I have had the great fortune to be in several group fields recently and to embody and also learn a huge amount. This was from Adyashanti giving his finale event, the EarthWorks V in-person class with Anthony Gorman and an Embodiment class taught by Ric Weinman. Right now there is an extraordinary sense of Grace, Love and gratitude, in addition to a clear feeling of embodiment. Yet integrating all of this leaves me rather speechless to explain it – lol! Perhaps that’s the point 😉 

This appeared in the sky above us over Hyde Park, during a pivotal moment in conversation with friends on the evening the EarthWorks V class finished :-  

There are a few things from that very recent Embodiment class, however, which I would like to share. There were 157 of us present. It was beautiful to hear Ric reading from Adyashanti’s book ‘Falling Into Grace’, part of which contained fascinating notes on the end of suffering. The gist of this bit I feel is crucial to groc. It is essentially that, waking up to the true nature of our being but also waking up to a whole roomful of illusions we carry, is probably going to be the only way to end the suffering we feel. Awakening can be quite disturbing really, because “who wants to find out that everything they felt was real was nothing but a pocketful of dreams..? Who wants to find out that everything they hold onto and cling to is the very reason they suffer..?” 

Adyashanti went on to explain our addiction to approval, power and control, none of which brings an end to suffering – and, in fact, is the actual cause of it. So the truth is that most of us don’t actually want to wake up at all; we don’t want to end our suffering – rather, we want to manage it. We would like to have a little bit less of it, so that we can just go on with our lives as they are – unchanged, the way we want to live them. Hearing Adya’s words reminded me a bit of something Jesus is supposed to have said, written in the Gospel of Thomas : “Seek, and you shall find. But when you find, you will be disturbed. And when you are disturbed, you will marvel. And then you will reign. And after you have reigned, you will rest.” Taken in the correct manner and not by the ego, this statement can be very freeing. The deepest addiction we have is to suffering itself – and this is something we really don’t want to see. “The very thing we want to be without is the thing we’re addicted to.” If we look at this sincerely, it can be revealed that we have no idea how to live without suffering. We don’t know how to interact, what to do with our time and energy or how to be, if we aren’t suffering.

I would like to tell a little story about my time at the ashram in India with Amma. When my friends and I were reunited in Amritapuri, we received Grace upon Grace continuously for about a week and a half. It was like being in heaven… This is how it can be with Amma sometimes; just beyond…….. During this ecstatic period, each of us could be found at different times literally crying with tears of joy and gratitude, because of the things that kept happening to us. One such time, we were asked by another friend to participate in the seva of passing the Prasad plates during Amma’s Tuesday lunch offering. In order to receive this free food, Indians have been known to travel – by foot – for miles on end to reach the ashram. Obviously this action can be caused by hunger and poverty, but also – and this is one of the things I most love about India – by the cherishing of Divinity. The atmosphere in the entire country is permeated with that; no sooner than you step off the plane, you can begin to sense it. 

So there we were in the Big Hall in Amritapuri, watching hundreds of devotees eagerly lining up to receive a plate of food blessed by Amma. People queue two or three abreast and walk up a ramp to where Amma is seated, handing out plate by plate as they nervously take it from Her. If a devotee is very elderly or disabled, after Amma touches the plate it gets passed down to a line of sevites, who ensure its safe passage into the hands of that devotee, who by then is being helped to walk. Upon entering this seva, I broke down in tears. I felt overwhelmed by the sense of unconditional Love in the air, in my life and by the Grace flowing everywhere. And I just felt so grateful to be there, experiencing this, and towards Amma…I couldn’t hold back my tears. Eventually, I was given the position in the line of sevites whereby I could see the whole of Amma directly. As everything was happening, it was as if She opened a window into Reality for me. As I was passing the plates along, I felt everything slow down, to the point of timelessness : time seemed to evaporate and actions seemed to be as if in slow-motion. Then I felt a kind of motion like the fabric of Reality got consumed / sucked in / absorbed into Mystery. Amma began to reveal to me that She was in control of everyone in the scene. I perceived Her as Divinity moving every single person and manifesting every other movement taking place as well, right from the way people walked, to if the food plate dropped on the floor, to if it didn’t – every tiny detail was included in that Totality. Everything appeared as both moving and still at once. It seemed comical to me when I gazed at people, that they were acting as though they were individuals. Because I could see with clarity that this was not the case. It was like Amma was the centre, so-to-speak, directing Creation; with absolutely no separation between these apparent two. All was being directed by Her Will.

I would like to share something from the Q&A discussion during the last Group Healing. I loved this so much when one of you said it, that I requested it in written form afterwards. “The quote (as I remember from a few years back) was spoken by Yong Oh, a teacher at the Durango Dharma Center: “I’ve learned to love all of my karma, the good and the bad.” The phrasing may be simple, but living from that truth is hard!” 

As many of you know, I attended the recent in-person Deepening in Divinity class in Wakefield, MA. I am honestly still speechless about it… The only comment I can make, is that it has transformed my system and my life on every level I am aware of (and probably also those I am not aware of). The gratitude I feel for the Grace we all received from Merlin remains raw, tender, precious… Whenever I sit down and contemplate it, tears come to my eyes.

During the class, we were also gifted one night with the presence of a talented kirtan artist who used to play with Krishna Das, called Shubal. He recounted a Darshan he had once had with Amma. During it, he asked Her, “What can I do about my addictions?” Amma responded by explaining that his addictions were like a comb for a bald head. She went on to say, “The medicine for your illness lies in the space between your thoughts.”

I saw some of you at the EarthShift this past weekend 🙂 Wasn’t it incredible..? I have to say that I think, for me, that was the most intense and striking one to date (aside from the first one I ever did in 2002). In this one, we managed to create – well, Merlin and the Angels really 😉 – a massive Peace Portal into humanity. There was one particular episode we all did together where I could literally feel the Peace bridging into humanity and it made me cry. It was so palpable…it felt like Peace was enveloping the whole human race. I felt a renewed hope, which burst my heart open and I could sense the reality of Peace. It cut through everything…all the bullshit, everything… It was as if I could see through all the ‘stuff’ that gets in the way and perceive this inpouring of Peace into Creation. That river or ocean of Peace was a true and direct expression of Divinity. I felt so awe-struck and grateful to be part of the unfoldment of that and for the wider Divine context of my role in life. To be able to make a small contribution to the healing of this human race was experienced as a deep fortune and privilege.

The following morning, I was sitting in bliss on my balcony in the sunshine, when something truly remarkable happened. It seemed to demonstrate or hint at the power of these EarthShifts. I received an out-of-the-blue message from one of you, who had not been in the class nor knew anything about it. He wanted to donate money to Amma’s charity and wondered could I pass it on to Amma..? Aside from the beauty of that, the interesting thing was that I had previously made a donation to Amma’s charity for the EarthShift on behalf of me and a friend who did the class with me – but had had the subtle thought that perhaps I hadn’t given enough for two people. Now it felt as if the person sending that message was adding the final amount to our joint contribution! You know when you have a slight thought without attachment and then it comes true..? Things line up. It was one of those. I couldn’t get over the timing of this person’s apparently ‘random’ request! 

