Free Online Group Healing: Loneliness

Hello 🙂

How are you?

The subject of this week’s Group is Loneliness, and the reason I chose it is because this is something we all feel deep down inside. During the past week, I was with a friend and I began to weep and weep and weep – and it all just came pouring out. I didn’t actually know what I was feeling, only that I was feeling. But she knew, and explained that I was experiencing loneliness. Then through such an open-hearted original discussion with her, complete with more tears and snot :-), I began to see that despite its inherently isolating nature, loneliness is felt by everybody everywhere. For those with families, partners or living with close friends, they are locked in together sometimes 24/7 (in London at any rate) and may begin to feel that what they had projected into these relationships, isn’t actually there. (It isn’t meant to be there, but that is another discussion of its own, which we won’t go into right now). And so the loneliness arises from where it always was inside. For others like me, who are living a solo life, there is the more obvious form of loneliness. It is not something that is in any way dependent upon our circumstances, contrary to egoic perception. In reality, it is the primary feeling which follows on from any sense, big or small, of separation from Divinity – from our true nature. Perhaps you have also had your lockdown loneliness meltdown, or perhaps it is still to come. Either way, I believe you will get something important from this Group, where we will explore this deep and intimate facet of the human condition together. I will be including guided meditation, chanting (briefly) and transformative energy work, plus there will be a chance to feel connected to community and to share at the end if you wish to do so.

Free Online Group Healing: Inner Reconnection

Hello 🙂

I am offering a Free Online Group Healing this Thursday 23rd April at 1pm GMT. We will be focussing on Inner Reconnection: on contacting and relaxing into that inner sanctuary that can weather any storm without moving and without resisting. When we come into ourselves as we truly are, all anxiety, stress and strain subsides and we recognise the Love and beauty inside. In this way our eyes are opened to the beauty all around us, in each other, in nature and in all of life. This is the return to innocence that the heart both longs for and is simultaneously, yet is oftentimes hidden from feeling or view. I welcome you to de-frag, deepen and cast away any doubt in the prevalence of Loving awake presence.

The session will be 1 hour and will include the highest level of Vortex Healing, guided meditation, mantra chanting and the opportunity to be with other like-hearted souls, connecting together.

Quite a few people who were part of the last group session did not appear on Zoom; in that moment I decided to still send them the healing. But this could potentially create a scattered-ness which is difficult for me and for the group, so please be aware of this. I am not telling you off by the way – not my style! However, please only reply this time if you can actively attend – thank you. Free Online Group Healing: Divine Deepening

Hello 🙂

How are you?

I am well and happy 🙂 This strange period in history is giving me the chance to fully embrace my mantra from Amma, the 1000 Names of the Divine Mother (Archana), Amma’s White Flowers Meditation and all the Vortex Healing work I am doing in groups and individually. Perhaps the highlight of all of this is the EarthWorks IV Divine Door group which Anthony Gorman is hosting daily online. We are working together as a community to dissolve the knock-on effects of coronavirus, including healing specifically for the nurses, doctors, care support workers and hospital cleaners on the front line.

Apologies to those who didn’t get into the last group. I have now worked out how to take more people per session 🙂 And apologies to those who were expecting the next group and this email sooner. I have been inundated with requests for healing, therefore the next group became possible only now.

My final words about the current world situation are that there is a Divine path here. Humankind is being led into a very deep evolution and that is not hindered by the corona crisis – or by anything else, for that matter. We may be asking, what can we do? One small thing we can all do – and that we do do naturally – is to open our hearts to each other. Every time one person does this, it affects everything in creation in ripples that venture out into the deep, of their own accord. The world is served not by our arguments but by our compassion, love and courage.

Prayer-Power!

Hello 🙂

 

 

Are you enjoying the sunshine?
It’s gorgeous here in London 🙂

 

 

This week several of you
have mentioned times to me
when you have offered
a true prayer to the Universe.

 

 

So I want to talk about
my own experiences with
prayer, and when it does
and doesn’t work.

 

 

When I have made
a true prayer it has always
come true. I could count
those one one hand.

 

 

This is because, like
most people, I have only
TRULY meant it that many
times. The rest were basically just
begging, hoping or demanding.

And you cannot negotiate

with Oneness.

 

I could describe the truest prayer

as asking for what I want

without attachment to
the outcome, or how that
outcome manifests.

 

 

Every person knows, or
comes to know, the difference.
It’s not about details, it’s
about intention – it’s an honesty
and humility (not a
technique) thing.

 

 

When you have made your
prayer, don’t forget to listen
carefully to your life over the 
proceeding days/weeks/months
to hear the result.

 

 

One way to get into the
atmosphere of prayer is by
chanting. For those of you
familiar with Amma, or
who would like to find out
