherwise and is otherwise.”

When it came to the person in front of me, Amma did something she had never done in the 16 years I have been with her. As that person’s Darshan was ending – before, even – Amma reached out her hand and took mine. She then literally pulled me into her lap. It was as if she was saying, “Take my hand – I will show you how to do this.” And even deeper than that, I felt a direct pulling into Divinity. I let go in her arms. She had heard my silent prayer and answered it.’

This part I wrote after my final stop in Texas, during a layover in Calgary, Canada:-

‘Although what I’ve learned is way beyond words, I’m going to attempt to sum it up.

1) I experience a Love now that is a Love beyond love… It is deeper and clearer than any other love in my life. And everything, everything, can be done through this Love. Through and as this Love. I don’t have to go into analysing, into ‘hard truth’ or into separation of any kind. Those who told me to love someone less (basically) were never right, and deep down I knew that they weren’t. That way was wrong for me – I needed something higher. And that’s what Amma has revealed to me on this tour. From this True Love, everything can be accomplished. All barriers can melt. All pain can be healed, and all fear. Being honest and clear about what I really love, which is also what I really want, allows everything… I’m no longer confused – I see what’s real. And it’s so, so beautiful…

2) Amma is, and has always been, my teacher. She reveals everything to me, in time. It’s a flow…

3) Slow down. Slow down. Slow down.

4) Go beyond. When I get caught in the victim, in misery, in despair – simply go beyond. There is literally no value in wallowing there. Perhaps do some seva, do sadhana, do sports – it could be anything really. But dwelling doesn’t help, and it isn’t loving or valuable.’

It’s interesting to re-read these expressions and to see how differently things have played out back here at home than I thought they would at that time. It’s been way more challenging than I could have expected. The direct presence of a True Master is a precious thing. Back in ‘the world’ I find it harder to live out what I know. On one hand it is happening anyway, because it is the truth. But worldly life is far more messy and gritty than we bargain for when we are with the master. If we don’t follow through on what we know to be true though, on that deep discovery (or perhaps recovery is a better word), then the time on ‘retreat’ was essentially of little value. It is a high challenge to be what we really are in the world rather than in the ashram / monastery. It is not the path for everyone, yet it is my path, and I think for many of you also.

In case you don’t have these, here are the dates for Amma’s Europe Tour:-

Bank Holiday Deal on Monday! Plus Wed, Fri and Sat in London

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and happy 🙂 I am also facing some very strong challenges indeed in my housing situation here in Brighton. I want to share them, yet feel it is inappropriate to do so, certainly at this stage. But suffice to say that when the spiritual rubber really hits the road in human life, I am left feeling so glad and grateful that I have led the examined (rather than the unexamined) life, not least for all the tools this has given me to face such situations. In particular, Amma’s presence and Grace in my life is proving no less than a Godsend at the moment.

As a result of all this, I have only just fully woken up to the fact that it is Bank Holiday this Monday. The offer is on, of special half-price £45 sessions (via Skype) 🙂 So please call / text / email me if you would like to take advantage of this.

I will also be in the Barbican on Wednesday and doing home visits in London on part of Friday and part of Saturday. The rest of the time distance healing is available via Skype 🙂

Wishing you well,

Much Love,

xDaisy

London this week: today, Friday and Saturday

Hello,

How are you? A short note to say that for London sessions, today and Sat are now full this week. But there are a couple of spaces left on Friday. Distance sessions are always available of course, via Skype.

I also wanted to share this video with you. I never tire of Amma’s Swami Dayamrita. In particular it is his integrity, authenticity and humility which really touch me. They are rare qualities in people I have found. Let me know your feelings on this interview. Mine are very passionate!

Dharma Love

Hello,

How are you? I am well, feeling fully in the love-stream-flow today.

I have been reflecting recently on what really heals people the most. I have to say it is Love. Sounds obvious, but let me be more specific. When asked what practices we should do when we are not with her, Amma said only one word: “Sangha”. This means community, gathering together in and as what we truly value. In addition to a satsang setting, such as the wonderful Villa Devi offering, this quality of life happens naturally within dharmic friendship. It’s a phrase Adyashanti uses to describe the kind of friendship between two people on an awakening path. Touching this kind of friendship is incredibly transformative… You bounce off one another in your deepest places, encouraging each other to grow and face life with laughter and passion and warmth. Without any effort at all, the world seems to widen and disappear as the oneness you both are when you are together.

So I really encourage this. Yes, have healings, yes, do sadhana (spiritual practices), but often overlooked as an intense spiritual practice is – Call your true friend, get together, open your hearts to one another. No healing can truly take place without this kind of love and depth and intimacy.

The other thing which has been on my mind to share with you, is the way in which shifts move in most people, and the sometimes resulting confusion of this. Let’s say you have a shift or an awakening. Really the description doesn’t matter because when something like this happens to you, it is beyond doubt and needs no external affirmation. Perhaps for a while, there is a deep and overriding felt sense of oneness, Truth, Divinity. And then, it may feel like this goes away. This is the point at which it is very easy for cynicism, doubt or confusion to take control. You may even tell yourself that nothing really happened. In actual fact, often what did happen was a permanent shift: what was there before, never actually returned. Yet the sense of this can feel distant.

In my perception and experience, what has normally happened is that the sense of oneness / transformation has become ‘normal’ – it’s integrated into the background, into the body. But it can feel like you’re back to square one and that you’ve ‘lost it’. The tendency, then, is to give up too easily, listening to cynicism, fear or doubt. The thing at this point, is to keep going, with an attitude of open receptivity. The reality of living awakening / Truth / Love / oneness / transformation / healing is that most people are not going to have an awakening / liberation / enlightenment along the lines of Amma, Ramana Maharshi, Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle or Tony Parsons. Even though these beings are here inspiring us and showing the way in an absolutely crucial sense, I think it is misleading to believe that ‘my path’ will be the same as theirs. And this belief leads to a great deal of misunderstanding.

Your experience is your experience, and no teaching can get you out of it, no teaching can change what you are going to have to go through to satisfy that yearning for awakening / Divinity / transformation inside you. For most people, awakening embodiment evolution is a life-long thing. It’s really like that. It’s not something with a ‘final ending’, and it’s not something which happens in a flash and stays feeling like that forever. It simply doesn’t work like that, except for a tiny minority of people. And that minority is highly unlikely to be you. Awakening is a blood and guts thing and you have to get your hands dirty. So quit spiritually bypassing, throw yourself into the arms of Divinity, of the private Silence within you, of your friends and of your suffering. I say this equally to myself as I do to you!

Finally, here is a piece of writing I did on a Day Retreat with Chetana and Will in the Sussex countryside. I hope you enjoy it:-

Divinity Intended

I cannot speak…for talking this out is nothing at all anymore. This Silence bears witness to all of that and is also all of that. No need for words anymore. My silent spoken friend, awareness, finally stayed after his tea was drunk.

I saw what is true for me and accepted the somehow burden of it. This being done, You came in again. Then, the deeper revelation – the surrender……. No holding back this time. You showed me all, You revealed Yourself in the night, in the day, in the detail – all at once. That timeless moment – Now. All my burdens are laid down in You. All my heavy weighty blindness and my deafness to Your song is gone. Now I see it all. The game that I played – You knew my every move. You were always bathing it in that Light, yet only now can I see this.

What needs to happen, needs to happen. Yes, this is true. But what I failed to understand was the pitch perfect way this is all going. The sheerness of a thousand songs called out in Your name. It must be as it is and as it will be. You are the One, I am That. I found You again, and in the finding, I am no longer me. No longer isolated from You, my beautiful Muse, my all, my everything. I didn’t know that this way is the way. This precise way which you are unfolding… Divinity Intended. Not outside anymore, not happening to a me. Divinity Intended. A button unbuttoned and a comb combed. The jeans and the hair of Existence.