Our message stream culminated in this stunning statement from him about his reason for wanting to donate the money : “Have an opportunity to be connected to something bigger, more caring than you feel yourself, giving a hope. It’s like a light string, and i wish everyone have that Thread of light no matter what, to escape and be Safe.” Aside from how beautiful his service orientation is, he couldn’t have known that during the EarthShift we had each received the gift of a Thread of Peace into our personal systems! I am convinced that this person sensed that on some level, without being there in the class and without me communicating anything at all about it to him at any stage. The practically identical language he used is not a coincidence in my opinion. Just amazing stuff… 

Thank you to the person who sent me this statement during the week. It is something which has been resounding in my heart for many years now, though she didn’t know that – another wow! I feel it really captures the reason, so-to-speak, why ‘personal’ awakening is significant in manifesting peace in the world :-

Divine Magic II

There is a Vortex Healing EarthShift class this weekend 5th – 6th April. If you have taken Foundational class, you can take this one and it is F R E E 🙂 Here is what Ric Weinman writes, “In this Earthshift, we will manifest a massive Peace Portal in humanity’s group psyche..” If you haven’t yet received information about it, this will be either because you haven’t taken Foundational or because you didn’t get the group email sent by Ric. I am honestly amazed to say that it has happened again – a person went through awakening in a session. Originally, this person only came because of a stomach problem, yet within only 3 sessions and 2 Vortex Healing classes, she lost her Core Veil during a session (confirmed later on by Ric). As if that wasn’t incredible enough on its own, during a simple phone call with her best friend in the weeks which followed, that friend ended up with a hole being blown through her Core Veil during the phone call! It came to light in a session with said friend and was later confirmed by Ric. Although what I am writing here now is a very nutshell version of everything which has unfolded (and it’s also impossible to capture the incredible journey these two have been – and are still – on), I wanted to paint a bit of a picture because it’s just so beautiful… 

I have just been fortunate enough to take the Vortex Healing class Divine Magic II 🙂 Divine Magic II is a beautiful new energy which feels to me broad, subtler than say The Magical Jewel and very very magical… It also seeps into all other transmissions, increasing their power by around 15%. 

The rich learning in class often mesmerises me…I think all of us really. I would like to share some wisdom from the class with you here. A common question that people in awakening circles will ask is how to ‘manifest’ a relationship and indeed this came up during one Q&A with Ric. He explained that the truth is, if there is a particular reason for it in terms of your awakening path, the Divine will manifest one for you anyway. At the same time, of course you can do things to make yourself more ripe for whatever you want – like pray, for example, which is in a sense beseeching the Magic of all that Is to manifest something for you. But that’s distinct from you being able to manifest it yourself. There is a whole school out there which believes in a kind of ‘positive thinking’ way of doing things, where you repeat whatever you want over and over etc. In Ric’s view, that’s bullshit really and I would agree with that. But what the Divine will sometimes do, is ‘play the game’. It will let the person think they’re manifesting what they want (sort of a set-up), then push comes to shove and it becomes a really important thing and suddenly they can’t do anything… It’s as if the Divine was setting the ego up, kind of like when you’re reeling in a really big fish – you’ve got to give it a lot of line to work with. Ric said he has seen that happen and I can also say that I have lived that. 

I guess the thing to grasp here, is that it’s the ego’s ultimate fantasy that it can simply manifest what it wants. And you can look around the wellness scene and see thousands of people and schools offering this. But you can bet on it that the universe has not been arranged to fit the ego’s ultimate fantasy. Now on the other hand, there can be a desire very deep in the heart and there can also be Surrender, which is what one could say the path is ‘looking for’ so-to-speak. Certainly that is going to be responded to a lot more from the universe than an “I have the power” attitude. By the way, one way to explain what Surrender is, is to imagine how a person feels and responds when they see a baby. 

On Karma : karma is not just about what we do, it’s about the energy we are coming from to do it. 

What is the difference between Divinity and Magic? Ric explained it’s that Magic is something the Divine has. It’s an expression of Divinity and a power which Divinity has. It’s the ability the Divine has to create something out of nothing.

Some wonderful news : my brother Luke got married today in a civil partnership to the wonderful Tash 🙂 They have been together for around 13 years and have Eva, who will be 4 this month 🙂 I love their relationship and I’m so glad it’s her who is with my brother 🙂 🙂 🙂  

Also, this was aired on Radio 4 today. Abi Morgan and I share Eva as our niece (Abi is my brother’s sister-in-law) and it made me feel inspired and happy hearing this genuinely impressive interview. I hope you enjoy it too :-

Subtle Continuum

I thought you might be interested in hearing a little about life since that peak awakening surrender which happened in The Magical Jewel class in April this year. 

It’s like everything is being moved through : each experience, each encounter, each moment is illuminated by a kind of passing-through-ness. There is almost a feeling of being the wind passing through. And with it a sense of big sky…….although even that is saying too much. Perhaps it is true to say there is a subtle continuum, a continuous ‘through-ness.’ Although not in a rush of any kind and not ‘getting somewhere’. 

Before the shift in April, every single ‘thing’ felt in some way efforted and slightly different to every other thing. I could maybe still have labelled things ‘good’, ‘bad’, ‘in-between’ etc. : they could have been assigned a degree or spectrum of value. Now, that has almost totally gone. Everything is, in a manner of speaking, kind-of the same to me now… There is a clearer Oneness. It’s not that things have lost their delicious unique-ness though, or that there’s only blandness. It’s more as if the felt sense of difference / divisiveness / separateness is vanishing and what is revealed is a vastness. Also, the form now seems much more accustomed to its natural state – a kind of space of availability. One cool side-effect of that seems to be having energy at any time, regardless of the hour of day or night etc. 

What previously could have been called the most terrible experience or the most amazing experience and so on, are now animated by a gentle no-thing-every-thing-ness. I feel like permission has been ‘granted’ somehow for each thing to be what or as it is. This freeness engenders the experience of things being both the same – in a way that is very hard to convey – and also identical in value. But not as a concept or an attitude one has adopted though. And not what is commonly meant by ‘acceptance’ or ‘forgiveness’ etc. – nothing like that. What I am speaking of is at no distance whatsoever. It’s intimate. It is intimacy. Not dissociated, removed or detached. Here. 

Everything is allowed since it is no longer being judged as ‘x, y or z’, nor is it being experienced as truly individuated. Even though there are frequently huge emotions or huge mental thought story-books, they are not experienced as they were beforehand – as threatening in some way. What would have been separate, different or oppositional experiences / things / etc., are now softly unique-ish, but that’s all. Yes they’re doing their own thing, so-to-speak, but it’s like a firework display of Divinity.

It’s about letting the Silence be louder than the noise

Immortal Bliss

Hello 🙂 

How are you?

