We may sometimes wonder about (or at!) the experience of a Master’s inner world. Amma once said of this, that the reality She experiences is best described as “the blissful silence of love.”

Ric Weinman wrote something to us which contains valuable general insights. I hope these help you, and if you would like to experience the new Aliveness transmission in session, please let me know :-

“When aliveness (or other aspects of vitality) are low, the body will tend to compensate by cranking up the nervous system (or using stimulants), which over time exhausts it. So when you bring up the aliveness (or other aspects of vitality), the nervous system will relax and the person may feel more tired than before for a few days, which could be confusing. But what has happened is that they now have enough energy to relax. It’s for the same reason that when a person is over-tired and can’t sleep, instead of trying to relax them the best thing to do is energise them.”

It’s about letting the Silence be louder than the noise

Friends have said some truly beautiful things to me recently 🙂 The one I wish to share with you most is from an Amma-raver friend, who said during a long and delicious conversation that the practice of the 1000 Names (chanted for you before the Group Healings), “…is like having breakfast for the soul.”

Yes, I am offering in-person private sessions if you live within London tube Zones 1 or 2 : I will come to your home. The price is £100 and you can pay via bank transfer, PayPal or cash before the start time of your session. Please contact me via WhatsApp or Telegram to book. I am in London until I fly to Amma in India on the 15th January.

This Friday – May I Advise Your Spiritual Calendar? :-)

How are you? Personally, I am enjoying the sunshine spree we are having in London 🙂 I’m still very excited by the online Adyashanti course I am doing and by the Vortex Healing I am facilitating. One of you said post-session,

“I never felt so much freedom from a Vortex session….….I almost forgot what it felt like to be free”.

I would like to draw your attention to an event you may be interested in this weekend. This is a teacher who comes highly recommended to me by two close friends. A colleague recently made a very important point (on FB) regarding the phenomenal shifts which have happened in Vortex over the past few weeks. The advances mean that after the Original Veil course this September (which I will be on), we will be able to transform an entire issue in only a few sessions, or less. Not only does this save you a lot of money (because you will need less sessions), but also, here is what Ric (head of Vortex) says about this new work:-