What has to happen…it’s unfolding, opening – at Its pace alone. Only Your rhythm exists. You lovemaker… It’s all happening now, and now, and now. There is no other; no other at all. This is Your game, and I feel no distance from You anymore. Somehow, I have not transferred this, not managed to translate this – the incredible depth of what is here.

Love,

xDaisy

Ammathon!

Hello 🙂

How was your Ammathon in London? I hope you got to see her. I had a wonderful time. Some highlights included getting Darshan with Mum in which Amma recognised her from 14 years ago, doing Arati for Amma (the flame) and feeling so deeply the sense of family and community. Also, I love to serve, especially Embracing the World, so that’s always good 🙂 I got a deep sense when doing the Arati to Amma that “I’m ok”, as if that was being said by Amma / Divine / my true Self. Sounds small, but it was actually very big for me. There was so much else, but I can’t write it all now. I will keep it brief as I am very tired and have yet to pack because……..

I have decided to go to the Netherlands with Amma at the last minute! I will be back on Thursday. Sorry that I couldn’t give you more notice about this.

I leave you with my two favourite quotes from Amma:-

(on meditation) “The mind automatically becomes still in the presence of Love”

and

(on being scolded for wildly serving) “In compassion, there are no rules”

Much Love and fond wishes to you,

xDaisy

Amma in London 11th – 12th October (all-nighter: 12th)

Hello 🙂

I am writing to remind you of the exciting news that Amma will soon be with us here in London 🙂 On Tuesday no less! If you are thinking of coming, it’s really important to allow much more time than you think you need. Either because queuing for a Darshan token takes longer, or because you want to stay in the energy longer, or you bump into that long lost friend etc. Something always happens with Amma. The atmosphere is teeming with life, with shakti, with all good things 🙂 I have been feeling her presence in the last 2 days in particular…there is this alive quietness speaking something…a language I don’t understand but that I knew long ago, and still know somehow – somewhere deep inside.

I will be on the massage area, most likely on the massage chairs, so do come and visit if you are there.

I have got hold of the Q&A I had with Adyashanti this summer during the retreat. It has given me a lot of cause to reflect on this awakening embodiment evolution and what stillness really truly is. If you would like to hear it, let me know and I can arrange it via Dropbox.

I hope this email finds you well and diving the deep inner dive to Truth. Enjoy this evening,

Love,

xDaisy

Pilgrimage to Paradise

Hello sunshine lovers, energy enthusiasts and helpers of mankind,

My title refers to an old trance tune on Sourmash records, which was helpful in bringing me towards spirit in my teenage years. In a deeper way, I am referring to what I am about to do in June: I am very excited – and honoured – to have been given a staff position on Amma’s US tour! I will be volunteering in the clothing boutique. It’s funny because I was thinking of ways I might get into the feminine and embody that more, and then I got given this position 🙂 Feel free to ask me any questions you may have about what I will be doing or what the tour involves.

July 11 Public Program

July 12-14 Retreat

July 14 Evening Public Program

I will be away from the 3rd June to the 16th July without internet or phone access, so please do get all your sessions in before then.

I have been re-doing the Art of Meditation with Adyashanti this week and wanted to share some of the wisdom with you. Adya discusses the fact that awakening is not just an initial moment in which the I falls away, but it is also an ongoing unfolding. And for that part, meditation is crucial. In this sense, he disagrees with non-dual teachings – and I think rightly so – which tend to discourage practice (albeit covertly). Even if it is not said outright, the implication in many non-dual teachings is that practice is not all that important. Yet I simply haven’t met anyone who is deeply embodied as their true nature who has not engaged deeply in ongoing practices. So from my point of view, I wholeheartedly agree with Adyashanti on this important and often perplexing point. Please do offer your experiences with this, as I would be interested in them.

Bye for now, and do call or contact me before the 3rd June,

Love,

xDaisy

This Love

Hello 🙂

This is a new day,

This is a brand new day!

Your crimson tide washes over my heart,

This Love,

This Love…

I wish I could more accurately translate to you the sense of doing the 1000 Names this morning. It leaves a perfume, a scent, of such depth and bliss…and ultimately pure non-separation, oneness. If you are not doing a regular practice, I highly recommend starting today. Even if you only do a 15 minute meditation in the morning or at night, you will find that over time you begin to see clearly again, the way you used to as a child. To see things AS THEY ARE. What a huge privilege…! In fact, Amma has said:-

I didn’t come to teach anyone anything. I came to remind you of a song you once knew, but have since forgotten  ~ Amma

It’s quite a statement coming from an avatar, the one kind of being who actually can truly teach, directly, and with acute accuracy. So we can see then, that this enlightenment game is really not about teachers or teachings. It’s about something else entirely… I would dearly love to hear your thoughts on what it is about, so please write to me about this 🙂 Also, please do join me on Facebook. Search for Daisy Nokes. I know I went through a privacy period, but that is over now.

How did you fair over Shivaratri on Monday, followed by the solar eclipse and Picses supermoon on Tues and Wed? Yes, that much did happen! The Shiva day, from my point of view, is about stillness manifesting into creation (sometimes in a variety of ways 😉 and the solar eclipse creates a deep purging of old pain, so that new projects can blossom. The supermoon in Picses represents the unconscious of humanity, the collective unconscious, what is being denied, coming out and releasing. I would love to hear any stories you have about Mon, Tues and Wed 🙂

If you feel you would like to join in with weekly coming-togethers of like hearted souls, just to remind you that I am going to Villa Devi in London every week to sing and chant and be with Amma devotees. It is a deeply transformative and amazing way to deepen your practices or path and to gain the sense of community. Let me know if you would like to be put on their mailing list.

Some of the results I have been getting through working with the U-AP level of Vortex Healing are remarkable. A client rang me to say that she “couldn’t feel anything” and she was concerned that she was emotionally disconnected. But when I looked into her system I could see that the work we had done together was so transformative that she had lost an entire ‘place’ or position in consciousness from which she had been living her life up until now. That is the power of this healing art combined with the way I work with Amma. I always wanted something which could actually remove issues, not just make the prison more comfortable, but actually deconstruct the prison piece by piece. Thank goodness I found Amma and Vortex Healing and that I am able to share that deconstruction with you, in you. This is the deepest gift I have ever been given.

I also facilitated a session this week in which I worked on the core position underlying back pain that my client had had for over 8 years, and with which she had been working in a variety of very helpful ways. Yet somehow the pain remained. Immeditately after the session she was able to flex her lower back again and the pain was barely noticeable! She also remarked that her voice had changed. This is something wonderful which can happen after a session, as if the person is speaking from a different place and without something ‘in the way’, that something being the issue worked on.

There was also a beautiful moment when I was doing some awakening coaching with a client and I asked her (because she was feeling a lack of clarity) what clarity meant to her. She replied simply, “Knowing my Truth and moving towards it”. I knew immediately that it was a pivotal moment for this person, because once you speak so authentically out loud the Divine hears (and you yourself hear) that and the transformation of life truly begins anew.

Ok that’s all for now. A bit of a long one – thank you for bearing with me 🙂 I feel very over-excited!

Love to you, beautiful blessed being,

Daisy

Mother Meera in London + other news

Hello 🙂

Is anyone seeing Mother Meera in London at the moment? I went last night and am still feelings the effects 🙂 One can feel when she is about to enter the hall because a deep silence falls through the consciousness of the room. As I sat with friends there in great silence, the meditation was totally natural…and this is the opportunity presented with this Master. I was not trying to do anything or control anything. I was simply sitting. One realises in this way, what true Stillness is. Because the mind can be talking, or not, one can be feeling, or not, and still awareness is fully present and remaining…simple and complete within itself. Then one knows “I am that”, without words, or ego, or anything at all. During the darshan, I noticed that I did not feel any separation from Mother Meera as I approached her and no sense that she was ‘above’ etc. (a big fixation in my conditioning). When I looked into her eyes there was still some remaining ego consciousness, and as I relaxed that fell away and there was only freedom…

It is easier once one has done the various Veil classes in Vortex Healing or woken up on one’s own / via another tradition or modality. But even if one has had only glimpses of freedom, any glimpse is the entirety. Either way, one sees at a certain point in spiritual maturity, that there is no need to leave that awareness for any reason. I don’t mean cling onto it, I just mean there is no need to go back into business with life after that: ‘I’ Vs the world etc. Because one knows that there is really no self, no I, that is separate from life itself.