I must say that I was shocked, devastated and traumatised by the result of the U.S. election today and the beginning of Trump’s new presidency. At first, I simply couldn’t take it in – I was in shock. I even felt like pinching myself several times today, to see if it was real or just a very bad dream from which I would wake sweating and terrified, telling myself, “It’s just a dream, it’s just a dream.” Eventually, I took to the meditation cushion. I sat there talking and crying to Amma. What was revealed (beyond the mind) that it all honestly triggered for me, was deep loneliness and the excruciating pain of that inside. The only thing to do was my spiritual practice, so I got on with it. To my genuine astonishment, doing the 108 Names and the 1000 Names completely shifted things. I do not mean this as a spiritual bypass in any way. Through the tears and pain and including those too, I suddenly saw in a flash a part of the translation of one of the 108 Names : “…Immortal Bliss…” It was like the Divine had ‘planted it’ there, or magnetised my eyes to it. I was captivated… It occurred to me where life is going. Where we are likely to end up sooner or later. It totally redirected my attention and awareness. In a sense it was a remembering and in a sense it was a forgetting. Do you know what I mean? 

Perhaps another way of putting it, or something closely related, is in this note from Amma :-

If you are or have been struggling like I was, I strongly suggest you stick to your practices and lean into them even more. This is the time for rituals, for chanting, for meditation, for singing, for all the good stuff. What else is truly going to help us now? Not endless debate and not social media. The only other thing I would suggest for supporting and nourishing yourself at this time is sangha (community). One of you actually sent me a very beautiful quote about that earlier this week :-

“Having thus reflected, Ananda went to see the Buddha, and after saluting him told the Buddha what he thought, namely that spiritual friendship was half of the holy life. The Buddha disagreed. Spiritual friendship, companionship, or comradeship was not half of the holy life, but the whole of it, he told Ananda.”

Somehow, I am reminded here of Adyashanti’s words and the place we long for within : the silent abyss beyond all knowing.

I am a bit late letting you know about this – sorry – but wanted to bring to your attention a crucial film. I found out about it originally when I was facilitating healing at Kitty Shukman’s show for London Fashion Week. Her family actually came to the show and afterwards I happened to meet her brother, Harry Shukman, as we were leaving. He mentioned being here for the London Film Festival because he was in it, but as he was so understated about it, I was left with no idea at all about the gravitas of what I was about to experience seeing the film. You can watch it now on catch up options for Channel 4. It is called ‘Undercover : Exposing the Far Right’ :-

Even people I love very much have been exploited in their vulnerabilities by being taken in by the far right, under the guise of alt-right theories, conspirituality and ideologies. Therefore to engage with this work, in which privileged white men directly use their privilege to serve all humans, to bring illumination and eventually peace, felt like a sacred moment in history. I was also reminded that my brother, Luke, and I were some of the few white kids I have ever met raised by anti-racist and anti-fascist parents in the 1980s. It brought a lot of healing, passion and relief…  I hope you get the chance to see this film and I hope to see you in the Group tomorrow,

Energy Flow 

Hello 🙂 

How are you?

I am well and have some exciting news today 🙂 I have had a client for a few years now, Kitty Shukman, who is a streetwear and shoe designer. There was an instant connection between us from the start, which is always lovely, and also with her mother, author Jessica Pryce-Jones, who comes for sessions with me as well. Over time, we each bonded and became friends as well as healer / clients and the sessions continued. Kitty was recently bestowed with the prestigious honour of being selected as one of only a handful of young designers to present their own brands at London Fashion Week. Having established herself with several enigmatic streetwear brands and fashion houses, the opportunity to present what she had created independently was priceless for Kitty. She asked me to support her with the show, both to prepare her for such an undertaking and to do space clearing and personal healing at the show itself, being there to hold space for her and her crew. 

I remembered at that point, our journey together with Amma at the Los Angeles program this summer. I managed to get us onto the stage with Amma when Kitty entered the hall. We were seated at the back of the stage, yet Amma found Kitty’s eyes several times and gave her a deep gaze. For some reason, probably Grace, we were kept on the stage for more than an hour, which is unusual nowadays especially for a first-timer. When it came to Darshan, Amma spent a great deal of time with Kitty, playing like a child with the healing chocolate characters she has created, along with her amazing tarot cards and shoe designs – part of the collection for her brand ‘Again’, aka ‘Positive Energy Flows Again’. Amma then reached over and handed her an apple. That was when I really knew…something is going to come of this. 

Skip on a couple of months, and back here in London I was doing an in-person session for Kitty. One of the things I did was to create a Divine Door for ‘Positive Energy Flows Again’ (an EW4 MRLN Mendra Divine Door), placing it in one of the shoe prototypes and more widely into the consciousness of the whole brand. Merlin prompted me to ask Kitty to get specific about her intention with her career, which she did. I won’t share what she said, but suffice to say it was both sincere and selfless, so much so it brought tears to my eyes. Again, at that moment, I knew…something is going to come of this. 

The day came for the show last Friday and it was so exciting! I felt intimidated going in, to be honest, but thankfully I realised quickly that I had indeed managed to rummage out good clothes for the occasion – lol! I had a clear intention for being there, which also helped a lot : to be a healing presence for Kitty, the crew and models, for Kitty’s artistic vision, for the work itself and to channel on the set. Things were already underway when I arrived at midday and Kitty’s sound designer and I discussed how to create the right atmosphere for the show. He was very open to Amma, so Kitty asked him to play the 1000 Names loudly on set while I cleared the whole space. That was one of my favourite moments – pure magic : there I was, with Amma’s Swami chanting over the speakers, entering into this fascinating and unknown world and doing what I most love to do. The show itself was centred around a shoe – the infinity shoe :-

Suffice to say, when showtime hit and it came time to welcome the 400 guests from the fashion world, everything was spectacular! And Kitty said she felt that I had fixed a major lighting issue, by creating a Divine Door and then sitting with the situation in the Global Healing Grid. It’s hard to remember everything else now, because it was such an intense and thrilling day, but the feelings are something that I think will stay with me forever. 

Here are a couple of snippets :-

The following day, I was on the tube and received a Telegram message from an Amma friend. She wondered if I knew a designer who had mentioned Vortex Healing and Amma in her interview for Vogue magazine? My mouth fell open… I opened the link she had sent me and stared, with absolute astonishment… There, right before my very eyes, were the words ‘Vortex Healing’ written at the top of an entire article in Vogue. Not only that, but Amma’s full name – Mata Amritanandamayi – was also in the article, plus the ‘energy healer’ referred to was me. I marvelled at what Divinity had created… I was in awe…

I got off the tube at my stop and, in a usual rush, ran to get the escalator and continue my journey to the next client. But as I crossed over that way, I broke down in tears. I was crying, right in the middle of the tube station – I simply couldn’t stop those tears. I was, quite literally, overjoyed. If there was any story behind the joy inside my tears, it was about what this could mean for Amma’s dream for humanity, for Kitty, for Vortex Healing and for me. Then in my heart I silently prayed, thanking Amma and Merlin over and over again. Things have been very challenging on a human life level for me recently, yet this miracle from God just wiped all that away. The drama came to an end. As I cried, all I could feel was Divinity. I was reconnected. And in that reconnection, it was like I was looking through a window, which I realised was a window into Reality. I perceived that Reality never changes. I could also feel that I am always and only looked after, always and only loved, always and only in Divinity. And so are you. It was a revelation…a total sensing, an insight which included everyone and everything.

