The Blissful Abode

Hello 🙂  How are you? Yesterday, I was lucky enough to catch the tail-end of the London Film Festival. I went to see Pedro Almodovar’s new film ‘The Room Next Door’. Hello 🙂  How are you?  I am well here in Portugal 🙂 There was a Solar Eclipse tonight at 21 40 (Lisbon / London time). Amma has often said how inauspicious these are and that they show a malefic alignment. So hopefully you didn’t look at the eclipse itself? Don’t worry if you did, it’s […]

Hello 🙂 How are you?  I am good 🙂 Just in case you are wondering, I am not in London. The stage of the residency process I am currently in here in Portugal would not allow me to take that flight on the 11th, as planned. So I am returning to London for around 3 […]

Destination Destiny

Hello 🙂 How are you?  I have some significant news to share with you today, which might come as quite a surprise. Last week, I made the decision to move here to Portugal. Free Online Group Healing : Tomorrow

Free Online Group Healing: Breaking Our Addiction to the Next Moment

Hello 🙂 How are you?  In many ways, it is our addiction to the next moment which keeps the whole egoic structure going. The ‘I’, the ‘me’, the source of separation and suffering, depends upon time. Contrary to our reflex and to popular belief, we do not need this ‘I’ in order to function optimally.  […]