Something very interesting which Ric (Vortex founder) wrote to us about, is that issues often come in pairs: for example, the ‘victim’ will also have the ‘victimiser’. One may well only be identified with one of these, but the other ‘silent partner’ will hold the primary position in place. So it is a good idea to work on both. I don’t want to overload you though! Each and every session is a deep deep dip into the freedom that you are, and a radical dissolving of what you are not.

I have received new guidance from the Divine on my price per session: this is now £90 for 1 & 1/2 hours.

As I was sitting in Costa waiting for friends before Mother Meera yesterday, it occurred to me that there is another and equal intuitive way of being to the process I described last week. Sometimes, ‘tuning in’ – especially when it is really checking (which comes from fear) – is not the best way. Intuition is natural, arising without the me getting involved. Upon perceiving this, I began to wonder what intuition was naturally speaking to me, regarding a particular situation in my life without tuning in – simply the natural, nature way…? What I found was, I got the same response as when I did it the other way. Sometimes, it is that one of these ways is better for one person and the other for the next person, and sometimes each way will be helpful for the same person but at different times. The thing about it is, you need to be clear enough in terms of having had some glimpse at least of freedom (awakeness), so that you are not coming entirely from the me sense, the ego, when attempting to follow your intuition. Practise is the best way and simply the living of life. I don’t usually recommend going to psychics because many of them are less clear than you are in their sensing of your situation, and it also tends to create dependency rather than freedom and empowerment. If you really trust a person’s intuition then it may be wise to follow what they recommend, but that trust needs to be really genuine, which could happen if you can naturally sense the integrity and awareness in that person’s system.

That’s all for now. I hope things are deepening for you,

Love,

Daisy

To surrender to the Divine is to not know

Hello,

I hope you are all well in the run-up to Christmas. Christmas is often a difficult time for people, as well as a time of joy, and I wanted to acknowledge that because I don’t think it gets much press (for obvious reasons). I am available over this period for support. The only days I will not be available are 24th Dec – 26th Dec and the 31st Dec – 1st Jan.

On writing this newsletter, I have just finished my practices: the 1000 Names followed by the IAM Technique (please ask for more details if you wish). The sense of stillness, peace and unconditional Love is immense… I cannot recommend these highly enough. The discipline of any practice, though, done with openness of heart and regularity, brings you back to You. In the wintertime particularly, there exists this opportunity to flow into ourselves, deep within, to the Source, to the Light within darkness – the great deep midnight Light of awakeness.

I saw the most wonderful film last week, which you can find on Netflix. It is called ‘Awake’ and it documents the life of Paramahamsa Yogananda. The whole film is an amazing journey, and there was one part specifically which made a deep impression on me. It was when Yogananda was giving a speech in New York in the 1920s (around 15mins into the film) and he spoke about the centre of us being the spine; if you go in there, he said, “…you meet the Maker”. On hearing him speak these words, I spontaneously burst into tears and was pulled deep into my spine and into what he was speaking of, through the vehicle of emotional pain. I cried and cried and felt all this conditioning rush up my spine and out through my crown, while my sense-awareness naturally remained within the spine / gut area, expanding all the while, like a dissolution as Oneness. That was my experience of this great piece of filmmaking. If you watch it, I would love to hear about it.

I have been particularly struck by the sessions we have been doing together of late, and would like to share some of what you have said about them. After a session which cleared the issue of sorrow in one go, the receiver reported that she experienced the issue as being completely gone: she said that when she looked inside to find that place which had been there before, “there was nothing there – it was empty”. This is the joy of Vortex Healing®. It is amazing that it is able to get to issues deeply enough as to actually revive this natural experience. This doesn’t often happen in one session, but in this case it did.

In another session, I learned so much from my client. After talking awhile post-treatment, she said these simple yet profound words: “To surrender to the Divine is to not know”. It struck me right to my heart. Not only was it true for her, but it also pertained to current challenges in my own life. I felt these words coming from her real Self – not from something she had heard or rehearsed, but from that genuine place when innocence lives and thrives.

I have also had a few experiences where something takes over during a healing and I am no longer facilitating the healing at all – Divinity is simply pouring through as the natural expression of Life itself, faced with what needs to be transformed. That is something of deep personal significance to me, so I wanted to share it.

I also want to thank you for the deep compliments you have paid me in these past weeks. I won’t share what was said here, because it feels wrong, but you know who you are – thank you 🙂 I am not good at receiving these, but that doesn’t mean I don’t, and it is so very important for me to hear the good stuff, as well as the constructive criticisms you may have.

As always, these are just a few of the stories that have happened, and every single healing session is beautiful and deeply important.

Wishing you Love, Truth, whole-beingness,

Daisy

Distance Healing

Hello 🙂

I am off on my journeys tomorrow, beginning with the silent meditation retreat with Adyashanti.

After that, I am available for distance healing from the ashram with Amma and then from Virginia Beach for the Vortex Healing training, ‘Original Veil’. In all cases this will be by (limited) email arrangement and communication, due to circumstance rather than choice.

The time difference in Amma’s ashram is that I will be 4 & 1/2 hrs ahead of London. That is from the 28th Aug – 14th Sept (allowing for adjustment days). In Virginia Beach, I will be 5 hrs behind London. That is from 20th Sept – 3rd Oct. In the ashram my time is more flexible, in Virginia Beach I will be available after 6pm (or early mornings) local time.

Please do book as soon as possible, because email is limited while I am away. But if you can’t, then email me whenever you can. I am in service to you.

May the force be with you 🙂

Love,

Daisy

Awakening

Hello 🙂

How are you? I hope you are enjoying the opening that the summer can bring. I want to write about something I don’t find easy to write about, but that I often get asked about. I hope you find it useful.

People often ask me about my experience of awakening. Firstly, I want to say that this is a wide term used for a variety of quite different things. From my point of view, I am talking about the ‘I’ in the heart completely dissolving and never coming back, and the subsequent living of life without separation. I am not talking about the full embodiment of that, nor am I describing ascension, the end of suffering or a spiritual vision, experience or insight, or about theories or philosophies of any kind. Many of those are lovely and I am as partial to them as the next person. Awakening, though, is sudden and unlike anything else. It comes in through the back door, as it were…when we are totally unprepared.

In Vortex Healing terminology, we call this the falling away of the Core Veil. In me, that happened in 2005 during a Vortex Healing class called ‘Heart, Freedom, Presence’. I have written about this on my website in the bio page. The interesting thing is that I am observing more and more that people are coming to me with a deep longing for awakening and I seem to be able to (as other practitioners of my level in Vortex are able to) work on that with them using the Grid tool, which you may have experienced me using with you in healing sessions. Last week, this happened in a session with a client who has recently completed the Omega level training in Vortex. The healing began and I was guided to work on her Core Veil using the Grid. Within seconds, I saw a piece of it move, completely falling away. This has happened before in sessions, but it never ceases to thrill and amaze me… I felt so privileged to be there and to be able, via Grace, to help facilitate this. Needless to say, the client felt the shift.