I would like to finish by recounting a brief tale. This was told to us all in a satsang during Tour, by a Brahmacharini in yellow whom I greatly respect. She said a man had come for Amma’s Darshan and asked Amma for advice on his sadhana (spiritual practices). Amma’s answer was very beautiful, with a touching yet profound simplicity which only She seems able to convey :- 

“Any action which doesn’t harm the world is sadhana” ~ Amma

I would like to tell you the story of what happened to me today, to try to convey some of the Wild Grace which permeates these Tours with Amma. 

I had just left my friend and the hotel we were staying in and wanted to find coffee, having stayed up with Amma all night for Devi Bhava here in Boston. I went to a random cafe nearby and, as I approached the counter, I could feel Amma (from within) nudging me to strike up a conversation with the people in front of me in line. I resisted, yet the feeling persisted. Finally, I started talking to them and discovered that they were actually Amma devotees who had just been to the program. We had a brief but warm and joyful conversation and afterwards I sat down in a different part of the cafe. I wanted to have breakfast alone because I was beginning to get concerned that I hadn’t booked anything for this leg of the journey. Basically, I was winging it – lol! I had no accommodation for tonight and no transport either. 

No sooner than I had finished eating, when an Indian family from London (who I had not yet noticed at the next table) began talking to me. They were grateful because I had helped them during the program to gain permission to give Prasad to Amma (one of those closely guarded seva activities in which we get close to Amma). In our short, yet also somehow timeless conversation, they ended up giving me vital information about Q&As with Amma – without even knowing that this matter was at the forefront of my mind. 

The next moment, the lady from the earlier conversation (at the counter) approached me and asked if I wanted a ride as she was about to leave for Boston airport. I checked the route and area and realised I could easily access the city from there, so I gratefully accepted her offer – thinking that I would get a hotel for the night in Boston itself. I prayed with gratitude to Amma, already amazed by the assistance I was being offered by complete strangers and feeling the rising Grace behind it all. In the car, this lady (Aishwarya / Landry) told me a story about a family she had met on Europe Tour in Barcelona in 2018. Later on in the car journey, I mentioned Vortex Healing and – to my amazement – it turned out that the family from her story was Daniel Wald, Amanda and Mala (friends / Vortex Healing teacher)! Aishwarya and I were so blown away that we were almost screaming with delight and her teenage daughter Uma had to tell us to pipe down – lol! We had a beautiful, warm and wonderful conversation for the rest of the journey 🙂 filled with sharing and stories. When I got out of the car, I thought I may as well search for a hotel there, since sometimes they are less expensive near an airport. Literally just as I opened my phone to do so, I received a message out-of-the-blue from a devotee friend whom I had seen earlier on the Tour. For some reason, even though we rarely contact each other, she messaged specifically to offer me a place to stay! 🙂 I was mesmerised, especially by the timing….… And so it has unfolded and I am now on the train to her place in beautiful Rhode Island, to swim in the Atlantic and unwind, before the New York leg of Amma’s Tour.

The Magical Jewel (pt. 2)

Class ended for the day after that unbelievable breakthrough I had had and the plan was to go to a friend’s Birthday party at a restaurant later on and pick up groceries beforehand. My friends and I got into the truck of a person who is extremely dear to me and who had offered to drive us to the supermarket. Even before I got to the truck and sat in the passenger seat, I began to have sensations in my body which built and built. As I touched the dashboard of the car, I could feel orgasmic waves passing through everything… I mean, it was ecstatic for me just to touch the car in this way. Yet these waves of heaven were in everything / as everything, so it wasn’t personal and it wasn’t sexual as much as it was sensual; it felt like Divine Union everywhere all at once. My breathing deepened and transformed in a similar way to when the breakthrough was occurring, difficult to convey in words, but it was something like gasping while simultaneously breathing very very deeply. I became sensitive to the cold and any cold air on my skin was painful, yet my body was hot and especially my heart centre – which one of my friends was holding and commenting on. My whole body was waving, somehow like water, like the ocean, yet also shaking and I had nerve pain all over. I took two paracetamol and some CBD oil (without THC) because the pains were very intense, especially in my left shoulder, neck and head. I had to sit up very straight all the time in the car, which was kind of awkward, because there was Shakti was pouring out of me like continuous rivers, especially up and down my spine. My body seemed no longer to be in my conscious control, so I tried to let go more and more of trying to ‘catch’ it. None of this, nor anything else at all, was experienced in any way as a problem or as wrong. But my friends were worried about me because of how weirdly my being was behaving – lol! I could see how worried they were and I tried to reassure them often. My mind was blank, yet words were coming out of my mouth when in communication. I felt no conflicted emotions nor thought any thoughts in that vein either. Everything was experienced as perfect imperfection and as One thing happening, and on a deeper level (so-to-speak) very definitely as Divinity itself. Life was being felt without separation or individuation. 

We arrived at the supermarket and went in. Immediately, I needed to grab hold of the arm of the extremely dear person because I experienced the place as overwhelming on all levels. I wanted to whisper to him and hide from everyone, especially strangers, because there was a sense of 100% exposure. I grabbed his arm and squeezed it tightly, so much so that I was concerned I may hurt him yet unable to loosen my grip because I then found I couldn’t walk – lol! I could only shuffle. A friend saw me and said I looked like a pensioner – LOL! It was so funny… Thankfully, the dear person was patient and protective and we made our way round some of the aisles at a snail’s pace. The experience was that my feet were so rooted that they were going through the ground into the earth and the Shakti shocks and rivers continued on and on through my spine and were exploding out of my body from every angle without ceasing. All the while, my breathing was still very weird like before. I still had pain but that was lost in the absolute wonder I felt….. I couldn’t believe how amazing a supermarket is… I just kept gazing at everything and everyone in wonder. I think I felt in awe that it all existed at all. And that so much was happening all at once – it was so ecstatic and orgasmic and thrilling! Even a few steps taken by ‘my own’ body was exciting for me 🙂 My mind was still blank and still words came out of my mouth sometimes, from somewhere, but I knew not from where. I wanted to whisper secretly to this dear person, so that no one could hear or see, because I felt so see-through in every way. I felt all of my inner world was exposed right out there in front of the whole of everything. I hid behind the dear person when anyone would come along. I saw objects in the supermarket, but couldn’t relate them to anything. There was no sense of need or hunger because I was not experiencing any sense of separation. I saw a loaf of bread and was fascinated by it : what was this? Why was it here? Isn’t it amazing..?? It was like being able to see the bread in the shiny plastic packaging, but without any overlayed ideas pushed onto it. I knew somehow that it was bread, yet bread no longer had any separate meaning or story.

