Following the previous Group Healing, I received a deeply touching email from one of you, along with other messages and emails about your experiences. These are always gratefully received, so thank you 🙂 I am including parts of the aforementioned email anonymously:-

“I had my first mini-bhakti today, most likely because of your group healing. I loved the story of Amma, then the healing itself in which I felt things, then your email about weeping and crying out to Divinity…so this afternoon, during a transmission in which I felt that the Merlin-mantra was only coming out of my mind, I somehow could surrender and open up, give in to a longing for connection with Merlin/Divinity, and I was in tears, and ‘held’, seen. ’Twas a small wonder, and all because I attended your group healing…”

I want to acknowledge the death of the Queen, the appointment of King Charles III and the appointment of Prime Minister Liz Truss. Quite an epic rollercoaster for the UK / Britain, in the space of only a few days!! Whatever your view may be, it is a significant loss and one which has been felt in some way by everyone, particularly in London. ‘Yantra Fridays’ with Anthony are back on 🙂 These are free and they are seva (selfless service) for the earth and humanity. Anyone who has completed the Foundational training (or above) can participate. Please contact me if you would like to do this and do not have the details to join. These sessions are very powerful indeed: yesterday, I participated and a friend of 20 years spontaneously called me straight afterwards, who had also been there. We could barely communicate at first, because we were so blasted by the intensity of the energetic from the Divine Doors. We were just laughing so hard! Unbeknownst to us during the Yantra, our brains had been reconfigured in some way – perhaps an upgrade – which I am still feeling today. It’s like a kind of bliss and harmonisation. 

Are you interested in learning a meditation technique directly from Amma’s mind? The IAM (Integrated Amrita Meditation) Technique came about in 2004 (if I remember correctly). Apparently, Amma went for a walk around Amritapuri ashram in the wee hours of the morning, when no-one was about, and the steps came to Her one-by-one in a vision while gazing at the sea. I first learned it that same year, at the San Ramon ashram. I found it tremendously helpful each morning during my brief affair with Advertising. When in the office, I felt I had a shield of protection around every part of me and a direct link to Divinity. Further down the line, I experienced samadhi for a few seconds during one part of the practice. Incredible… If you would like to investigate online options with this technique, please write to me and I will forward you the information you need to learn it anew, or to refresh your old practice. 

Did you know that you can see Amma live online every day? What a wonder…we are so blessed and graced to have the chance to be with a living Divine incarnation – a pure and direct embodiment of Divinity in human form – so regularly and easily 🙂 🙂 🙂 It is the first time in the history of the world that this is the case. Ever since the original pandemic lock-down, Amma has been providing this spiritual lifeline to all those who have met Her in-person or who have done seva for Embracing The World. If you are already watching – fab (and hopefully this is also a reminder) – but if you qualify and don’t yet have access, please write to me and I will explain how. Amma is currently back in the ashram in India (Amritapuri), following the inauguration of the Faridabad hospital in Delhi. You are free to visit 🙂

Amma’s Peace Prayer for Ukraine tomorrow + Free Online Group Healing on Wednesday

The upcoming Group will be about Faith. I have been receiving numerous signs, almost from every angle, to offer this as a theme. Similarly to how it takes a tremendous amount of Trust to rest in the unknown so that the known can reveal itself, Faith is a leap into the dazzling dark. Much of modern society secretly or overtly looks down on people who worship God or religion. However, is it not true that we are all already worshipping something..? Observe the relationship which many people have with status, for example, or with self-image. With power, wealth, with buying property, jewellery, with celebrities… I think you get the picture. In order to be worshipping anything at all, the ingredient of Faith has to be there already, inherently. But when we channel this self-effulgent Faith in a positive direction, we begin to live the potential of being human – of what it means to truly be alive and kicking. From this place, we can begin the journey out of contraction, self-centredness, separation and suffering, into freedom, Truth and Divinity. 

Often, at the beginning of our awakening embodiment evolution, we need an event like a miracle to inspire Faith in something deeper. I’m not saying this is necessary at all, but nevertheless, it is the way things tend to go. Here is a video which tells the story of such an event. Free Online Group Healing: Clearing The Brain + Nervous System

I have been taking some advanced Vortex Healing classes recently and am eager to share with you some of the wisdom from those, and particularly from Ric Weinman. Did you know that around 90% of experience is actually coming from within you? This includes suffering. Even at a party, for example, that 90% still stands. Kinda cuts out the excuses, huh? Lol! 

Further to that little morsel, when feeling your ‘survival drive’ it is worth remembering that remaining alive is not in your hands anyway. You could simply recognise that, “Yes, I’m alive in this moment, but the next moment – it’s up to Divinity.” All of our survival drama is already obsolete, because surviving was never in our hands anyway. 

The Victim: most people come into this life with some kind of victim position. Then circumstances develop to support that. You see how different this perspective is from what the victim tells us inside, or from how all of that drama is typically seen? 

A note on awakening: awakening is not about getting rid of suffering. In any case, suffering is only another experience. Awakening is about going beyond experience. 

A note on Surrender: people often either believe they are surrendering when they are in fact not, or otherwise they find it hard to truly surrender. So, how do we get to the point of genuine Surrender? The simple answer to this (from Ric) is: willingness.

Free Online Group Healing: Surrendering Separateness

I am good 🙂 Currently, I am repeating the Vortex Healing class ‘Awakening to Divinity’ and it is Ric Weinman’s Birthday (the Vortex founder and teacher of this class). 