To relate all this to my own felt reality now, I can say that the oneness realised that day in 2005 is always here, but there are times at which it feels ‘brighter’ (for want of a better word) or ‘duller’ than at other times. When suffering has been great, I have lost all sense of oneness and yet it remains and that is realised in a profoundly deep way. As an example of the ‘brightening’, last Saturday, upon returning from facilitating equine assisted therapy in Surrey, I met a woman on the train who turned out to be a Catholic nun (she was in normal clothing). We shared our passion for Divinity in our diverse ways and how it shines at the heart of both of our lives. When this lady got off the train, she held my hand saying, “Daisy you have strengthened me”. For some reason, when I sat down again, I closed my eyes. I was taken into an extraordinarily deep sense of oneness…it was very beautiful indeed. I recognised the absolute permanence of this – that it is always here, but I do not always notice fully. I sat like this for the whole journey and could have done so for a lot longer, but had to get off the train. Some of the side effects were a deep and profound sense of peace and an in-loveness with everything, including the pavement and particularly the hand rail in the tube station! I felt compelled to stop and stroke the rail for some time. It was so full, of life and beauty and ecstasy… The brightening continued and then faded eventually. I realised that this was simply by believing thoughts. That’s really all it takes – just to believe one thought, and the whole conscious experience of awakeness / oneness can disappear, just as suddenly as it appeared before. It was Adyashanti who I first heard describe this part.

I have not heard anything about Adyashanti coming to London during his England trip this August, but his wife Mukti will give satsang. Here is the link:-

http://www.adyashanti.org/index.php?file=mukti_events&eventid=1222

Also, here is Ric’s (Vortex founder) book, which is like a beginners guide to Vortex Healing, but as a Vortex person of 14 years I am absolutely loving it! Really, really worthwhile:-

http://www.amazon.co.uk/VortexHealing%C2%AE-Divine-Energy-Healing-Awakening/dp/1504330234/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1438259089&sr=1-1&keywords=vortex+healing

Finally, I am still here in London and available for healings.

During my time away, I will be available for distance healing. Again, the dates I will be away are: 16th Aug – 6th Oct.

Love and care,

Daisy

Amma’s Vision, Amma’s Action

Hello 🙂

I wanted to share with you a keynote address Amma, and researchers from her Amrita University, were invited to give the United Nations on the subject of sustainable development (NYC, 8th July 2015):-

http://webtv.un.org/search/part-1-amrita-university-event-an-international-conference-on-technology-for-sustainable-development/4346066038001?term=technology%20and%20sustainable%20development

http://webtv.un.org/search/part-2-amrita-university-event-an-international-conference-on-technology-for-sustainable-development/4346071033001?term=technology%20and%20sustainable%20development

The first video features Amma’s address at around minute 26.

The thing which touched me most from the broadcasts was this: a group of PhD researchers from Amma’s Amrita University acquired research funding from the European Commission to research landslides. This was the first of such funding to be provided to a project like this in India by Europe. Amma asked the researchers, “What is your plan?”. They replied that they would do laboratory simulations and then publish a paper (as is normal in this kind of research). Amma then asked, “Please wire the money back to the Commission”. They were aghast, insisting, “Why Amma? This is a prestigious project!”. Amma replied that their project could directly save lives, and that they should go to a landslide-prone area and deploy their system immediately; otherwise it was her wish that they wire the money back. This kind of global thinking, rooted in the greatest true compassion I have ever known, is typical of Amma. Needless to say, the researchers honoured her wisdom and saved many lives in the process.

Amma will be with us in Alexandra Palace from 10th – 11th Nov 2015 (Devi Bhava on the 11th – all night). This is a shorter program than usual. Please ask me if you would like any further information about Amma, or her London visit later this year.

I hope this email finds you well,

Much Love,

Daisy

Into Great Silence

Hello,

I once watched a film with the same title as this email. Have you seen it? It is about a monastery and is silent all the way through, with only environmental noises etc. happening here and there – a wonderful achievement in the film world I think. I love the name and it perhaps describes what I am about to enter into at Adyashanti’s first silent retreat in England. I know some of you will also be there 🙂 🙂 🙂

I can feel waves of silence almost like rushes through my system and there was a deep profundity during my meditation this morning. I feel so incredibly privileged to have this opportunity and be willing and able to take it.

So, it is goodbye from me for now. As you know, I will be going to be with Amma in India afterwards, where I will have some email access. I return on the 20th September. I will miss you,

With Love,

Daisy

Re-Networking with Vortex Healing

Hello,

What a stunning sunset tonight… Through it I can see Alexandra Palace from my kitchen and it reminds me of Amma. It has prompted me to remind you of the dates for her visit to London this year, which are 27th – 29th October (the last night will be all night for Devi Bhava).

I have been experiencing fantastic results from the new Re-Networking Vortex Healing technique. This is used when other Vortex work has been done on an issue and then the Divine is able to come in and dissolve the remainder of the ‘network’ of what is left for that issue. For myself, working on a fear patterning in my left side has been so liberating. One effect from it is that I can now see when thoughts I am having are simply fear and I can let them go effortlessly. I also feel so much more relaxed and in my body and many other issues (‘higher up’ in my system as it were) have begun to let go spontaneously as a result. Again, I am able to experience them for what they are, as opposed to getting stuck in them. It really is remarkable stuff, so do come for a session if any of this appeals to you.

I will be going away this summer, first on silent retreat with Adyashanti in Surrey and afterwards to be with Amma in Amritapuri. It is not for a while and I am definitely available for healings now, but I wanted to let you know in advance: I will be away from the 17th August to the 20th September.

Some of you have friend-requested me on Facebook. I am flattered. In no way do I wish to reject you, but I have to decline this. You may remember what happened a few months ago and the precautions I informed you that I am taking as a result. However, there is the option to add me on LinkedIn and Twitter, because I only use them for healing. I hope this does not cause offence to anyone, because that is absolutely not my intention.

Wishing you a gorgeous sunset and a light beginning to your week,

Best wishes,

Daisy

Following Intuition

Hello,

I have been contemplating what it is to follow intuition this week. What makes it difficult for many of us, from an awakening perspective, is that there are so many attachments and aversions which get in the way. You sense something – like a “Go this way” – and then ignore it in favour of what you wanted to do, or what you thought you should do. Then that turns out to collapse in some way, because it was out of alignment with you as you really are. Does this sound familiar?

So, what can be done about this seeming catch 22? Really only one thing. And you probably already know what that is, from the very place I am pointing to. It is a question of coming back to reality, of listening to yourself, to that deep and silent voice which only ever has one thing to say. Very simple and, at the same time, not necessarily easy. Meditation, chanting, being with Amma, Adyashanti, self inquiry, walking in nature etc. are all helpful in reconnecting with what life is actually saying inside you. But even before that, often you know what your intuition is saying, even if you don’t want to know.

It is currently Mercury Retrograde until the 1st of July. This may explain a lot, as it did to me when I was kindly informed of it by one of you earlier today. In case you don’t know, this astrological movement affects communication and transport.

I hope you are getting time to enjoy the glorious sunshine we are having periodically at the moment,

Best wishes,

Daisy

Br. Shubamrita in Hornsey, London

Hello,

How are you? I just attended Br. Shubamrita’s (one of Amma’s senior disciples) satsang, bhajans, meditation and chanting etc. here in London and realised I didn’t tell any of you it was on. Sorry about that! You can always sign up for the Amma E-News here, which tells you about all the events that are happening:-

http://www.amma.org.uk/contact-us.htm

The program was glorious, as you would expect 🙂 Amma’s presence was palpable. I feel so lucky, it was incredible to be part of it. I highly recommend any Amma events you can attend. I wanted to share with you some Amma stories we were told.

The one which made everyone roar with laughter was when an expert in Vastu (which apparently is the Indian equivalent of Feng Shui) came to Amma saying, “One of the gates at the back of the ashram is all wrong. If you don’t change it, all the money that comes in here will go straight out again”. Amma smiled at him, replying, “Then I will never change that gate”.