Well, we weren’t getting very far in that state – Lol! So the dear one suggested that we go outside into the car park where there were trees and grass. As soon as I got out of the building, my system began to open outwards and it felt like consciousness was hugely expanding and being ‘allowed’ to free itself, unbounded. My body let go and the shaking, the breathing decreased a tiny bit and I could walk a little bit faster. I sat underneath a tree, which ‘helped’ further, although not as much as I had thought it would : I still had to sit bolt upright, rather than leaning against the tree, in order to allow the continuous Shakti to flow and release. I found it comforting to feel the grass underneath my crossed legs and root chakra and to hold onto the calf (leg) of the extremely dear person. Words of gratitude began to leave my lips towards him and we talked about some private things like love. I wanted to stay there forever… 

I felt terrible, though, that I was unable to help my friends with our grocery shopping for the hotel room and fridge. I felt torn between responsibility, which was fiercely arising, and my body’s natural behaviour which was beyond my ability to alter. So I surrendered as best I could. Somehow, I knew that if I could speak my experiences into a voice recorder, that would help my system to calm (perhaps because it would gain expression). So I did that. After this, my friends returned and we all piled into the truck to go to the Birthday party. On the way to the restaurant, I wanted to wave at everyone through the window of the car because I couldn’t believe they were there. It fascinated me that people existed : I knew there was no separation at all, yet here were people walking and talking around in their lives and I couldn’t get over how amazing that was. I marvelled at it and felt like crying with joy. When I retracted my hand through the window of the car, I couldn’t understand how it was still there. How can you put a hand through, into a different place, and then draw it back? How come it didn’t stay in that ‘other’ space? I somehow expected any object / thing to just disappear and I had no issue with that. I told my friends that my hand was still there because I thought they might find it as surprising as I did. Lol! It was all very funny and filmic. The dear person and one of my friends in the truck had both taken a lot of acid in the past and said that this is what acid is like, which was very interesting to learn. Suffice to say, I didn’t make it to the party – lol! My friends went and the dear person and I ate some hearty protein, which grounded me a lot and after about three more hours, my physical and energetic expressions somewhat ‘balanced’. A funny thing is though, ever since the original shift I went through and to this day, I can no longer tolerate wearing perfume or using room spray, whereas before I loved them. Plus, my appetite has become erratic and lessened, even with some occasional nausea. I think I’ll leave it there, in case this becomes lengthy or boring. The Magical Jewel (pt.1)

How are you?

I am great 🙂 I’m writing to share what happened during the phenomenal Vortex Healing class ‘The Magical Jewel’ and to tell you about the next Free Online Group Healing. I am now back in London and will be here for at least 1 month, while I integrate this class and another significant event which happened during it. 

The part of the class I wish to share, is what could be called (for want of better words) a profound awakening, which has probably been the most life-changing so far. Here is what I wrote about it and shared in class :-

There was a meditation in which Ric Weinman asked the class to “use the world as the mantra”. All-of-a-sudden, for some unknown reason, I recognised immediately what was being pointed to. It was as if, whatever Ric was instructing, I was able to sense both what he was talking about, but more importantly where he was coming from. So when those words were spoken, I burst into tears and my breathing completely changed in the seeing that the world itself ISDivinity. 

Everything began to ‘become’ this beauty and I couldn’t contain it… My body could not contain the revelation of that because of the depth it reached. Simultaneously, there was a sense of ‘this is the missing piece of the puzzle, this is what I always longed to admit to myself and to surrender to.’ I began more and more to perceive this true beauty and it broke my heart completely… Then the crying and the breathing really exploded even more and my body was breaking apart and melting away into That. I could see that every single thing was as-if being birthed by Divinity as its own Self. There was no longer any subject / object though : it was as if the world was the Divine in a complete and total way. The gratitude to perceive it all and the inherent joy of the world was totally overwhelming……… The beauty was so exquisite that I couldn’t contain in my body what I was feeling and so everything broke again and again. The insights which were coming in were impossible to record mentally, but it was like a flow throughout the being. When I would pray to Amma, it was like She was melted into the world. 

I was shocked by two things : first of all, how could I have missed this? And secondly, how could I think that anything which had happened was bad or wrong? Then I started to feel this remorse about the things I had said about people or done or thought and I began to say sorry profusely. But when I said sorry, there was this benevolence and Love which met the apologies and were coming over those “wrongdoings” like a kind of fluid of Love – yet beyond Love. I think it was what Adyashanti calls Redemptive Love. There was this profound sense of redemption of everything I had “done wrong” – and for everyone else too. In that, I couldn’t believe I had ever thought someone had wronged me. That whole sense was completely gone……..and I saw that there was absolutely no truth in it. How foolish I had been not to see that no-one could ever do that and I could never do that. Everything was ‘forgiven’ so-to-speak, and then it was noticed that there was actually an inherent sense of forgiveness in the world itself. The world was forgiving everyone that was doing these things, including even me. And this was the overriding revelation : that the world itself is Divinity. There was no ‘Divine coming into creation’, there were no two different things happening, even though the Divine was birthing the world. At another time, this would have seemed like a paradox, yet there was no sense of paradox. All I could do, was to bow down in front of this beauty… Even though there was no subject / object or anything like that, there was a bowing down in true reverence for what was being seen. 

There was an in-loveness with life, yet with everything being the same thing there wasn’t any neediness, attachment or drama. There were also no exceptions being made to this Loving : it was a total and utter thing. It didn’t make exceptions for this person or that person. I was praying, “Let me not forget this. Let me live from this, instead of going back to the old way of acting out and getting into dramas.” I was almost begging, “Let me not forget what I’ve seen. Let me live this now.” Simultaneously, strangely enough, there was such a stillness and a resting and a Silence. It was a recognition of what life actually is and how much I love it. It took me out of this ‘trying to get something from life’ and ending up eventually in despair, which was replaced with, ‘of course I love life!’ There was a distinct returning. It was a return to this absolute love of the world, this total Love…for no reason and with no agenda. Out of that naturally arose tender celebration.

A Rain of Grace

Hello 🙂

How are you? 

It has been an incredibly busy time during December 2023 and January 2024. Happily so, with many many blessings and much Grace, but yet so very busy indeed. I want to apologise for not finding the time to do the Group on the 12th Jan, for not being so available lately and for not getting back to all of your emails and messages. 

I also want to thank you, for all your inner work in 2023, which made my job as a healer such a delight. I love what I do and I love working with you 🙂 I feel so fortunate to be working with such interesting, intelligent, loving and sincere beings. May we all get what we need and our life’s goal. 

Having arrived in India on the 16th of this month, I have had quite a ride already with travel and illness (India digestive stuff). But it has all been so right….. You know when you just realise the profound ‘rightness’ of the experiences you are having..? I don’t know if that’s really the correct word for the context, but I think you probably get the gist.

