Free Online Group Healing: Opening to Unconditional Love

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am writing today about a subject very close to my heart. Indeed it is the language of my Guru, Amma. What I have learned over the course of the last year, is that the real reason for our unhappiness and for the pain in our connections with other people, is not that we haven’t found someone / something we are looking for, or that there is something wrong with ‘them’ or with ‘us’ or with the world. When we look very deeply in meditation, we can see that the real reason for our suffering is that we are not loving properly. We are loving in a conditional way – in order to get something. And we are not loving the whole of the other person / ourselves / the animal / Mother Nature etc. When we really see this, actually see – without going into victim, shame, fear or any other position (which actually re-blinds us to what we have realised) – there becomes available profound liberation and freedom. Through the willingness to stop and accept what we see, this freedom settles within like a falling feather. And like a kind of silent sound, it spreads right out…………. Ironically, this pivotal event is the subtle dawning and beginning of real unconditional Love in our heart. 

From there, anything is possible! I would like to add that upon writing these very words, a fox-cub rushed in from the neighbouring garden and almost ran right into me! It suddenly realised I was a human and scurried away, turning to look only when I said, “Hello sweetie.” 

So I am inviting you into an exploration of this, if you are interested. In this coming Wednesdays’s Group, we will come together with the intention of opening to what unconditional Love really is. As part of this, I will be nourishing you with the tools of Vortex Healing Manifesting Intention, mantra sounds, Silence / meditation and holding a sharing circle at the end. I would dearly love to see you and hope you will feel the sense of community, healing and Divinity inherent in these Groups.

Free Online Group Healing: Immune Boost + Body Pathway Transformation

I am offering a Free Online Group Healing next Wednesday, 12th August, at 1pm BST. Free Online Group Healing: Inner Reconnection

Hello 🙂

I am offering a Free Online Group Healing tomorrow, 29th July, at 1pm BST. We will be focussing on Inner Reconnection: on contacting and relaxing into that inner sanctuary which weathers every storm without diminishing and without resisting. As we come into ourselves as we truly are, all anxiety, stress and strain subsides and we recognise the Love and beauty inside. In this way our eyes are opened to the beauty all around us, in each other, in nature and in all of life. This is the return to innocence that the heart both longs for and is simultaneously – yet which is oftentimes hidden from feeling or view. I welcome you to de-frag, deepen and cast away any doubt in the prevalence of Loving awake presence.

The group session will be 1 hour and will include the highest level of Vortex Healing, guided meditation, mantra chanting and the opportunity to be with other like-hearted souls, connecting together. Sangha!

The Significance of Letting Go

Birthday 🙂 Very soon she

I want to share with you a
little of my own healing journey.
On Saturday, Sarah and I were
staying with a friend and all
of a sudden I got a fever.
 I had had a cut on one of my 
toes for a while . Slowly, I 
realised I had got blood poisoning.
 
We were in the middle of
nowhere and couldn’t 
get painkillers for the fever
as it was the middle of the night.

 

So the night began. I was shaking,
with chattering teeth, and
my left lymph node (groin) was very
swollen and red hot. My toe
was throbbing and I had flu-like
aching in all my joints. I
was freezing, but really I was
running a very high fever.
 
I felt I wasn’t at the A&E stage, so 
I began to channel on myself.
For a while it worked,
but I was unable to maintain
concentration. Sarah also
gave me healing, but even more
importantly peace and love.
 
I was in so much suffering
with it all that in the end
I called out to Amma in my heart,
saying “Amma, please take
it away, please help me”.
 
Only when I had surrendered
and stopped resisting my symptoms, 
did I receive the response:
“Just let go”. It was accompanied by
the feeling that she would
take care of the whole thing. 
 
That trust which defies logic
emerged from stillness.
I fell asleep eventually and 
by morning I was almost
completely cured. 
 
Bear in mind that, in the case of
blood poisoning, it is usual to 
have to take strong antibiotics,
sometimes intravenously.
 
Of course, I do not mean 
to imply that you should 
not go to hospital or the doctor
if you are ill, and I am certainly
not anti-western-medicine at all.

 

But what I have learnt is the
significance of letting go……
This experience has illustrated for
me just how much of the work
I do with you is more being
done through me by Amma,
than it is anything to do with ‘me’.
 
I feel so blessed
to have met this saint and
to have been able to contact
the Divine in my lifetime.