The other story I loved was of Amma giving darshan for 20 hours straight in Malaysia. After this time, Br. Shubamrita asked her to stop because the queue was not going down – more and more people were coming. But Amma paid no attention. Later, Swamiji approached Amma pleading with her to stop. Amma looked at him and said, “The first thing I do when I sit down to give darshan is to have a conversation with the clock (so that we don’t interfere with one another). I say to him, ‘You do your work, I’ll do mine'”. Wow!!!

Ok, that’s all from me for now. I hope this email finds you unfolding into Mystery with no hands on the wheel 🙂

Earthshift, Marlies and more

Hello,

How are you? Thank you to those of you who participated in the Bank Holiday Deal on Monday. It was a pleasure to work with you, just after the Earthshift when my system was particularly attuned to giving healing. I enjoyed the shift very much; it was actually very intense for me, which I didn’t expect. I feel like I am still recovering from the huge amount of energy which pumped its way through all of us in service to Gaia and the physical Earth. The highlight for me was feeling the most direct contact with Gaia I have ever felt. A friend put it beautifully when she described this effect of Gaia coming ‘into the room’ as a kind of “elegance” and deep femininity.

I am also still resonating with the profound silence which Marlies evoked in us during her trips to Brighton and London. I was fortunate enough to receive a one-on-one session from her, in which the core position I came in with in this life was given space to breathe and release and the silence in and behind it came all the way through. To say that that session was life-changing would not be an understatement. Do any of you have anything to share from your time with Marlies?

I want to talk a little today about the process of engaging in Vortex Healing sessions with me. In my experience, what tends to unfold is like this: you come in with something and we get to the bottom of what the issue is, and then do a session for that. If you already have your awareness deeply in that issue and are meeting it (which is unusual), then you experience something like this afterwards:-

“I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to you, Merlin and Ric.

Clearing the ‘spot of non-existence’ has most definitely been the most profound shift for me in my healing journey…….It was like a shadow in my bones and it was a constant effort on a daily basis to not let it engulf me. It weighed me down and yet I didn’t know what it was…….

Even now it brings tears to my eyes when I realise that I will never feel that dark void again. I never dreamed I would be free of it. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I feel like now I can really get present to this thing called Life, breath it in and experience it.

Thank you Thank you Thank you.”

Isn’t that beautiful? I can’t tell you what that does to me to hear a person like that…

However, we are not all that dedicated to Truth and may not have done as much inner work as that person has. If awareness hasn’t yet penetrated the core of the issue at hand (through whatever means), then what is most likely going to happen is that in the session we will release the foundations of it and then it will tend to manifest in your life, in some way. This means it appears as if the issue is coming true (remembering that appearances are always deceptive). Although it is tempting to blame life/God/etc. at that point, you are really only experiencing the result of whatever avoidance of this issue was going on beforehand, plus the next layer of it in your system. After this process has passed through, then you will tend to experience freedom within and from that issue. Think of it as like throwing a frisbee: if you do not follow through with your arm, then the frisbee will not land well and the game is no fun.

Vortex is not for the faint-hearted. But, as a friend in his 60s who is an expert in NLP, shamanic healing etc. (as well as a Vortex Healer) recently observed, it is the most effective energy healing he has ever come across.

I look forward to seeing you soon,

Best wishes,

Daisy

Marlies Cocheret in London Tomorrow

Hello,

It has been a while since I last wrote to you, during which time I have been in a personal process and diving deep into silence and meditation. I have been thinking of you, many of you have popped into my meditations and I hope you are well.

I mentioned this a while ago, but realised I hadn’t reminded you – Marlies is coming to London tomorrow and Saturday. I spent last weekend on retreat with her in Brighton and found her work once again to be profoundly embodying and transformational. What I found most helpful was the invitation to rest as silence, with no technique and no conditions.

If you are free tomorrow evening and/or during the day on Saturday, I highly recommend this opportunity to be with an awake teacher who is from Adyashanti. I will be there tomorrow. Here are the details:-

Bank Holiday Deal

Hello,

Yes, roll-up, it’s deal time again 🙂 Next Monday the 5th May, sessions will be half price – that’s £40. The perfect way to have some ‘you’ time on Bank Holiday.

If you are wondering what to work on in your next session, one lovely movement happens through clearing the fascia and biochemical pathways of the nervous system. This takes a lot of tension out of you, much of which is built up in the nervous system due to fear and pain conditioning deeper down. This can also be done for the heart, diaphragm and pericardium (the fluid filled sac that surrounds the heart and the proximal ends of the aorta, vena cava, and the pulmonary artery). Again a lot of tension, particularly resulting from pain and grief, gets stored here.

There is something new which can be done using Merlin’s Global Healing Grid. Whereas in the past, I could only put one situation or issue etc. in the grid to be worked on in the background (at 50% effectiveness as continuously intending it), I can now put up to 4 different things in there at once and it will still be as effective for each.

Something interesting which Ric talked about during the BodyMind class, was about avatars (i.e., like Amma). He feels that they are not really beings but appear as beings, using a pseudo-Inner-Veil as a kind of fake ID to get into the human realm, where they then appear as human. Most of what he said resonates with me. Do you have any thoughts on this? I’d love to hear your impressions.

Lastly, I know that many of you have experienced sessions as being particularly powerful recently, so I thought you might be interested to hear what Ric says about why this may be:-

“Another perk of the BodyMind class is that it creates a significant increase in bridging for channeling…In general, the extra bridging from the class makes ALL the transmissions for Merlin’s Grace go 15-20% deeper or faster, whether clearing, transforming or energizing…For instance, for doing a Genetic Modification at a distance, those without the class can get about 80% effectiveness of in-person work. Those with the class can, at a distance, now get the equivalent of what would have been 100% before…Again, an awake body just creates a deeper bridge; there is just no way around that, and yet it is something I didn’t anticipate when I first put the class on the schedule.”

Enjoy yourself and see you soon,

Best wishes,

Daisy

Drunk on Vortex

Hello,

So this healing journey post-class gets more and more interesting: on Friday, I had a client who took 20 mins to recover after the healing we did (involving the new Navel AP work) and when I walked her to the door, I could hardly walk! Since I have quit drinking for 6 weeks, I am very pleased to be drunk on Vortex 🙂

It’s also wonderful to be closer friends with Merlin. I am having quite a few experiences now where he takes over a healing session, particularly towards the end. Not only does the receiver feel waves of Divine energy when this happens, but it also connects me to a deep sense of trust and being held. Amazing… I am feeling Amma within in a real way too, which feels like something I have wanted for so long and like it is a kind of embodiment.

Another interesting thing I have noticed since Awakening the BodyMind and the Core Beliefs, is that I can now sometimes hear my thoughts speaking to each other. Like characters in my head communicating, which feels closer to what is really happening. I feel less caught in them and identified as them. Pretty cool, particularly since this followed a healing crisis involving my core issues. That leads me to believe that crises are entirely good things.

Here is some feedback from one of you this week: “That really was a dramatic and inspiring healing… Throughout the session, it felt like there was some physical healing going on, and that was awe inspiring… I had the thought to ‘give myself over’ to non-existence, (only because I was confident it was not possible), then there was a big change, which was enjoyable, but I became anxious I would stay in that state if you stopped. I then surrendered to accepting even that was ok, if it happened and it became powerful and blissful, but also peaceful and not scary, at the same time. Energy flowed in lines down my right leg and I could tell that that was being made stronger, totally unexpectedly, which was inspiring and emotional… Thanks again, I am so blown away by your healing lately, and the physical changes seem to be gradually getting better and better”.