I am currently in Goa and will be travelling to Cochin in Kerala on the 24th and then on to the ashram (Amritapuri) on the 26th. As much as I would like to work from my room here in Goa, the connectivity just isn’t reliable enough. I am hoping that once I reach the ashram, I will be given a room which makes online private sessions possible. I miss you all and miss giving the sessions I so love. Although it has to be said that I will have very limited access to reliable connectivity, you can try me on WhatsApp or Telegram if you need something – especially if you are experiencing a healing emergency / crisis. 

There is something important I want to share with you all. I had a deep and mystical experience of Truth just now, whilst watching one of my favourite films of all time. These words then came through, perhaps partially channelled, perhaps partially from my interpretation of what I realised in that moment :- 

Please always know that a Rain of Grace is falling upon you. Divinity is always always always here, perfectly available and present. Listening within is the way. Doing so, any person can find the sole force of this entire universe and fall into That endlessly, or even only for a few seconds. Yet such ‘seconds’ will possibly change the rest of that person’s life, forever. 

Trust your feelings, and from there trust what is the basis of those feelings (and of all things), and from there, dive even deeper still. Surrender now, and you will never regret doing so. Be here now, and you will never regret doing so. Give yourself peace now, and you will never regret doing so. Always know that you are loved beyond imagining, by the Formless itself – in fact by Divinity in and out of form. 

I sometimes think that Unconditional Love is the only thing worth calling reality. 

It’s unlikely that I will be able to offer the Free Online Group Healings until my return to London in mid-March. However, once I am back in London I will be offering these, plus in-person sessions again as before 🙂

I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Winter Solstice for tomorrow 🙂 I hope you are enjoying the festive season as much as I am 🙂 If you live in London, I cannot recommend highly enough the current Marina Abramovic exhibition at The Royal Academy of Arts. If you do nothing else this season, it is a must-see. I am left feeling that she may be the most brave, significant and gifted modern artist of all time. There are no words for the exquisite nature of what she has created over so many years……. I can only tell you that I have been deeply impacted by it. Please go with someone who you feel will enjoy this with you, rather than alone, as you might need to silently connect with them or talk about what you see. Destination Destiny

Hello 🙂

How are you? 

I have some significant news to share with you today, which might come as quite a surprise. Last week, I made the decision to move here to Portugal. It was a case of simply recognising what was already happening and then tuning into what I sensed intuitively, meditating in a Silent eucalyptus forest in the foothills of the mountains. The greatest thing I feel to communicate now, is that I want you to know I already miss you and that this move is very challenging for me. I am going on pure intuition here. 

I imagine that this may bring up a lot for some of you and I want to acknowledge that. Please feel free to reach out here, or via WhatsApp / Telegram to share your feelings with me. However, remember that during the periods when I am in London, I will offer in-person sessions again (as well as online). I will travel to you if you live in central London : please stay tuned for more details and info about this. It looks likely that I will be in London from the 11th October for a few weeks, but this does depend on the residency process in Portugal and what stage it is at.

It’s difficult to describe the beauty of this country of Portugal, of my friends and of this retreat centre. Yet I found myself again sitting at breakfast and writing, in the pin-drop Silence, deep in the natural world, with a realisation dawning as if it had been sent on the wind.

“It’s Grace that’s brought me here, brought me to this moment. And everything – but only everything – which came before this, led me here. What people call the good, the bad and the ugly – all of it. 

Perhaps, then, every single experience is karma, and if so, what sense is there in resisting any part of the process of life? Do we simply receive back what we have previously given? If so, is this not the harmony – already fully existing – which we so voraciously seek outside of ourselves, outside of this moment, always outside..? 

What if harmony, what if peace, what if cessation, are all an inside job? Who am I to argue with this life..? Who am I?”

I will conclude today with an experience which occurred during the build-up to the first Darshan of my long stay in Amritapuri. There is a kind of poetry to the fact it happened on the very last day of 2022 and that it was my first Darshan in three years. Here is what I wrote about it :-

“I received Darshan just as this day had broken. As the man in front of me was receiving his, Amma showed me Her eyes….… It was in a way I had never seen them before. She showed me Eternity……… 

It felt like a steadying force for me, especially for my mind. What I saw was so deep…in those eyes…like pools going on forever……. Eternity….…yet more…….. I felt Amma displaying clearly what I need to dive into.”

As some of you know, this past weekend we gathered as a community in Vortex (around 583 of us) to facilitate the latest EarthShift 🙂 🙂 🙂 First, I’d like to offer a few experiences in this EarthShift, before explaining the technicalities of what we did. This one was much more intense and deep than the last one in April, and others I have spoken with also share this sense. The essence and presence of the Angels with us, to facilitate things, was particularly palpable this time too. At one point, I simply broke down in tears because of the sheer sense of Divinity which they bring to us here on earth. As one Angel entered my spine, I felt this Love…..hope……and the strong sense that everything will be ok – even more than that, that everything IS already ok, well and safe. It’s that point at which one sees very clearly this truth, Reality.

I like it when ‘bystanders’ make a passing comment about what is happening in the EarthShift. You just stand there and feel – YES! What I mean by this is that, in the middle of the EarthShift on Saturday night, I went out to a club to see my friend DJ, as he had put me on the guest-list. The atmosphere there was amazing…so light, free and chilled. Quite something when you consider it is a club in central London full of high-powered creatives in the commercial industries. A man I met said to me at one point, “I don’t know what it is, but everyone is so relaxed tonight.” I thought to myself, “I do!!” – LOL 🙂 🙂 🙂 I think verbally I probably said, “Yes”, or something like that. Yet I was struck with the profound sensation that he was picking up on what we had done (and were still doing) in the EarthShift. I also noticed a marked difference in my client sessions the day after we completed the Shift: an incredible Silence kept spontaneously arising within the sessions (especially with those who were actually in the class) and everything I cleared in the person went at such a rate! I would say at least twice as quickly as usual 🙂 

Here is what Ric Weinman wrote about this event beforehand: “I bumped up against something dark, and I tracked it to what seemed like some kind of consciousness program designed to resist the light. Further investigation showed me that a powerful interdimensional being (between the 7th & 8th dimension), had placed this consciousness program in all humans, and as a species we have carried this for some 80,000 years. More specifically, the program amplifies our identification with separateness, amplifies our sense of neediness and fear, and amplifies our negativity in general. All in all, it acts as a resistance to heart and to light.  

     These programs are not carried incarnationally; they need to be placed in babies after they are born. I have already wrapped this being in wizard thread so as to block its ability to continue to do this. But the programs already placed in all living humans are still active. The first day of the Earthshift will be focused on releasing those programs in all of humanity.  

     In tracking all this, I discovered that there were about 25 other, similar, interdimensional beings that in various different ways were supporting human negativity. With wizard thread, I have already neutralized their ability to continue to do so.  But one of them has also placed some kind of program into all human psyches. This program has more to do with creating distrust, which feeds isolation and conflict. The second day of the Earthshift will be focused on releasing this program. In addition, we will also create a protection field around humanity to prevent further implants of these kinds of programs from these kinds of beings.”