As requested, here is the quote from Neem Karoli Baba (translated by one of his closest devotees), which I read during the last group session. The timing feels so right, because this avatar happens to be Ric’s Guru :-

We will gather together to explore surrendering separateness. To explain what I mean by this and to support a broader understanding of the awakening embodiment evolution, I will share something from the class I am currently taking. 

Ric took us through an exceptionally beautiful guided meditation yesterday, while the ‘transmission’ for ‘Awakening to Divinity’ was running through him. If you are wondering what the name of the class means, I hope that my sharing will also go some way to answering that. As I went deeper in meditation, I felt touched by Divinity in such a direct way…that I was brought to tears. Following this, there was suddenly a rushing energetic shift (akin to a shock) throughout my system. Next, panic and terror began to release from within (pertaining to my core conditioning) and that was accompanied by a spontaneous breathing release, and by shaking. As the panic and terror released, I saw that they were at the root of all my other emotions. This embodied perception set me free, completely, from the grip of these other emotions, and also from projection and blame in way that was spontaneous and organic. 

Then came some profound realisations, not as ideas, concepts or insights, but as something far far more real than that. I fell deeper in meditation, to the point where I sensed the remaining separateness inside with total clarity. In this clarity, I recognised that separateness is actually created – from within. I saw how this fictional separateness was animating the conditioning, literally giving it ‘realness’ which it didn’t actually have. 

Not only was the conditioning not real, but the separateness itself (which is much deeper – being the origin point – primary) wasn’t real either. What I was ‘left with’ so-to-speak, was Divinity. Previously, Divinity had still been experienced as somewhat ‘outside’ in a subtle way, for example in Amma. But now it revealed itself as what I am. The appearance of a subtle boundary between ‘inside’ and ‘outside’ dissolved. This was not an experience, it was beyond. There is a totality to Divinity which may be impossible to convey in words.

The Bigger Picture

Hello,

How are you? I talked with some of you yesterday evening and had many interesting conversations. It feels good to catch up with how you are and how your journey is unfolding.

I want to let you know about time off I will be having to take the next Vortex Healing class, in Brighton, called ‘Awakening the BodyMind and the Core Beliefs’. When I know more about this exciting class I will share. As far as I know, it is an embodiment class bridging awake consciousness deeper through the physical body and breaking down the ‘Core Beliefs’, such as “I exist”, “I need ‘x'”, “I must survive” etc. (and all that that entails :-). It runs from the 14th – 21st March.

I had a very interesting talk with a friend about the purpose of giving Vortex Healing sessions, outside of the obvious. We concluded that in the bigger picture, having sessions aims to get you to the edge of genuine surrender to what is (not only as a flash of insight, but as an ongoing reality). This will take a varying amount of time depending on where you are in terms of that surrender. But receiving Vortex Healing is not about having sessions forever and the sessions being the be all and end all. The point is freedom. Please do ask me if you have any questions about this.

Some of you have wondered to me whether I receive Vortex Healing myself. Of course I do, though I admit not enough. The healings I have been exchanging with a practitioner-friend have been so powerful recently… After one I gave to her, she remarked, “That was the most physically intense session of my life”. The session was at a distance, incidentally, and this person has been doing Vortex since 1997. When the moment is right, the Divine can strike 🙂 This really has nothing to do with me, it is simply a question of timing, which ties in with what I have been talking about.

I often remark on the importance of catch-up work, i.e. bridging the release work done in the session through your whole system in an integrating fashion. There is a new discovery for this, which Ric writes about: “this is an important area that needs catching up: if you intend to catch up your LifeField pathways to all the other work you have done (with M.Grace), it should all be caught up within 10 minutes. And it will give you a good sense of the LifeField pathways since all the movement will be within them.” If you would like to have this done, please ask me.

And finally, also from Ric, something I thought would interest you: “This is to alert the general Vortex community that two new kinds of healing work have come in at the Merlin’s Grace level, in case you feel this can help you. As Merlin’s Grace has gone deeper, it is now effective at releasing the fascia pathways as well as what I call the biochemical pathways. The result is the ability to clear trauma at a much deeper level, to be able to get much deeper into the way both trauma and issues are held at a brain level”.

I Surrender

Hello 🙂

 Oh I feel so blessed to have had Amma here in London! I saw a few of you there and that made me very happy 🙂 Please do write to me with your experiences of her, as I would dearly love to hear what went on for you.

 Were any of you there during the speeches about Amma at the beginning of the first evening? I felt they were outstanding, the best I have ever heard. Among them was a speech from Manish Pandey, writer of acclaimed British film ‘Senna’. In it he quoted Amma devotee and musician David Sylvian from his song “I Surrender” (written about Amma) from his 1999 album ‘Dead Bees on a Cake’. I burst into tears on hearing this. It is the most accurate description in words of my first darshan with Amma many years ago and the way that I still feel in her immeasurable presence now:-

 I’ve travelled all this way for your embrace

Enraptured by the recognition on your face

 Hold me now while my old life dies tonight and I surrender

My mother cries beneath the open skies and I surrender

 An ancient evening just before the fall

The light in your eyes, the meaning of it all

 Birds fly and fill the summer skies and I surrender

 She throws the burning books into the sea

“Come find the meaning of the word inside of me”

 It’s alright the stars are all aligned and I surrender

 It still makes me cry sharing it with you now. I have more to write but don’t want to overwhelm you, so will do it in bits. For now I leave you with the good news that I will be here for the Christmas holidays, since I have just been with Amma in Berlin and will visit her again briefly in Milan (8th – 11th Nov). So, I will be offering healing during a time when I am usually awayand I am sure when you need it most. I look forward to speaking with you soon,