The new kidney essence and Jing energies are going down very well with you all it seems and there is more that can be done in this regard, to energise you. Here is what Ric has to say: “First we use Merlin’s Grace to ‘expand the Pre-natal Jing reservoir network, so as to be able to hold more of it’. And this works. If you first fill up the Pre-natal Jing and then expand its network, you’ll see you can channel in some more. Same with Kidney Essence. Each of these steps (doing the Pre-natal Jing and Kidney Essence separately) only takes a few minutes. All of you should take the little amount of time needed to do this, because it can make a significant long-term difference. – NB Jing is the ‘parent’ of chi”.

“And that’s all the news” (anyone remember ‘The Day Today’? 🙂

Love,

xDaisy

True Talking 2

Hello,

First of all I would like to apologise to those of you who received the last review several times – it was a Yahoo fault. I think it may have been influenced by the Mercury Retrograde we are experiencing (5th – 28th of this month). For those of you who don’t know what that is, in a nutshell it is a planetary movement affecting communication, technology and transport, often with chaotic results! Does this ring any bells? 🙂

On the subject of movements, there was a mini lineage shift within Vortex Healing on the afternoon of Thurs 6th Feb. For me, this was huge and really flushed out a lot of core conditioning, though I had no idea why at the time (as Ric Weinman only informed us of the shift afterwards). If you have taken Vortex Healing classes (in particular Merlin’s Grace) you may well have felt the effects. I’m not sure the word ‘mini’ quite captures it! In terms of what this means now, Ric writes: “The nature of the shift will mainly impact the Merlin’s Grace wizards, as it will facilitate deeper levels of bridging that only you have. In particular when doing distance work.”

Last week I spoke about a very inspiring conversation regarding awakening, which I had with one of you. That theme seemed to continue into the next week, this time with the thread running right through the human-ness, like a kind of embodiment. I had a conversation with one of you which was the most difficult and the most important of my career. The person raised a personal issue with me, regarding how I had been during the last session. I suppose this was my worst-nightmare-scenario of what could happen with a client, and it happened. The way I engaged with it was to be much more honest than I thought possible, returning to the felt sense of Truth as my anchor. And from what I witnessed, this person attempted to do the same. Through that willingness to rely solely on what is real and authentic, tears began to flow for both of us and in an absolute meeting, the situation began to unfold and resolve itself. What an amazing experience…and one that really is hard to put into words.

During a session with somebody else last week, again it was in the talking part that so much healing work happened. I must stress that this is a question of the willingness to be authentic, on the part of both parties. At the end of this ‘true talking’, the person said to me, “It is really important to be able to have this kind of sharing of what is going on with me. Truth is coming through you it feels like, when we talk.” This is similar to what I mentioned someone having said to me the previous week. I am reminded of what Adyashanti calls ‘prajna’, a Zen term meaning ‘heart wisdom’, when the willingness to rest as the unknown allows the known to be spoken. I am not talking about any kind of mental “I know”, or about ideas or theories; I mean something far deeper than that. Does this resonate?

A happy story from one of you, who has had big problems with digestion and leaky gut, plus candida. He has experienced a big improvement in these areas, having tried everything under the sun first. He feels that the sessions with me, combined with taking Vortex Healing classes, have been the deciding factor in this physical transformation. I would add that it is his dedication to healing himself which has been the fuel for all of that. It is also interesting to note that I was not only working on the physical level – in fact, the main focus of our sessions was to clear the core emotional position he entered this life with. This gives further credence to the notion underpinning Vortex Healing, which is that it is the core sense of separation and the karmic, genetic and emotional expressions of that (the ‘conditioning’) which is the root cause of physical problems in the body.

And finally: I got a beautiful text from one of you which really brought a smile to my heart: “I’ve been great after our sessions. Fear has definitely been removed from so many different situations. It is sometimes so completely gone that I forget that just a few months ago the same situation would have been terrifying for me to deal with. Thank you so much”.

Please do call if you want a session, or simply want to share your experiences,

Love,

xDaisy

True Talking

Hello,

I had a very inspiring talk with one of you on the phone this week, regarding the confusion which follows awakening (in this case in the context of being post-Core Veil). It is as if spontaneous truth arose in the conversation and the person felt that there was a transmission coming through. I don’t know about that! But it was nice to be told – “it is so good to have people like you around to talk to about awakening and post-awakening”. Because I have lived this, it is easy to connect with what you are experiencing, so please do call if you have any questions about this fascinating subject.

I was watching a film last week called ‘The Perks of Being a Wallflower’. Guess what the ending line of the film was? : “…in this moment, we are infinite”. It goes to show that even when you are chilling, there is no escape from oneness!

I have been playing with some new pathway work this week when going to sleep. It is a way of optimising the biochemical pathways. It is particularly good for clearing allergies (although I was using it to regulate my adrenals, which tend to be overactive due to fear patterning in my kidneys). For an allergy, this could take a couple of sessions (including 10 mins to catch up the brain and then the cellular consciousness and localised consciousness of the form – LCF). Worth a go, especially for food allergies.

I have had a week full to the brim of life-learning. I must say I am feeling incredibly enriched by my degree in Person-Centred Counselling and everything it is moving in me. I suppose what I have learned most this week is to let go of the idea that things have to be good all the time. And that when I willingly move into what is in each moment and in each day, without trying to change it, it transforms in its own time, according to the needs of something much bigger than me. And also, to trust my instinct (heart) rather than taking a position of any kind, particularly during conflicts. I don’t think I can remember a time of greater transformation in my whole life. It is exciting! I would love to know how your experience is and what you are learning, so do write if you have time. Enjoy,

Love,

Amma’s Recent Visit to London

Hello,

How are you? I know that many of you have taken the recent Vortex Healing classes here in London, or have been with Amma, or Mooji. I would love to hear your stories, so please do write if you have time.

I have an Amma story to share from one of you who met Amma for the first time in London:-

“I remember you saying the experience can be bit like your issues being brought up like iron filings drawn to a magnet and that is a bit like the way it was on the first day. As soon as Amma came in the room I could feel a palpable current of love. I spent most of the day just sitting in the hall taking it all in, until it was my turn for Darshan. I was quite nervous for some reason and felt kinda awkward and conflicted to be honest and the hug seemed to happen quite fast, but I went to sit down behind Amma in a bit of a daze. But then while sitting I started to feel incredibly emotional for a reason I can’t explain, it was intense to the extent that I felt that I was on the verge of completely breaking down crying, everyone else around me seemed completely calm and I was on the verge of completely losing it! It was almost like I was torn in two. It took me a while to recover and take it all in.

I decided to go back a second day during the morning again and was fortunate that it wasn’t so busy that I could have a second Darshan at the end, this time it wasn’t so much about stuff coming up and there wasn’t the intense emotions coming up, but this time as I sat in the seats on the stage my legs turned to jelly, the hug seemed to last a lot longer this time and as I sat down I could feel a lot of releases in my body like warmth coming to my head and rushes of energy which was very pleasant and not at all overwhelming this time.

I am very grateful to you for telling me about Amma and encouraging me to go because it was a very powerful experience for me. I have had a taste now of her power and how she inspires so many people and why so many people are dedicated to her.”

I feel the need to share something with you because it is the reason why some of you may have felt me ‘off the radar’ for a month. Sarah and I have broken up. It happened exactly 1 month ago today (the day before Amma arrived in London). After such a deep, loving and truthful relationship, plus 6 and a half years together and two engagements, it’s a lot to lose. So I am going through a very painful time. Please do not stay away though. I am finding that the state I am in is actually deepening sessions with you, and working is helping me too.

This is what I meant in my last email about the significance of Amma chanting “My Love” (rather than “My Daughter”) in my ear during darshan in Berlin, after London. I don’t mean that I go to Amma for the major decisions in my life, that is not something I tend towards. But I knew when she said that that she was pulling me closer, into Love in its purest form, the true Lover – Divinity itself.