To continue with the final installment of the recent Awakening to Divinity class: there are 3 major phases to this aspect of awakening, sub-phases within those and then more sub-phases within those. Therefore, it is important to note that the total embodiment of Awakening to Divinity is probably a life’s work. This also gives a nod to the sheer depth of Ramana Maharshi’s evolution. In the embodiment process, what happens is that Divinity comes into awareness more and more and more…It takes over awareness gradually. 

Another interesting thing on the subject of Neediness (which is at the core of all human suffering), is that it doesn’t work to suppress or avoid it. In fact, the avoidance of Neediness often leads into addiction. Not only the obvious ones either, but even things like sports, “keeping busy” all the time, etc., because we just don’t want to feel that. The way through it, is to face it, get your awareness into it and clear it. 

The whole of creation is Divinity. It’s like Divinity writes this whole story, and then plays all the parts – using Method Acting. A terrible thing happening inside – or even in life – is Divinity pretending not to be Divinity. Versus the Divinity in the heart, which is Divinity not pretending, but simply being Itself. 

In Vortex Healing awakening classes, when we meditate / receive transmissions, it’s not that we are ‘trying to become One’. We already are One. The meditations are more like sign-posts saying, “This way.”

For those of you yet to visit Italy, I thought I would include this little entry from my diary in Sardinia, where I was taking this Awakening to Divinity class:-

“Italians always speak with their hands, as well as with their voice. You can tell what everyone means, even with a very basic grasp of the language. But it’s that warmth……that endless, effulgent feelingness which seems only to be waiting for a chance to burst forth. I’m not talking about in big things; it’s the small ways of humanness which make life here so pleasant, calming and inviting.”

Anything that we struggle with just becomes our struggle. And, in a nutshell, embodying awakeness / Divinity is the only true way through that. Mostly, this is because what we perceive as (and from) awakeness / Divinity, is perceived as what it really is.

This darkness is both the dazzling dark, the feminine divine essence, and also our most tightly held identities, secrets and core primal wounding.

Free Online Group Healing : Tomorrow

Hello 🙂

Often when I am preparing for the Group, I will read something which spontaneously makes me burst into tears. Perhaps the Divine arranges it this way so I don’t cry the whole way through the Group – lol! Because they are certainly worthy of that: the courage and the tenderness and love which run like threads through all these Groups are stunning. Plus, being as an emotional a being as I am (yet also so very guarded at the same time) often gives me the sensation that I could burst like this at any moment. Or perhaps it is the purity of life which does this to me. The purity and the joy and the pain and the suffering – all of it. Don’t you feel that being alive is the most amazing adventure? We never know what is coming next or how anything will be or look. It’s like life is continuously arising to greet itself, without any preconceived notions or pattern. I find that happy chaos very nourishing. Sometimes it is expressed well in free jazz. 

Anyway, one such thing which brought on those tears was reading this observation by Rupert Spira :-

“The greatest discovery in life is to discover that our essential nature does not share the limits nor the destiny of the body and mind”

Yesterday, I completed my third repeat of the Vortex Healing class Deepening in Divinity. Wow……. There are really no words at this point. And suffice to say I am also recovering from a Divine battering – lol! But I would like to share what I learned from a few of the class discussions. 

If we grow up with parents who we don’t trust, things can go either way as an adult. On the one hand, some people will extend that not trusting to the Divine as well. This is maybe the most common way for things to go. But other people with this same childhood experience, will only trust the Divine and nothing else. Both of these are problematic in their own ways. 

To give a little more colour to what I mean by this, I would like to relay another absolutely beautiful discussion, between Ric Weinman and a student in the class. The student was sharing how deeply grateful she feels for her husband, since he has been able to give her what her Dad didn’t – namely that he is reliable, supportive and not abandoning of her. Ric said that this is really good karma, because the tendency from conditioning would have been to repeat the cycle. It was what he went on to say, though, which also struck me. He said that there tends to be this idea in awakening paths / circles that one should only get love from the Divine alone. This can set up a big problem – a wall – and the person actually blocks love (the love which flows out and in naturally – into and out of everything and everyone). I have definitely seen this happen within the communities I am part of. I always felt confused by this kind of avoidant and defensive way of being, too often justified with a spiritual quote or two. It is not my way nor how I feel, so it was certainly affirming to hear this wisdom from a spiritual guide whom I greatly respect. I often feel that Ric Weinman has a way of putting into words things which I deeply feel but would struggle to clearly articulate. 

On the other hand (just in case any of you are getting too comfortable ;-), what can also happen is lots of attachment and aversion in relationships. And this is where the person is playing out neediness, co-dependency and loneliness etc., which will tend to create clinging or toxicity or mistakenly searching for love as only ‘coming from’ relationships. 

I also felt inspired to share with you these beautiful words from Amma :-

“Patience is a great asset. Patience is the antibiotic that destroys the germs of bad feelings like anger. Patience helps us to have a proper perspective of the thoughts that we entertain. If a person commits a mistake, we should not abhor the person but the mistake. Even if we have to punish a person, deep within ourselves we should have love towards him” ~ Amma

There was an interesting discussion about appearance versus reality, when it comes to awakening, during a recent Vortex Healing class. I have included Ric Weinman’s comments here. Enjoy 🙂  

“When one is in a state of calm, often it is imposed over the top of another place that isn’t calm and has a lot of movement in it. And, even though there might be a lot of conditioning in the place that isn’t calm, it also has aliveness. But that aliveness gets pushed out by the calm state and Divinity also ends up getting pushed out with it (since Divinity is the source of aliveness). So there is actually a trade-off for being in a calm state.”

Free Online Group Healing: Breaking Our Addiction to the Next Moment

Hello 🙂

How are you? 

In many ways, it is our addiction to the next moment which keeps the whole egoic structure going. The ‘I’, the ‘me’, the source of separation and suffering, depends upon time. Contrary to our reflex and to popular belief, we do not need this ‘I’ in order to function optimally. 

Whatever is happening, we feel sure that it could be improved upon – or that a catastrophe is about to happen – and so we dream of the next big thing, the future, the soulmate, or of escaping disaster, of being saved etc. Therefore we will not allow ourselves to stop. 

But it is in stopping, deeply and truly, that we are able to break these fantasies. As it all breaks down, we finally get in touch with the Divinity within. This is the stillness, Love, peace, harmony, and more, which we are seeking. In fact, everything we thought we were going to find in what is beyond the now, is already here. The contrast is quite incredible, between where we thought we would find all this and where we do find it. Divinity is revealed to us by resting gently as awareness: simply by doing that and nothing more than that.

