I hope you are enjoying the sunshine in London today, or the weather wherever you are.
First of all, I want to let you know that there is still 1 space left for tomorrow’s bank holiday deal (at 6 30pm).
One session this week saw one of you, who smokes 20 a day, spontaneously stop smoking for 2 days afterwards. We weren’t actually focussing on the smoking issue at all and this person hadn’t been for a session for about 4 years, so this is all the more remarkable.
One person was involved in a spiritual practice with a healer they were having doubts about and we worked on these, inspiring them to give it up and instead go and see Marlies Cocheret for a one-on-one session. So, all-in-all a fantastic week 🙂
On that note, Marlies was truly awakening……such beauty and the expression of all that is, including the ‘bad’ bits. It was wonderful to see some of you there and share that sangha space with you 🙂 For those of you who couldn’t make it, you may be interested in watching this video:-