I immersed myself in seva in London as usual, and that helped. We earned £10,221 for Amma’s humanitarian charities this year – in the massage area in London alone! Yes, seriously. At the end of the second evening in London, to everyone’s amazement Amma got up from darshan (at around 4am) and began to dance! Sarah and I were on the stage and our mouths just fell open. We watched in amazement as Amma performed a traditional Keralan dance for everyone around her. Bear in mind, I had only ever seen Amma dance once before this, during the 12 years I have been with her. It was very powerful. She then repeated this wonderful ritual in Berlin and Milan, and I believe in most of the stops on the European tour. Lucky us!

At the end of Devi Bhava in London, Amma showered us with flower petals while Swamiji blasted an absolutely amazing bhajan. If you have not had this experience, I highly recommend it. It was a profound one for me. I got hit by 3 bunches of petals and as they hit me I felt all the tiredness in my muscles from doing massage seva leave my body: just by throwing flower petals, Amma performed a healing. Really everything she does is imbibed with energy and meaning: if you watch her over time I believe you will witness this.

Love,

xDaisy

Amma in Berlin

Hello,

I have now done 3 stops on the Europe tour (incl. London), because I can’t go to Amritapuri this year. The stop before Milan for me was Berlin. I must say, what a fabulous city! I never thought I would hear myself say this, but London is no longer the place with the best music in the world – Berlin has overtaken us. Everywhere we went we heard such excellent house music, really tech-y stuff, and also fantastic dub step etc. Impressive.

Anyway, most of the time I spent blissfully with Amma. The German people were lovely and everything had been done so nicely – almost to the point of perfection. There was no cheering and clapping after each bhajan etc. (like in Italy) but people were quiet and respectful and that was appreciated in the chaos that is an Amma tour 🙂

One evening, Amma was soon to finish darshan (due to the curfew in the hall) and as usual I was sitting on the stage watching her and going in and out of meditation. Suddenly she looked at us all and began talking in Malayalam. Br. Shubamrita translated: “Amma says she is sorry that the darshans have to go so fast. It was not like this years ago. Amma says that in the olden days nobody had a watch but everybody had time; these days everybody has a watch but nobody has time”. Many people started to cry upon hearing this. That Amma would apologise for not giving even more than she already does was moving. And what a lesson in such a simple way from a true master: it seems that everything Amma ever says has a tapestry of meanings woven into it.

On the Devi Bhava I somehow managed to get to the front of the queue with a timecard from the previous day. It was my Birthday, so I felt very privileged. Then I was seated RIGHT IN FRONT of Amma’s chair! I honestly couldn’t believe it. When she walked in, the power was so huge that I stepped backwards and nearly fell over my chair. It was like being “hemmed in” by Truth, as Adyashanti says. But I noted how strange it is that I say I want Truth, but when it comes I step backwards away from it.

I was also one of the first people to receive Amma’s darshan. I didn’t say it was my Birthday (which apparently you can do and you get a lovely Birthday darshan) because I was praying intensely in the darshan line. The helpers asked me my language and I said “English”. My prayer was, “Amma help me step towards you. I don’t want to step away from Truth anymore. There is so much fear within me but I really want the Truth. Please bring me closer to you”. When I was in front of Amma, Geeta (Amma’s darshan assistant) said to me, “You don’t speak any other languages?”. I was surprised because she knows me; I replied, “No” and she said, “Only Polish”. Before I had time to correct her, Amma had taken me! Amma hugged me and then looked at me and hugged me again. In my ear she chanted in German “Meine Liebe”. Then she motioned to the left of her chair and said “Come around”. I was so overcome I had to ask her, “Come around?” and she motioned again. I felt so blessed… What a Birthday darshan! I couldn’t walk properly when I stood up. When I could, I sat there with her absorbing the darshan for an hour or so.

But I didn’t know what the German words meant which she had said to me. So I asked my German friend. She said, it means “My Love”. I was floored… For 12 years, Amma has said to me, “My daughter”. For a moment, my blood ran cold. I knew that amongst other meanings, this had a deeper significance regarding my relationship with Sarah. I will explain all in the next review.

I want to acknowledge those who recently took the Core Veil Vortex Healing class. Whooppeee! I hope you had some deep experiences – do let me know what yours were. And I wanted to remind you that I will be here over the Christmas holidays, which is often an important time for healing,

Love,
xDaisy

I Surrender

Hello 🙂

Oh I feel so blessed to have had Amma here in London! I saw a few of you there and that made me very happy 🙂 Please do write to me with your experiences of her, as I would dearly love to hear what went on for you.

Were any of you there during the speeches about Amma at the beginning of the first evening? I felt they were outstanding, the best I have ever heard. Among them was a speech from Manish Pandey, writer of acclaimed British film ‘Senna’. In it he quoted Amma devotee and musician David Sylvian from his song “I Surrender” (written about Amma) from his 1999 album ‘Dead Bees on a Cake’. I burst into tears on hearing this. It is the most accurate description in words of my first darshan with Amma many years ago and the way that I still feel in her immeasurable presence now:-

I’ve travelled all this way for your embrace

Enraptured by the recognition on your face

Hold me now while my old life dies tonight and I surrender

My mother cries beneath the open skies and I surrender

An ancient evening just before the fall

The light in your eyes, the meaning of it all

Birds fly and fill the summer skies and I surrender

She throws the burning books into the sea

“Come find the meaning of the word inside of me”

It’s alright the stars are all aligned and I surrender

My mother cries beneath the moonlit skies and I surrender

My body turns to ashes in her hands

The disappearing world of footprints in the sand

Tell me now that this love will never die and I’ll surrender

My mother cries beneath the open skies and I surrender

 David Sylvian

It still makes me cry sharing it with you now. I have more to write but don’t want to overwhelm you, so will do it in bits. For now I leave you with the good news that I will be here for the Christmas holidays, since I have just been with Amma in Berlin and will visit her again briefly in Milan (8th – 11th Nov). So, I will be offering healing during a time when I am usually awayand I am sure when you need it most. I look forward to speaking with you soon,

 Love,

xDaisy

Amma Fever!

Hello 🙂

Yes – Amma will be with us in a week! 21st – 23rd Oct in Alexandra Palace. If you can and feel inclined, I highly recommend spending as much time there as possible because the energy will sink in much deeper if you do.

This week, it has come to me that meeting my stuff in life is even more important than I had thought. I felt overwhelmed today when out with friends and was going to go home, but instead I left them for a bit and stood under a tree in Angel, Islington. I stopped. Then I closed my eyes and went inside, with the intention to meet what was coming up. To my surprise, I met my inner child who was whining and crying pitifully. I stayed with her, remaining still and intimate. After a short time, I was able to rejoin my friends and have a lovely evening with them. Do try this on for size – you may be surprised at how life-changing it is.

When I went to Amma’s Birthday recently with Br. Shubamrita here in London, he gave a speech in which were some delightful tales from Amma-land, which I would like to share with you. When asked, “Amma, who are you?”, Amma replied, “I am sleep-disturber. I am somebody who disturbs the sleep of others”.

Upon learning of Amma’s tireless schedule of round-the-clock darshans (not to mention managing her many charities), a journalist asked Amma, “But Amma, when do you really sleep?”. Amma answered, “I will sleep when all of my children have awakened”. By the way, that does include you. I felt like crying when I heard this… Only a being who is absolutely and totally free could say such a thing and mean it.

Lastly, Brahmachari explained that oftentimes people will try to book a holiday for Amma, like a cruise or a beach holiday in the Bahamas, or something. Amma simply points out that if you had a child who was ill and somebody offered you a free holiday, would you go? She said she feels the suffering of each one of us so intensely when we come for darshan, that she could not possibly abandon us for a holiday.