A funny little synchronicity happened today. I had been planning on writing to you with a link for Amma’s Pujas in her Amritapuri ashram, in order to support your lives and processes. Today, I happened to use a Vortex Healing technique to perform a Puja for one of you, in session. So it seems as if Pujas – and the magic and Grace of them – are in the air 🙂 

These Pujas in the Indian ashram are performed in the traditional manner, by Pujaris chosen by Amma who have a deep alignment with the Divine. Amma very recently said that the world is going through a malific period in terms of Vedic astrology. So it would actually be ideal to get a Puja done at this time. All proceeds go to Amma’s charity ‘Embracing The World’. This global humanitarian initiative provides a Covid 19 relief program to Indians with no other assistance, pensions for women, financial support for orphanages and speciality hospitals across India, amongst many other projects. EarthShift 2021

Hello 🙂 

How are you?

I am buzzing and smiling today, from having taken the EarthShift class (which finished yesterday night) plus the day before that repeating Sensing 1. Some of you were there too 🙂 🙂 🙂 I don’t know how coherent this email will be – lol! But it’s worth a try, since I feel moved to write to you. 

The EarthShift itself was certainly the biggest we have ever facilitated as a lineage. The magnitude of that world event is simply impossible to convey in words. But what I can say is that the intention behind it was to alter a point of choice for humanity as a whole, in a radical way. There was a Choice Point 200,000 years ago, where humanity went down a darker path into conflict and violence. It’s obvious anywhere you look in history how that has played out. Why was this choice made, you may ask? More about choices later in this email. Back in the March 2019 EarthShift, we dissolved that ancient Choice Point. In this EarthShift, we manifested a New Choice Point for humanity, to take us into a path more aligned with Truth, Freedom and Divinity – as a whole human species. 

When you step outside today, please take a moment to feel the atmosphere in nature or in a person you are talking to. The EarthShift has left everything much lighter…….and whatever transformation has occurred is permanent, even though the feeling of that may not be permanent because it seems to go to the background of our awareness over time (and even though the effects of this transformation are entirely unpredictable). I’m not sure I can express much else about this event right now, as I am in the digestion phase. What I am eager to share with you are a few notes I made from classes. This is one of the most precious things about taking Vortex Healing classes – the discussions. We all learn so much from the teachers and from one another, and I want to share some of it with you. I have also added a sprinkling of my own wisdom, gathered during the course of my path. 

Sensing: people often wonder, “Why can’t I sense?” Actually everyone can sense, as it is an in-built human capacity. What blocks sensing is usually trauma, fear or anxiety, because of the way they create a shut-down against experience, which then gets stuck inside and carried forward. We need to stop ignoring, and feel what is there. As we process more and more, sensing usually follows. 

Strangely enough, people sometimes ‘lose’ their sensing ability when they take a Vortex Healing class in sensing. This is because they had been sensing from an out-of-body space, which they had originally landed in due to trauma etc. In these cases, what usually happens is that sensing goes away and then returns later on, when it is more aligned with Truth and Divinity. 

From a Vortex Healing perspective, there is nothing but Divine Choice. There was never any decision which was not made by Divinity itself, and there is no separate individual person with the power or the control to do so. Let’s take an apparent individual person, for example: there is all this conditioning going on constantly inside them… At any given moment, the Divine either allows that conditioning to play out, or it tweaks it a little. Occasionally it tweaks it a lot. This whole ‘play’ is going on all the time, not only when we notice it. This is so amazing to me… 

However, it’s not that ‘nothing matters’ or we don’t need to assume responsibility; it is more akin to a comment Adyashanti once made on this subject, which was that we have none of the power, but all of the responsibility. This responsibility is perhaps best taken in doing the inner work we know we need to do, or being around a genuine awake teacher, or simply daring to unchain ourselves in a difficult situation and do what the Divine is guiding us to do, rather than what we impulsively feel like doing. As we grow and mature in terms of awakeness, there is more ‘room’ (so-to-speak) for the Divine to come through untethered. All of this is not entirely accurate to say, but it’s the best I can do. 

The secret fantasy about sensing Truth is something like, “If I sense the truth of this situation / decision, then it will lead me to not suffer / into a path of less pain.” The reality about sensing Truth is that when we actually sense it – and follow what we sense – it will lead us into whatever we need to experience for our path. Be that suffering or not suffering (or any variation in between). The bigger picture is that, in a manner of speaking, Divinity is trying to get us to a particular place in our path. It doesn’t actually mind what it needs to do to get us there, or what that looks or feels like; it is not so concerned about that, because its true concern is so much vaster.

The idea that everything is a reflection of what is inside us is actually not a particularly useful one. More useful may be to see where we are reacting. These are the relationships or situations in which our remaining conditioning is being revealed – and that is very useful, because then we can directly experience what our issue is and work through it. Just by being aware of where we are reacting, we already have one foot out – into Freedom. This begins the journey of dissolving the conditioning, which certainly requires self-effort and the right tools for the job.

Free Online Group Healing: Voridians in The Weakest Organ

Owing to the success of the last Group, the next session on Wednesday will be similar, only the Divine will focus on the organ which is weakest in your system, clearing the Voridians more deeply there. The Voridians are deep connecting pathways in the physical body and energy system, which Ric Weinman has named for ease of locating and working on. We will not be able to get the deepest layers – as per a private session – but I still deem this important enough to offer in a Group, because of its impact. Even if you have had this done in a private session, it is certainly worth you attending the Group, because the Divine will clear any bits previously not ready to shift (if any) or do something different with you.

“…whenever I see a weak organ, the Voridian flow into it is weak, which reduces the amount of energy flowing to the cells. So in higher level healing protocols, the intention to get all the energy pathways flowing into all the cells will still be limited by the state of the Voridians. This goes for damaged organs as well”

“Voridians & Meridians: I’ve noticed that when an organ is physically congested, such as when the lungs are congested, the voridians seem to get more affected than the meridians. This is probably because the voridians are more fully engaged with the physical organ.”

Free Online Group Healing: Transforming the Emotional Body

How are you?

This week we will be exploring the Emotional Body, a vital aspect of our humanness and of the energy system. The Emotional Body is what sees the colours and the beauty of life. From its perspective, everything comes from and returns to Love in each and every moment. For a person in touch with this, everything is seen through the eyes of Love, which brings a great amount of joy to life 🙂 

However, the Emotional Body is also heavily conditioned with ancient experiences, making it dense and causing us to sometimes see things from there in a distorted way. In this Free Online Group Healing, we will be focussing on dropping into this energetic body as awareness and on clearing the ‘holding-on’ (and other types of) emotions which clog up the flow of the waters of truth. This transformation is also an important one, because of the intimate weaving of the emotional body with the physical body.

Free Online Group Healing: Divine Deepening

How are you?

I am well and happy 🙂 This strange period in history is giving me the chance to fully embrace my mantra from Amma, the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother (Archana), Amma’s White Flowers Meditation and all the Vortex Healing work I am doing in groups and individually. Perhaps the highlight of all of this is the EarthWorks IV Divine Door group which Anthony Gorman is hosting daily online. We are working together as a community to dissolve the knock-on effects of coronavirus, including healing specifically for the nurses, doctors, care support workers and hospital cleaners on the front line.

Every time one person does this, it affects everything in creation in ripples that venture out into the deep, of their own accord. The world is served not by our arguments but by our compassion, love and courage.