Here is the website of Jason Becker, who I mentioned in the last review. In ‘part 2’ he talks about some of his darshans with Amma:-

http://jasonbeckerguitar.com/jasons_words.html

I am looking forward to seeing you soon and especially at Amma’s, where I will be giving massage in the massage and yoga area at the back. Please do visit – there are many talented therapists there.

xDaisy

The Power of Good Habits

Hello,

I want to express today how important it can be to do regular spiritual practice. Apart from anything, it is very easy to go into deep connected oneness or bliss while doing so! Without practical application, spirituality really means very little at all.

As many of you know, my personal favourite is the 1000 Names (also known as Archana), which is a chanting practice from Amma. I also love Adyashanti’s ‘True Meditation’, which you can read about in his book ‘The Way of Liberation’ (I have free e-books upon request). But whatever you are truly drawn to is what is best for you. I find that by engaging in a practice every day, there is an ongoing and deepening sense of stabilisation in my true Self. Practices both help us to access and to abide as oneness itself. Don’t underestimate the power of good habits! As Amma points out, “even 1 moment spent in meditation is not a waste of time”. You really don’t need bags of free time to do this.

I watched a very inspiring documentary last week, called ‘Jason Becker: Not Dead Yet‘. You can find it on Netflix and presumably other sites too. My friend recommended it, not knowing that I in fact knew this man. I was AMAZED when he came up on screen! I met him while with Amma in San Ramon in 2002 and used to enjoy sitting near him and watching his incredible darshans with Amma. But I had no idea at the time who he is. His is a story filled with inspiration and surrender, as well as fierce humanity.

A quick reminder of Amma’s dates in London, so that you can book time off work if you wish to see her: 21st – 23rd Oct (all night on the 23rd) in Ally Pally. And finally, I hope you will enjoy this quote on the nature of negative thinking, from writer Mark Twain, as much as I did:-

“I’ve gone through many terrible things in my life, most of which never happened”

Adyashanti Retreat, Br. Shubamrita visit and more…

Hello,

How are you? I am well, looking forward to Amma’s visit in 6 weeks (21st – 23rd Oct) – YEY!! On that subject, a full-power Amma devotee, Br. Shubamrita, will be visiting for Amma’s Birthday (27th Sept, her 60th), on 29th Sept in Hornsey N8:-

 http://www.amma.org.uk/swami-tour.htm

Apologies for the confusion about registering for Adyashanti next August in England. It is today that pre-registration opens:-

 https://www.adyashanti.org/index.php?file=retreatsdetails1&eventid=984

I promise you it is worth it and it will fill up extremely quickly, as it is the only one happening in Europe. I have found that the long-lasting effects of a retreat with Adyashanti are impressive and in terms of awakening he is the clearest teacher I have met (after Amma), along with Marlies Cocheret.

I had a wonderful time at Mother Meera in London a few weeks back. I know a couple of you went. Did anyone else go and what was your experience? More about that next time and I would love to include your stories anonymously if you want to share them.

Please do remember to use the bottom bell when you come for sessions, since the top one is currently faulty. And if you would like a quick (or even reasonable!) response to any bookings, concerns or comments PLEASE text or call rather than emailing. I hope you are well,

 Love,

xDaisy

Back on 19th August

Hello from Finland 🙂

It is beautiful here… We have been swimming in a huge natural lake after having a sauna, eating healthy food, playing charades and generally having a wonderful time in the purest nature I have ever seen. We are staying with friends from Amma and Vortex – Chetana and Mikko, which means we have people to go on about Amma with and to do the 1000 Names with – which feels like the biggest blessing of all. I will be back on the 19th August, if I can tear myself away 🙂 🙂 I miss you, and giving healing actually though 🙂

Something I have noticed over the past week, in working through my own issues, is that the one you think is your core issue often isn’t – that issue may well be concealing another one. It is easier for someone else looking into your system to see that, but when you are working on yourself with energy this is something bear in mind.

There is some more that can be cleared for the Assemblage Point, which Ric has written to us about. The Assemblage Point exists on something he is calling the ‘luminous egg’, which you can think of as your entire system and field of energy. This egg has bands around it which, in part, hold conditioning – more on the genetic and physical levels. These bands can be cleared, with apparently profound results: for example, the intention of ‘clearing the band (of the luminous egg) that holds allergy conditioning’, or ‘clearing the allergy band’, will make a big difference to allergies.

I would like to give a polite reminder about cancelling or re-scheduling an appointment: please give me at least 24hrs notice, otherwise the cancellation fee is £50.

I hope you are enjoying yourself and that I see you soon,

Love,

xDaisy

Retreat Report and more…

Happy Solstice to all 🙂

My friends Chetana and Mikko, along with Anthony Gorman and others, are doing some exciting earth healing dragon magic in Avebury today, which has been building up all week. Emails from Ric or Anthony will follow and I will pass on any news.

The retreat with Adyashanti was even more wonderful than I could have imagined. One of you was there with me, along with Sarah and quite a few Vortex students from Finland, the Netherlands (where the retreat was held) and England. This quote sums it up rather well:-

When I look within and see that I am nothing, that is wisdom.

When I look without and see that I am everything, that is love.

And between these two, my life turns.

Nisargadatta Maharaj

The experience for me was of embodying awakening in such a way that it was almost invisible. It was like grounding as beingness, which didn’t have an ‘end point’. It wasn’t flashy, there were no ‘bangs’ or ‘pops’, and that is the beauty of this style of teaching. Here is an excerpt from my diary:-

Walking in the forest tonight, in the dark, into great silence. The trees seemed to invite me in, draw me into their midnight darkness and depth. Into Truth and nothingness. But what a full nothing…

I was amazed at how real everyone was with their questions to Adya during satsang, particularly since there were 350 people listening! The rest of the retreat was held completely in silence. We were told that the two most important things to do were to maintain that silence and to show up on time for each of the 6 or so silent sittings per day. And I found that this container was most useful in deepening into silence and embodying (though I must admit I did do quite a bit of laughing and whispering to Sarah!). The overriding sense I got from the retreat was that resting as silence and stabilising in that primarily, is it.

Adyashanti will be holding a retreat in England in August 2014! He will also visit Copenhagen and possibly the Netherlands again just beforehand. You can register for these events in September by visiting his website.

I had a lovely session with one of you recently who said afterwards, “The heart was just…so open and the body was melting. I felt like I was waking up…”. There is no telling exactly why this happened – I leave that in the Mystery from which it arose – but this person is particularly sensitive to the ‘Surrender-Grace’ aspect of Merlin’s Grace energy. Please request this if you would like to try it and haven’t yet.

I have recently tried receiving healing from a practitioner of Scenar. Let me know if you would like his details. This is a healing machine (hand held) which works by stimulating the electrical energy in the body for healing. While I was receiving it for my neck, I literally felt a muscle PHYSICALLY move back into it’s correct position! Here is a video of Scenar being used on a breakfast television program:-

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4T3h2KIYng&list=PLVuQvLW3o4VQnH7pkkFIFvHYnC2a5YmAk

Ric is very excited about a new technique in Vortex which works with Assemblage Points. Please contact me if you would like me ‘to release or clear the possibility thread for ‘X issue’ from your assemblage point. And it can be done at a distance 🙂 More on that to follow.

That’s the news for this week. I look forward to seeing you soon,

Love,

xDaisy

The Power of Sangha

Hello,

This week I have been reminded of the power of sangha: the natural focus in Truth which takes place when you are in the company of friends who are also functioning from beingness.

It’s not that beingness needs this as such, or that it gets created by any particular situation, more that it is simply a joy to remind one another of what it means to live the awakened life by being together.

I also wanted to say that I know I haven’t been ringing as much as I usually do. This is because my degree is at a busy phase. I have started placements and therefore have been travelling a lot and doing mad things like learning about needle exchange as a part of substance misuse training. So I don’t have as much time as I used to at the moment. But I do care and welcome any incoming calls!

Don’t forget your Bank Holiday session those of you who have signed up. I am really looking forward to Monday and hope you are too 🙂

Enjoy your long weekend,

Love,

xDaisy
